Dale Habib

I've been getting a lot of tips on Dale Habib lately. I initially had him mixed up with his brother Dave kind of like the Goldammers also in Kelowna. Kim Bolan reported that Dale Habib is the president of the Kingpin Crew.

Dale Habib was from Kelowna and living in Calgary when he was charged in a double murder. Although the charges against him were stayed after his co accused plead guilty, the media reported that the people who committed the murders were caught but those who ordered the murders walked.

"Someone" owed Kuntz money and had him killed to avoid paying the debt. Yet none of those convicted were the ones who owed Kuntz the money.

Initially the Kelowna RCMP tried to prove Habib hired Fell and two other men -- Calgarian Paul Roop, 35, and Lake Country resident David Poirier, 26 -- to kill Kuntz after the pair had a falling out. Kuntz was found with two large cheques payable to himself from local businesses when he was shot. The shooter failed to recover the cheques because they were soaked in blood. I wonder who those cheques were from?

Wouldn’t it be ironic if someone in charge of drug debt collection had someone else killed that they owned money to? Then not paying the agreed sum to the shooter for the hit. How lame is that? No one would want to take the fall for him again after that. Poirier was paid $5,000 for the job. Roop was promised $30,000 plus a new car, but court was told he received only $4,500 plus a used vehicle.

Dave Habib's lawyer totally Deny that their client has anything to do with the Kingpin Crew who some claim are debt collectors for the Hells Angels. Yet Dave Habib's lawyer refuses to confirm or deny whether or not Dale is his brother. It's really a simple yes or no question.

Dave Habib's lawyer also refuses to discuss any involvement their client had with Senior Frogs which became Champagne Charlie's and then the Liquid Zoo which was finally shut down and said to have been owned and frequented by the Hells Angels.

Well it does appear that Dave Habib was the one who owned Senior Frogs in Kelowna.

Now Champagne Charlie's was on 538 Leon Ave in Kelowna. That's the same address as Senior Frog's.

We know that Champagne Charlie's became the Liquid Zoo. Castanet News reported that Champagne Charlie's was bought by Hells Angel Damiano Dipopolo‏ who turned it into the Liquid Zoo before it was shut down.

The interesting thing is that Castanet News reports that when Dipopolo bought it, the co owner was Charles Guy Stanley an ex East Van Hell Angel. Notice it says co owner. Was Dale Habib the other owner or did he sell it to someone else who co owned it with Guy Stanley?

The media reports that Guy Stanley was a member of the Hells Angels who was later kicked out although nowhere do they say why he was kicked out or the terms and conditions of that dismissal. Either way, Dave Habib sold his club to a Hells Angel. Surely that transaction would imply that he has at one time done business with Hells Angels.

Some witnesses have claimed that it was Napoleon Dynamite who stabbed Joey back in 2008 as he took over the leadership of the Independent Soldiers in Kelowna. My response was if Napoleon Dynamite did that, how many people did he have holding Joey for him because that Napoleon Dynamite is an idiot.

Jayme Russell or Thomas Crawford could easily kick his ass. Good thing for Napoleon they're in Kamloops. Oh right, with that whole retirement village behind him any frail young boy they chose could assume the position.

(Others claim that is false and Blaze was associating with Joey right up until he was arrested for the murder of Britney Irving. Those are the ones that claim Joey was Dale's right hand man so to speak.)

The interesting thing is that Joey was still with the Independent Soldiers when he was doing business with Britney Irving. He was pretty calm walking around town still doing business so to speak.

Reports have been coming in that Dale Habib also did business with Britney and Joey at the time. Those same reports claim the Kingpin Crew are debt collectors for the Hells Angels. Time will tell if any of those reports are true.

Lets just hope for Britney's sake and for the rest of societies sake that this time they don't just convict the person who did the murder but the people who ordered the murder.

Speaking of lawyers, why would they get a Real Estate and a Divorce Law firm that doesn't even have their own web site to threaten me? That law firm is kinda close to the Ellis Street Clubhouse and the Kelowna Marina. I wonder if they did Damiano Dipopolo's divorce?

Well it turns out that the cheques found in Kuntz possesion when he was murdered were from Derek Scherk, an associate of Dale Habib. The theory of the Crown was that Mr. Habib, a friend of Mr. Scherk, arranged for the murder of Kuntz to relieve his friend from the burden of the debt.

The question is, why on earth would Dale Habib hire someone to kill someone for someone else's debt? The Habib's have a reputation for being cheap bastards not the kind who would spend money on anyone else for a favour. That leads us to wonder why all three people involved in the actual murder said in court that Dale Habib planned the murder and hired them to commit the murder.

One theory, submitted by the defense is that the police were out to get Dale Habib and blame the murder on him. Why would they do that? Dale Habib isn't OJ Simpson. He is of no real significance so why would the police want to set him up for a murder when they had Derek Scherk?

Unless of course he had vehicles leased in Derek Scherk's name and was the real owner of the debt so to speak. The Habibs have a history of leasing vehicles in other people's names and defaulting on the leases. Mike Habib had his 2008 Infiniti FX35 repossessed not long ago. Sam tried to pin the Infiniti on Calvin Lloyd. The bike with the Alberta plate someone with a Kingpin Crew patch was driving around Kelowna was registered in his name. Didn't look like Calvin riding it though.

Calvin Lloyd owns the WILDFIRE bar in or around Langdon, AB. Seemingly, Calvin Llloyd at one point admitted that he had Mike Habib's BMW he was hiding. That BMW was registered in some 19 year old girl's name who likely never saw the vehicle. The BMW was driven by a Wissam HASNA who subsequently got into an accident with it.

Mike Habib owns PLANET BEACH in Calgary where they recovered the Infiniti at the 1500 Block of 17th Avenue SW. Sam Habib swore on the Kingpin's name to return two hummers then didn't show up after he called and said he was on his way to deliver them. Then all of a sudden for some reason the leasing company didn't want them back.

Interesting to note that the defense claimed Kunts was laundering drug money. If that was true, I wonder who he was laundering money for? I am told at least two people of interest in and from Calgary traffic oxycontin. The media tells us that Britney Irving sold pot to pay for her oxycontin habit. I wonder who she got the oxycontin from and why someone would kill her when she expressed excitement about going to rehab?
