Sam Habib's SUVs

Sandy? Sam Sandy Habib? Now that's a real manly name isn't it? What on earth is he doing with those golf clubs?

In 1996 he was charged with impaired driving and in /97 he was charged with driving while prohibited. In 2001 his brother Dave was charged with assaulting a peace officer. In November 2006 the Habibs were in criminal court once again but there is a publication ban on those proceedings. That's kinda strange. We know their brother Dale was charged with a double murder in 2006. Maybe that's it.

"In Kelowna, RCMP will try to prove Habib hired Fell and two other men -- Calgarian Paul Roop, 35, and Lake Country resident David Poirier, 26 -- to kill Kuntz after the pair had a falling out. Kuntz was a successful auto broker who moved vehicles into the United States. Habib used to live in Kelowna but moved back to Calgary, where he has family." A falling out? Wasn't it a matter of money owed?

Charges against Dale Habib were stayed after his co accused plead guilty. Yet the media reported that the person who ordered the hit walked. The accused admitted they were hired to murder Kuntz because *someone* owed Kuntz $300,000.00. In fact that someone's name was written on the cheques the shooter failed to recover.

Thus the court's publication ban on that name. The court also heard that not only were the shooters hired because the person who hired them owed Kuntz money, the shooter even claims he wasn't paid full price for the murder. How lame is that?

We are told Mike Habib just had his car repossessed in Calgary after uttering a threat and using the name of the Hells Angels. Now we are told that Sam has two hummers he promised he would return but didn't. He event went so far as to call the bailiff to say he was on his way to drop off the vehicles. Then he didn't show up and hasn't been heard from since.

Brian Augustyniak, Private Investigator, claims Sam said that he was a member of the Kingpin Crew and that real bikers are expected to pay their debts. I guess that means they aren't real bikers because they sure don't pay their debts. They have even been accused of not paying full price for the hit on the person they owed money to.

Ya know all this Habib bullsh*t has got me wondering. Remember that small grow op that was busted on Diamond road near Shane Bunting's house? Well I'm told Dale and Sam Habib each own property on that same street in that same 100 block. Now that is an interesting association isn't it. I wonder if they new about their pal Shane's Oxy and Viagra addiction at the time?
