The Association of Independent Grow ops

Looks like it's time to form a Union or at least an Association of sorts. Hells Angels being accused of ripping off their own growers? A Hells Angels grower recently found dead in a ditch? Hells Angels accused of using violence to take over independent grow ops? Another Surrey guy caught speeding outside Kamloops with a gun and a cell phone jammer. We won't know his name until April 23rd but Haney runs Kamloops. I think it's time growers pull together and form an association.

Obviously, there are two ways of doing this. Some will ask for help from the UN or the Rock Machine. Those enforces will shoot their enforcers until everyone is left blind or at least shot. The other way is to go legit. Get a permit for a medicinal grow op and just grow for people with a prescription. Once you do that, you can call the police any time the Hells Angels threaten to take over your grow. Since their threats entrench their criminal organization status, every time they make a threat, the police need to seize a clubhouse or piece of their property. Cause and effect. The seizure of the Victoria clubhouse has been upheld. Time to take the next step.

Growers have a right to be independent. The Hells Angels greed and injustice has gone too far. When the Hells Angels use violence to take over existing grow ops, they ruin things for everyone. A free market is a free market. Some people say they like to buy pot from the black door because they always give you a fair price and it's always a good product. If that was the case, then that should be enough to drive their business. Customers would go to them because they could be trusted. Customers would be happy with the price and the product. Back in the day, customer service mattered.

Now they just use extreme violence and beat the tar out of anyone selling or they shoot their competitors. That is not a free market. It opens the door to a whole world of deranged violence driven by greed. It's time to rat out the real rats and stop the deranged violence.

Haney Grow Rip

Speaking of the Haney Chapter controlling Maple Ridge, here's a strange hypothetical situation for ya. What if there was a deranged criminal organization tied to the Pickton farm that controlled all the grow ops in Maple Ridge?

What if they told the growers on one of their grow ops to go on holidays right before a harvest? What if they ordered them to? What if, after the growers were away because they followed their orders, someone came in and ripped off the grow? What if the deranged criminal organization then said to the growers, you fucked up but we'll let you make it up to us.

The grower wants to say, but I think YOU ripped me off. Yet if he does that, he'll be put in the meat grinder. So he bends over and sucks it up knowing that he was just ripped off by his own employer. Here I thought they said people who do grow rips are the lowest life forms on the planet. I guess they're partly right.

Speaking of growers getting ripped off by their employers, what ever happened to Brandon Howson anyways? What affiliations does Adam Deboo have anyways? He appears to have a record of enforcing. I wonder who for?

Hells Angels linked to Pickton Inquiry

Just as he was warming up to theories regarding Pickton's associations with drug dealing bikers, lawyer Jason Gratl was shut down by Commissioner Wally Oppal, who was clearly perturbed. Gratl was cross-examining RCMP Cpl. Mike Connor, the force's lead investigator on Pickton.

Connor admitted that he received a tip that a Hells Angel associate who worked in a "booze can" after-hours drinking club across the street from Pickton's Port Coquitlam, B.C., property "was chopped up in a meat grinder on the farm and fed to the pigs."

Connor said police knew Hells Angels went to Pickton's farm and attended "Piggy's Palace" — the nearby illicit nightclub run by Pickton and his brother Dave. However, Connor said he did not investigate the credibility of the allegation a male Hells Angel associate was disposed of on Pickton's farm.

During Pickton's trial, lab staff testified that about 80 unidentified DNA profiles -roughly half male and half female — have shown up on evidence.

This stunning new development in the inquiry shows us several things. First, that Wally the Limp Fish Oppal was the wrong choice to head the inquiry. Second, that police knew there was an illegal booze can ran by the Hells Angels across the street from the Picton farm. Third, that the DNA from many unidentified bodies were also found on the Pickton farm, half of which were men and that the police had received a tip that the Hells Angels had put one of their employees through a meat grinder and feed him to the pigs on the Picton farm.

These are all very significant findings. The fact that the police knew the Hells Angels ran an illegal booze can across the street from the Pickton farm and knew that Dave Pickton was a Hells Angels associate, are facts that need to be explored. They most certainly aren't to be shut down by a brain dead idiot who has done nothing for BC other than rationalize BC's judicial incompetence.

Is it true Jesse Hadden was involved with the booze can across the street from the Pickton farm? Wouldn't that make his involvement with Nino at La JJ's suspect? Is it true that Jesse's father Spike was the one that caused the rift between the Haney Hells Angels and the Mission City Hells Angels? Please advise.

The Court was told Dave Pickton knew about bodies. Court also heard that police believed a marijuana grow-op in an unlicensed "booze can" across the street from the Pickton farm was connected to the Hells Angels. So the grow op was in the booze can across the street...

Concern and frustration are mounting among the families whose loved ones — all young, athletic men - have mysteriously vanished in B.C.'s Lower Mainland in the last year. Daniel Bouchard of White Rock went missing Monday night on the way back to his basement suite from a local pub. Sounds very similar to the Aaron Derbyshire case in Kelowna.

The most recent cases reported to the province's missing persons unit include:

- June 9: Daniel Bouchard, 20, of White Rock disappeared after leaving a local pub.

- April 10: Michael Scullion, 30, of Chilliwack disappeared in Agassiz.

- March 19: Kellen McElwee, 25, of Burnaby was last seen outside a Langley restaurant.

- Jan. 1: Derek Kelly, 32, of Langley vanished near Bridge Lake.

- Nov. 2, 2007: John Kahler, 29, was last seen at a four-by-four truck rally at Stave Lake.

- June 1: Bryan Braumberger, 18, disappeared somewhere near the Coquitlam and New Westminster boundary.

Matthew Huszar has been missing since December 16th, 2011. He was last seen on Water Street in Gastown, Downtown Vancouver.

Whistler DJ Michael Grefner has not been seen since January 17th 2012. There's a large Facebook Group set up for him.

Vancouver Island police have arrested a store manager accused of ordering 159 guns and stealing them for his personal collection. Lucky Jhagra, 40, was arrested Thursday and a search of his Saanich, B.C., residence later that evening turned up a cache of 159 guns, including rifles, shotguns, Glock pistols, antique revolvers, a semi-automatic assault rifle and a collector's-edition Desert Eagle handgun.

Former Manitoba Hells Angels boss sentenced

Nearly six years and two high-profile drug trials later, former Hells Angels boss Ernie Dew finally knows his fate. Twelve years in prison and the possibility of 18 months more if he can’t cough up a $57,500 fine two years after being released. Dew, 52, was previously convicted of three counts of cocaine-trafficking and three counts of possession of property obtained by crime.

Court of Queen’s Bench Justice William Burnett sentenced him Friday to the 12-year term. “There is no doubt in my mind that (Dew) was a sophisticated high-level drug dealer,” Burnett said in his 21-page written decision.

After being credited for time already served, Dew had 23 months left to serve. However, he requested Burnett hike his remaining sentence by one month so he could be sent to a federal prison and not a Manitoba jail.

Pension Protest

Scores of labour activists and seniors occupied the offices of 22 Conservative MPs in Ontario on Thursday afternoon to protest possible changes in the retirement income system. Supporters of the so-called “Blue-Grey” Alliance converged on constituency offices including the one for Finance Minister Jim Flaherty for more than two hours.

Spokesmen for the group said the protests were peaceful and several MPs scheduled meetings with seniors and their supporters in the next few weeks. The group will also start holding town hall meetings in communities across the province to raise public awareness during the next month, said Sid Ryan, president of the Ontario Federation of Labour.

I’m glad to see protesters expressing their concern about the insane things the Harper government is doing to our pensions. I suppose that will make them domestic terrorists in Harpers’ eyes.

Here’s another problem with their Pension math. Giving the banks $65 billion when they didn’t need it then cutting pensions isn’t the only concern. Although that is concern enough. The whole problem is with their math rationalizing the cuts.

We keep hearing about the baby boom. A surge in the population after the war which has subsequently tapered off. I would like to see some stats proving this but either way it’s irrelevant. Their claim is that because a surge in population getting ready to retire means there will be a huge drain on the pension system at some future date because there will be less people paying into the play to pay for the larger number of people retiring all at once.

No one seems to be raising the obvious problem with that math. All of those baby boomers have been paying taxes and paying into CPP all their working lives. I realize Old Age Pension is in a separate account from CPP but the bottom line is that when we make contributions to a pension, that money is supposed to go into a fund where it collects compound interest for when we retire. The fact that they are not doing that is another example of how they are screwing up a good thing unnecessarily.

Corporations are just as bad. When an employee makes a contribution to their pension, it is supposed to physically go into an account where it collects compound interest. This is the same thing with our government pension. If the government has borrowed from the fund our contributions were supposed to be sitting in collecting interest, then the government needs to repay the money it borrowed. That is more important than giving the banks $65 billion when they didn’t need it and expecting us to give up our pensions to pay for that dirty deed.

Tories flip on Torture

Well this certainly doesn’t come as a big surprise. They flipped on the bank bail out why not flip on torture. Only their position on torture hasn’t been reversed, they’ve just been caught with guile. Torture is illegal in Canada. Obviously they’re not going to come right out and say they support torture. That’s the purpose of off shore prison camps like Guantanamo Bay, to get around the legality of torture.

Now CSIS claims that they are opposed to torture but they will not destroy evidence they have received from torture. What a crock of shit that is. To make matters worse, Harper’s government sent out a bullshit warm and fuzzy press release claiming they opposed the torture that went on in Libya under their command. Yeah right. They banned the activist who complained about the torture in Libya under their command from entering Canada.

Harper and McKay LIED when they said they did not know the Canadian military were handing over prisoners in Afghanistan to be tortured. We’re not talking about water boarding. We’re talking about hood over the head electric shock treatment. Harper denied knowing anything about it in one breath, then fired and slandered the whistleblower in the next breath. He is a liar.

Some people will argue that in cases of terrorism where innocent lives are at stake torture is acceptable. Iggy even wrote a book supporting that premise. I disagree for two reasons. I do not believe torture is acceptable at any time and I certainly don’t trust them to determine when torture is a matter of national security.

Obviously Hitler would have argued that torturing anyone who opposed the third Reich was a matter of National security. No doubt he would torture someone falsely accused of terrorism after he burned down the German Parliament and blamed it on terrorists.

Likewise Stalin would no doubt argue that dissidents were a threat to National Security and should be tortured. We know that as the US passed a treasonous bill that threw out the bill of rights giving the military power to arrest domestic terrorists without a charge or due process, England published a list of domestic terrorists that include everyone protesting in support of the occupy movement.

Now all of a sudden we have people supporting the constitutional right to lawful assembly labeled as a domestic terrorist. That means they have no rights and can be tortured. That is so wrong it is absolutely insane debating the matter. This editorial in today's Vancouver Province entitled Canada should not use info from torture is right. This other article from today's Vancouver Province stating why Tories defend torture stand is so very wrong.

The Down side of Money Laundering

One would think that laundering drug money into local businesses would be a win win situation. Not so. In an economic slow down one would think that laundering money through construction, real estate or casinos would help boost the economy. Unfortunately, that’s not what happens and I’ll tell you why. Greed.

Everybody wants to get a better deal. Everybody wants to get a better return on their investment. They keep wanting more and more until that greed consumes them and shoots themselves in the foot. Take BCCI. The world’s largest bank collapse because of arms dealing, drug smuggling and money laundering.

But wait, if the bank was laundering drug money, wouldn’t that make it more profitable? Why did it collapse? That would be the investment fraud tied to the money laundering. We can argue about investment fraud until the cows come home. The fact is, BCCI laundered drug money and collapsed as a result.

It’s like the investment fraud the Bush family was extensively involved in. Take out a bank loan to invest in a fake company or a dry oil well. Con investors to put their money into the fake company or the over inflated dry oil well, then take off with the investors money and default on the bank loan with the promise of bailing out the bank loan with tax dollars. Ultimately this fraud steals from the tax payer as well as the investors.

Only it wasn’t just the Bush family that was involved in the reoccurring scam. Al Martin claims it was a fund raising tool for Iran contra. That means it wasn’t just Jeb Bush instructing him how to commit the fraud, it was Oliver North and Richard Secord as well.

Richard Secord was Oliver North’s boss. It wasn’t just Oliver North and Richard Secord either. All Martin claims that when the large Texas banks crashed in the /80’s, the Agency defaulted on many loans it took out through paper shell companies not because they didn’t have the money but because they ripped off the bank as a means of fundraising for covert operations.

The problem with laundering drug money is that they always over reach and couple it with investment fraud in efforts to double their money. Catherine Austin Fitts refers to this as the tapeworm economy. She says most people are afraid to stop the money laundering on Wall Street because they are tricked into thinking their investments and their RRSPs will go down when in reality, the opposite is true. Investment fraud destabilizes the market.

Another drug related shooting in Surrey

Hard to keep up with all the local shootings but there was another one in Surrey yesterday. The police state the target, Aaron Craig Tam, is very well known to us in the drug trade. The guy was shot several times in the 14300 hundred block of 92nd Avenue beside Green Timbers. The shooter stole his rental vehicle and set it on fire. Two suspects were seen dumping the car. One suspect has been apprehended. He was treated for burns from setting the car on fire. Obviously brain surgery was his second career option.

A pattern of deranged violence has been revealed and repeated

This discovery of human remains in a vacant home on a First Nations reserve outside of Prince George disturbs me. First of all, we know it's drug related and we know who runs the drug trade in Prince George. When it says human remains were discovered that usually means one of two things. Either the body was there a long time and had decomposed leaving skeletal remains or someone had cut up and dismembered the body.

Two elements of the deranged pattern of drug related violence that I see are torture and dismemberment. At the trial of contract killer Mickie (Phil) Smith the court was told one of his murders was done for the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels. Smith killed Paul Percy Soluk at a crack house in Surrey and said a man he called Yurik helped him chop up and dispose of the body. Smith said "Yurik's not an Angel but he works with the Angels. I know he's done a lot of hits."

This case is the smoking gun so to speak. It directly ties the East Vancouver hells angels to murder in a Surrey crack house where the body was chopped up afterwards. Smith said Yurik helped him chop up the body and that Yurik has done a lot of hits for the hells angels. Is that so? How many of them has he chopped up?

A lot of people are asking my why the police have refused to release the details on the details of Britney Irving's murder and the condition her body was found in. Several sources claim she was found chopped up stuffed in a barrel. True or false, the manner of her murder needs to come out at Joey Verma's trial. It appears that the pretrial has completed and now they are preparing for the full trial.

We know that Jody Elliott's remains were found in a wooded area on Kelowna's Westside back in 2005. Witnesses said that word on the street was his murder was designed to send a message to Kelowna's drug culture. A shovel and an X-acto knife were employed to remove the victim’s head, hands and ear.

A police officer acting on a tip intercepted the trio as they headed back to Kelowna on Bear Creek Main Road in a car that contained Elliott’s body parts. Back at the Kelowna RCMP detachment, an officer discovered Elliott’s ear in Fralic’s pants pocket. Let me pause for one moment and reiterate how deranged this single case is and how often this deranged pattern has been repeated.

The first disturbing accounts we hear of victims being chopped up and disposed of were on the Pickton farm. One of those murders was also tied to a Surrey crack house known as the Surrey House of Horrors. One of those victims was also tied to the Orange Number Five in East Vancouver.

Cutting up a body after they have murdered the person to dispose of the body is one thing, torture in another. Cutting off someones ear while they are alive is something that I would consider torture. Cutting off someones privates while they are alive is something I would consider torture. Cutting off someones privates after they are dead is psychotically deranged.

Apparently, the sexual abuse in the Paxton case has not been limited to the Paxton case. Which brings us back to torture. We know they tortured people in the Surrey House of Horrors. Garry Harder was tortured and electrocuted there for $300.00. His girlfriend was made to watch and "they" tried to force his girlfriend into a life of prostitution to repay the debt.

We know the police found crack addicts chained in crack house basements in Prince George who were being tortured for crack debts. This is a very disturbing pattern of torture and abuse tied to Surrey and Prince George's drug and prostitution world run by we all know who. Enough.

Fribjon Bjornson found dead and tortured

RCMP are investigating the discovery of human remains in a vacant home on a First Nations reserve in Fort St. James. By Saturday, RCMP confirmed in a media release the person found on the reserve was Fribjon Bjornson, 28, from Vanderhoof. He was reported missing on Jan. 21. This is a youtube tribute.

Madison Scott has been missing from Hogsback lake near Vanderhoof since Saturday May 28th. Police released a Re-enactment of her disappearance. People know people. Let us know what you've heard. We know who controls the drug trade in Prince George.

BC Liberals place Super Bowl Ad

The flailing BC Liberals are getting so desperate, they're using tax dollars to run adds promoting them during the Superbowl according to this recent article in the Vancouver Province. That's even worse than spending tax dollars on adds trying to convince us to vote for the HST.

Here's the problem: a conservative believes in democracy and free speech. A neo con believes in censorship and propaganda. Remember back in the day the Reform party was talking about free votes in caucus and encouraged MP's to poll their constituents before voting on an issue? Imagine that. That is what Chuck Cadman did and the exact opposite of what Stephen Harper does.

This whole concept of using tax dollars to run advertising for a political party or agenda is very disturbing. A neo con is not a new conservative. A neo con is a new con or scam. The do not believe in grass roots democracy. They hide their agenda with censorship and twist it with propaganda. That's the whole point of Harper's Fox News North. He wants to tell us how to think when he should be listening to the public who pays his salary.

Don't fall into the trap for B.C. conservatives. If B.C.'s overburdened courts are in crisis, then we need to fix that problem before we make it worse. Harper didn't give us any more money for the courts. His unbalanced bill makes it impossible for us to address violent crime by sending the overburdened system into disarray by crashing it with non violent offenders.

Dustin Paxton convicted of assault, not confinement

Dustin Paxton has been found guilty in a Calgary courtroom of aggravated assault against his former business partner and roommate, but not of unlawful confinement.

Justice Sheilah Martin still has to rule on a charge of sexual assault, but said there was overwhelming evidence that Paxton treated the man as his personal servant and "whipping post."

Paxton's victim was dropped off at a Regina hospital in April 2010 weighing 87 pounds, suffering from numerous broken bones and a mutilated face.

Martin said the man, who cannot be identified under a publication ban, was repeatedly assaulted by Paxton in Calgary and Regina and that the list of injuries is lengthy and grotesque.

She is currently discussing the unlawful confinement charge against Paxton, saying she accepts that Paxton's abuse included economic manipulation — often a factor in forcible confinement.

The tragedy is that he tortured the victim and the criminal code doesn't cover torture it just covers assault. So in Stephen Harper's world a pot grower will get more jail time than someone who commits acts of torture.

Journalists on Twitter claim Paxton has now also been found guilty of sexual assault.

We know the victim had previously been an insignificant witness in a Hells Angels murder trail. We know that drugs and crystal meth was involved. If Dustin Paxton sold crystal meth, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out who his supplier was.

The unlawful confinement aspect of the case was tragic. The victim could have left but didn't. That leads us to wonder why he didn't leave as though some larger threat was being held over him. We did read in the trial that the victim claimed in police reports that his assailant would drive him to other places to be beaten which does imply more than one person was involved. We did hear the hospital where the victim was dropped off made a public apology for mistakenly releasing the victims family information for a large tattooed man who showed up at the hospital where he was dropped off asking about him. We know the large tattooed man was no Paxton. He was skinny and scrawny.

Stop The Cell Phone Squeeze

Cell phone companies need access to wireless spectrum to provide mobile services. On the eve of a critical new wireless spectrum auction, the Big Three cell phone giants (who already control almost 94% of the market) are trying raise prices by tricking the government into shutting independent competitors out of the market.

They want to block smaller independent cell phone providers from being able to use essential wireless spectrum. These giant phone companies are going so far as to use high-priced lobbyists and one is even using a fake grassroots campaign.

"Conservatives" support small business and free enterprise. Neocons say they support small business but don't. They support large corporations overpowering small business. That is not a free and democratic society. Stephen Harper is not a conservative. He is a neocon.

Pot growers get more jail time than Pedophiles

The Peak of Inversion: Oh Holy Night

Now that’s what I’m talking about. I made it up to third pump on Saturday and what a magnificent day it was. The sun was shining and the inversion was peaking. Inversion is when it’s warmer up in the mountain than down in the city. It’s when the fog and low lying clouds roll in so that when you’re in the mountain it looks like you’re in an airplane looking above the clouds. We saw it start on Thursday but it was starting to peak by Saturday. It was awesome.

I'm working on a couple of video clips but sunset above the inversion with the mountains of Vancouver island in the back ground, it doesn't get ant better than that.

David Ho has certainly made the news. Shamed tycoon avoids trial with a whole overview. Somewhat bizarre. I recall several years ago hearing on the radio about a David Ho being engaged to an Ima Lee. The radio claimed they were having problems in their engagement and went for counseling. turns out his fiancee was having cold feet. The counselor sat them down and tool one look at his fiancee and said Does any of your concerns about getting married have anything to do with changing your surname? then burst out laughing. Must have been a different David Ho :)

Jarrod Bacon found guilty

Jarrod Bacon and the father of his girlfriend were found guilty of conspiracy to import cocaine. The next question is will his parents be charged since they were caught in evidence as being active participants.

Getting them in an under cover sting operation was the only way they could convicted them and get the bacon brothers off the street without convicting their suppliers and charging Larry Amero’s bowling club.

Kyle Nelson is a Punk

I can’t believe the strange extremes we’re finding with regards to police and gangs, especially in Kelowna. Recently another Kelowna police officer was in the news and was found guilty of committing assault. The conditions of that case were very different from the Geoff Mantler disaster.

In this case a drunken punk gets out of a nightclub and starts yelling at a cop trash talking him being very rude. The cop gives it right back to the guy and gives him the finger. The guy keeps beaking off. The cop walks up to him and the guy runs away. The cop chases him into an alley and is like what do you have to say now?
There is no recording of the subsequent conversation but the bottom line is the guy was beaking off in front of a crowd and when the cop got him alone and punched him in the head once, the guy rolls over and plays the victim.

Compare that to Mantler who drags an innocent suspect out of his vehicle before it comes to a complete stop, punches him repeatedly in the head as he takes him to the ground and grinds the suspects face into the pavement with his knee. The suspect lost a tooth and the road rash on his face was very visible. The picture of Kyle’s face was like is that a bruise or a freckle. It was not noticeable at all.

Compare that with Mantler kicking a compliant suspect in the face while he was on his knees in the process of lying face down on the ground. These are two very different situations. Right now the gang mentality and the Hells Angels are completely out of control in Kelowna. Robert Thomas and Norman Cox beating a father to death with baseball bats and hammers is a prime example. A Mission city Hells Angel and another local Hells Angel jumping a cop from behind while the cop was breaking up a fight outside a Kelowna nightclub is another.

Justice is not a complicated mystery. The reason a scale is used to symbolize justice is because justice requires a logical balance that reflects common sense. Mauling a suspect’s face after he is on the ground is excessive. Giving someone the boots and caving in their face when they are on the ground is excessive. Tasering someone after they are on the ground or hogtied is excessive. Punching a loud mouth punk in the head once when he’s alone in the ally really isn’t a big deal. The BC Liberals failed energy policy

Christy Clark made the news again claiming when she got in office she changed ten years of policy and raised minimum wage. (Right before an election I might add) She wasn’t quite looking like the dishonest Sith Lord she has of late yet an analysis on the news raised a good point. He said it was a bad day for BC Liberals because it showed ten years of failed energy policy with regards to BC Hydro.

It appears they were talking about privatizing part of BC Hydro and forcing BC Hydro to buy power from these private independent power companies that charge BC Hydro an above market inflated rate to satisfy the demands of their shareholders to make them a profit by ripping off taxpayers.

It appears that Christy Clark has reversed the longstanding Campbellized Liberal policy of forcing BC Hydro to buy power from these private power sharks. I’m not sure how she claims to have fixed the problem but changing the policy is indeed both a step forward and an admission of guilt. It is the source of the fraudulent ballooning debt they are going to try and scam taxpayers into covering.

The real solution is to disband the independent power companies that are ripping off BC Hydro and bring that work back into BC Hydro as a public company. By cutting out the middleman they will save taxpayers money. Those are the real shareholders of a publicly accountable company.

‘Fast and Furious’ congressional hearing

Speaking of congressional hearings, the Operation Fast and Furious scandal has started it's own congressional hearing ironically enough. Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. testified Thursday for more than four hours on Capitol Hill in a showdown with House Republicans, who threatened to hold him in contempt if he does not quickly turn over more documents on a botched gun operation.

During a morning of partisan theater, the Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee criticized Holder’s management style, interrogated him about internal e-mails, and demanded to know what Justice officials knew about “Operation Fast and Furious” and when they knew it. The Democrats, in turn, defended Holder, advocated stronger gun control laws and accused their GOP colleagues of grandstanding.

What a side show indeed. Republicans pointing fingers at Democrats over arms dealing, drug smuggling and money laundering. Why this all sounds like the Clinton's and the Bush's Mena, Arkansas to me. Corruption is clearly nonpartisan. Holder's got that Olly North look in his eyes. Isn't this just a continuation of the extended version of Iran Contra? After all Iran Contra was about a lot more than Iran. It was about arms dealing and cocaine smuggling out of Nicaragua. Now they're doing it out of Mexico. Has anything really changed?

Speaking of Oliver North, that criminal returned to the scene of the crime recently. At least back then they pretended it was for a cause. Now they're forced to admit the arms dealing and drug smuggling is just about the money.

On another case, in a rather troubling move, it appears that the leadership of the House Subcommittee on Energy and Environment had a documentary filmmaker arrested on Congressional property for daring to try to film a hearing that was taking place on the subject of "fracking" -- an issue for which this filmmaker, Josh Fox, is well known for covering in his documentary Gasland.

I don't watch much TV but tonight I happened to see an interesting episode of the TV series Numb3rs. A mathematician solves crimes by running numbers. Tonight's episode was somewhat interesting as it related to a conspiracy related to the odds five suspicious deaths could be a coincidence and not murders. The more numbers they ran the more evidence came forward.

It was a rerun from Season 3, Episode 18, Aired 3/9/07 called Democracy. The bad guy ran a Hedge fund on Wall Street. The scam the murders were trying to cover up was electronic voting fraud. That kinda sounds familiar. Only it was in Florida not Cali and it was IRL.

I thought about the Lindsay Buziak walk today. The fourth anniversary of her murder. The family still wants to know who and why. Tragic. In Ireland we have a saying. Translated into English it means "Our day will come." It's usually shouted while throwing a petrol bomb at some unconquerable enemy.

I don't believe life ends at death. Lindsey will have her day. The day when no false witnesses will be admissible because we will be able to see the truth first hand. There is more I have to say about this case but for today I will salute her and her family in their quest for answers. Lindsay shines and will continue to do so. Others will not.

Another scam close to home. Slum Lord Greg Woolsey was in the news again today. Protesters and picketers claim he’s still saying his tenants who are on the methadone program must buy their methadone from him or be evicted. These are not new allegations. It is astonishing that it takes pickets to get something done about this crook. The protesters claim that George is using Pharmasave to get his methadone.

It also raises awareness about flaws in the methadone program. Like how medical doctors aren’t prescribing a reduction in dose, they are maintaining and increasing the dosage. The news claims that losing one methadone prescription could mean a loss of $6,000.00 for the pharmacy. That certainly opens the door wide open for white collar fraud.

Investment fraud was a form of fundraising for Iran Contra

While we’re on the subject of fraud, let us remember that the Agency was directly involved in the collapse of the BCCI. That bank failed because it was involved in illegal activity - namely arms dealing, drug smuggling and money laundering.

Let us remember that drug smuggling wasn’t the only source of revenue for the extended version of Iran Contra. Investment fraud was another avenue they used to raise money. Retired Navy Intelligence Officer Al Martin claims that Jeb Bush directed him to commit investment fraud to raise money for the cause.

The double dip was a scam they used to raise money. They would get a loan from a bank to invest in a fake or dry oil well. They would over inflate the value of the well and con investors to invest in it. The stock would crash and they would take the investors money as well as default on the bank loan with the promise of being bailed out with tax dollars.

Sometimes the investors were willing participants. They would invest their money knowing it was going to crash. They would be paid out half of their investment and write off the other half on their taxes. That way they broke even and walked away with an autographed picture of Bush and a warm fuzzy feeling they were helping rid the world of Godless Communism using fraud in the process.

The Bush family repeatedly used the scam of conning people out of their money through dry Texas oil wells. Harken Energy was no exception. Neil Bush was even caught in the mother of all conflict of interests by being on the board of Silverado Savings and Loans in Colorado that approved loans for one of his fake oil companies that defaulted on the loan and was bailed out with tax dollars.

The Bush family weren’t the only ones involved in that popular scam. According to Al Martin in his book the Conspirators, the CIA defaulted on many Texas bank loans during the S&L crisis which were bailed out with tax dollars. This is how the CIA did business. Is it any surprise Goldman Sacs helped rip off the EU by hiding the Greek investment fraud? We must open our eyes and protect ourselves from this kind of investment fraud. Our pensions and our liberty are at stake.

Who’s Killing the Rizzutos? Part Two

The Fifth Estate documentary was on again last night and this time I was able to watch it in it’s entirety. I will concede that there is a remote possibility that Sal the Iron Worker came to Canada and over did the demands for protection money and in so doing turned Rizzutos against Rizzutos. It is conceivable that Desjardins recruited the help of the Hells Angels to take out Sal to preserve the Rizzuto family for Vito’s return. However, I submit that there is also another possibility.

The most obvious question is who has the backing of the Bonannos in New York? Sal or Desjardins? One would think Sal had the backing of the Bonannos. Yet one has to wonder how the Bonannos can be on good terms with the Rizzutos after they gave up Vito Rizzuto to the police for his help with the triple murder back in 1981 that they hired him to do. Is Joe Massino on good terms with the Bonannos for rolling over? That’s hard to imagine. Was he the last Don? Are the New York crime families done?

Back in Ireland, when someone killed someone or blew someone up, someone would always claim responsibility. Whether it be the IRA, the UDA, the INLA, the UVF or some other splinter group, someone would claim responsibility. Let’s contrast that with how the Hells Angels do business. They never accept responsibility for a murder. They always deny it. In fact they have even been known to attend funerals of people they are the prime suspects in ordering the murder.

I don’t pretend to know anything about the Italian Mafia in Montreal. I have however, seen how the Hells Angels have done business in Canada. That pattern tends to repeat itself. In Western Canada the Hells Angels really haven’t been here that long. Before the Gypsy Wheelers patched over we really didn’t know first hand how they did business. Now we know. In a very short time they have completely taken over the drug trade and have used brutal violence to control that monopoly.

What we have seen in British Columbia is that they take over everything and they do not share. Look at how they took over the stripper agencies in BC. Look at how they used that same violence to take over the prostitution industry in BC. Look at how fast that industry has gone downhill in the province under their leadership.

Now, let’s peak at the Hells Angels in Quebec. It all started with the Lennoxville massacre. They murdered their own and created a huge division that resulted in long and bloody biker war. In Winnipeg they killed one of their own and created a drug war there too, but let’s stay focused. After the Lennoxville massacre was the Death Riders take over in Laval. They conspired with key up and coming members and killed the president. Hours after the president’s funeral Death Riders members were seen meeting with Mom Boucher and Biff Hamel. There was no loyalty or honour in that. Kinda like a driver shooting his boss in the back and leaving him in a car trunk.

Likewise we have seen this pattern of infiltrate and murder to take over virtually every gang in British Columbia except for the UN who they did business with and were friends with while they also did business with and were friends with their arch enemies, the Bacon brothers.

In steps Vito Rizzuto. 1981 he puts himself on the map doing a hit for the Bonanno family in New York. He then comes back to Montreal and takes over the drug trade. Yet someone else was also heavily involved in the Montreal drug trade at the time. The Hells Angels were fighting the Rock Machine for control of it. One source claims the Rizzutos gave the Hells Angels the heroin trade in the /80’s on the condition that they received a commission.

We know that the Hells Angels did business with the Rizzutos. Aside from documented cases, it was also mentioned in the book the Sixth Family. We know that Vito’s brother in law was kidnapped by a small clan in Granby that had the backing of the Hells Angels. We know that Del Balso's men shot a Hells Angels associate in 2006 for grabbing his throat and threatening him. We know the Hells Angels retaliated by murdering the Rizzuto under boss.

Call me crazy but I would think that when a Hells Angels associate grabs Del Balso by the neck and threatens him, that would imply a slight amount of tension between the two groups. When then Hells Angels retaliated for his murder by murdering the Rizzuto underboss named Domenico Macri, that to me would imply the Hells Angel associate who made the threat had the backing of the Hells Angels. It’s hard to conceive that he would make that threat without the backing of someone. It’s also hard to conceive that the ransom money for the kidnapping did not go to the Hells Angels.

Think about it. We currently have this war going on in Montreal where someone is killing the Rizzutos but nobody knows who it is that’s doing it. Isn’t that strategic genius? To wage a war without anyone knowing you are doing it? That avoids an all out retaliation. The plausible deniability confuses everyone. Rumors circulate but no one knows for sure who is doing it. Someone is.

Firebombing a funeral home was out of the norm. That’s not something the Italians or Sicilians would do. But it is something the Hells Angels would do. Shooting Rizzuto in his home in front of his family with a sniper in the trees was not something the Italians or the Sicilians would do. That sounded more like the military. Yeah I said it. Who else was involved with operation Fast and Furious selling arms to the Mexican cartel and bring back tons of cocaine into the United States? Who else was involved with the arms dealing, drug smuggling and the money laundering out of Mena, Arkansas?

Who else has returned Afghanistan into the largest producers of opium in the world after the Taliban had that production almost completely stopped? The same organization that cheerfully submitted Operation Northwoods to the Joint Chiefs of Staff for his approval. So who's in charge of the drug trafficking in New York now? The mafia or the military? You tell me. Let's ask Al Martin and Bo Gritz. We can’t ask Chip Tatum, he’s dead. Just like Gary Webb, Danny Casolaro, Barry Jennings and Dr. David Kelly.

Police dogs

There has been a fair bit of media lately about police dogs using excessive force. I used to know a guy many years ago who was involved with training police dogs in Delta. I didn’t really know him, I just remember hearing him speak and give a presentation on police dog training.

To my understanding, back then the dogs were trained to grab the arm and pin the suspect. There was no mauling the suspects face involved in that training. It sounds like things have changed.

In the two cases on the news, both suspects admit wrong doing. One kid admitted to breaking into a convenience store and stealing a monster drink. Hardly a serious offence. Sending a police dog to grab and pin him would be appropriate. Having the dog maul his face is not appropriate. It’s like tasering someone after they’re down or after they are hogtied. Reasonable force means taking the person down not beating the tar out of them once they’re on the ground.

Likewise the other case on the news showed a guy using a skateboard to smash a transit bus door. He was not only in the wrong but committing an aggressive act that warranted a certain amount of reasonable force to subdue him. He too was mauled in the face by the dog and had tendon damage near his knee which made him unable to walk properly long after the attack. Even though that suspect was in the wrong and being aggressive, using force to take him down was warranted but mauling his face and knee after he was on the ground was not.

Mauling someone’s face after they are on the ground is wrong. The dog’s trainer on site is legally liable. He could easily have given the command to stop but obviously felt punishing the suspect after he was subdued was his right when it clearly was not.

My three beefs

Right now, Harper screwing up our pensions is my primary beef. That is unbelievable. Lying about the bank bailout in Canada, taking us from a surplus in the millions to a deficit in the billions because he gave the banks $65 billion when he said we didn’t have to was astonishing. Repaying that bailout by deregulating pensions is pure evil. Although he didn’t say a word about it during the election, he was involved with the pension theft at Canada Post prior to the last election.

After the employees voted no to losing their pensions, Canada Post locked out their employees knowing that Stephen Harper would legislate them back to work. Now he is continuing that dirty deed in his quest to steal pensions from all new Canadians not just unionized workers. This is not a heritage to be proud of. Stephen Harper and Gordon Campbell are scoundrels.

My next biggest beef is the BC Hydro fraudulent debt and the secret quest to crash the public company and turn it into another Enron disaster at the taxpayers’ expense just because privatizing Hydro will remove all public accountability. That is treason.

My third beef is obviously the gang war resulting from the public sale of crack and crystal meth. Stephen Harper is not an honest man. He was elected on a tough on crime platform, only to cut funding for the RCMP and the Gang Task Force.
He didn’t give anyone more money for more prisons. He came up with an insanely unbalanced crime bill and told the provinces they had to pay for it. That’s like Christy Clark giving away a new stat holiday she doesn’t have to pay for. Only it’s much worse.

His ridiculously unbalanced crime bill will prevent us from being able to afford to fix the problem we have all been complaining about – addressing violent crime. When someone gets more prison time for growing pot than for sexual assault, something is very wrong.

Destroying our prison system, which is exactly what Stephen Harper is doing by over burdening it with nonviolent offenders, will bankrupt it unnecessarily just like the California privatized prison system disaster.

What we need to do is stop letting crack dealers sell crack or crystal meth in public. What we need to do is get rid of Stephen Harper because he is a traitor and a tyrant just like Brian Mulroney.

Stopping the public sale of crack would be an easy task. On welfare night in East Vancouver the line ups for the crack dealers are a block long. It would be a very simple task to walk up to that line and arrest the crack dealer not the addicts. The fact that we are not doing that is suspect. It brings us to Operation Fast and Furious.

Operation Fast and Furious was nothing new. They were caught doing what the Bush and Clintons were doing out of Mena, Arkansas for years. If we want to get crack off the street, we have to open our eyes and take a look at the obvious corruption that is putting it there.

102 minutes that changed the world

There was a very disturbing documentary about 9/11 on TV last night called 102 minutes that changed the world. It showed a lot of unseen footage taken from private cameras and cell phones after the first plane hit the first tower and on through the second plane and the eventual collapse of the towers.

It was very disturbing because without question 9/11 was a horrible event. A few years ago I was at a jobsite and we were discussing 9/11 and the Bush Administration. The person I was discussing it with came right out and said do you believe 9/11 was an inside job? I looked him in the eye and said yes I do. There was silence. A woman I worked with looked at me like I had just said I was an alien from outer space. She was shocked. I shrugged and said I sincerely believe it was an inside job.

One of the things that bothered me about the documentary last tonight was that it didn’t even show the collapse of the first tower. They had all this new unseen footage and they cut out the collapse of the first tower completely. They just showed the tower and a plume of smoke with it gone shortly thereafter and all the shock that the tower had completely disappeared.

It did show the collapse of the second tower once briefly from a distance. The whole point is that buildings don’t collapse like that unless the load bearing beams are blown out in a controlled demolition. A better example is the third tower. The third tower fell in the exact same manner and no planes hit it at all. It didn’t fall over. It collapsed into it’s own blueprint at freefall speed. Architects will tell you that is a controlled demolition. Larry Silverstein admitted they pulled that tower.

Looking back at the twin towers, they too collapsed into their own blueprint at freefall speed. One can imagine that a plane hitting a tower can cause a huge amount of force. Yet the buildings were unmoved. When they fell, they fell at freefall speed. The top floors didn’t collapse first which in turn put pressure on lower floors which caused them to collapse. They all fell at freefall speed just like a controlled demolition.

Another thing that bothered me about that documentary is that it didn’t show the subsequent explosions we all saw after the planes hit. It did interview one witness covered in dust. He was asked What happened? He responded with: It collapsed. The top flours collapsed. I saw it blow and I ran like hell. I may be 69 but I can still run. He saw what blow? He said he saw something blow right before the tower collapsed. He wasn’t taking about the initial explosion when the plane hit it. He was talking about right before the tower fell. Other eye witnesses claim they also saw explosions going off in the Towers after the planes hit. Those witnesses are now dead.

Another disturbing thing is the fact that right after the documentary they advertised another new documentary about JFK exposing his mistresses. We all know it is highly likely that JFK had an affair with Marylyn Monroe. That wasn’t the conspiracy. The conspiracy was the fact that he was assassinated. That is a historical fact. He was murdered after he vetoed Operation Northwoods and reassigned the Joint Chiefs of staff who signed it and fired the Director of the CIA who submitted it.

Allen Dulles was the one that helped hide the Bush family’s dealings with Nazi Germany. Putting him on the Warren Commission to investigate Kennedy’s assassination was a complete conflict of interest. Kennedy was shot from the front not from behind. The secret service pulled back his body guard right before he was shot.

Allen Dulles was also involved with Operation 40 which just happens to be highlighted on Jesse Ventura's TV Series Conspiracy Theory. Barry Seal our cocaine smuggling friend for the Agency in Mena Arkansas was also a member of Operation 40.

If find the timing of a use 9/11 to rationalize going to war right before a slag JFK for vetoing Operation Northwoods to be very suspicious. Many readers will cover their ears when I say 9/11. Many more readers will cover their ears when I say JFK. Some readers will say stop mentioning Operation Northwoods. Only I can’t. Operation Northwoods was a real proposal. If Kennedy didn’t veto it, they would have implemented it. Regardless of who is responsible for 9/11 that is a serious concern.

I’m sure if we took video footage of children screaming with radiation burns in Hiroshima and Nagasaki that too would generate strong emotions. We need to open our eyes and look at the facts. Larry Silverstein bought the twin towers after the port authority lost the court case to pay for the asbestos removal. Yes the twin towers were half full of asbestos and yes the port authority wanted to demolish the towers but were forbidden from doing so because of the health concerns. That horrible dust cloud we all saw wasn’t just dust. It was full of asbestos.

Larry Silverstein went back to court with the port authority at his side and sued the insurance companies again. This time he wanted to get paid double the value of the policy because two planes constituted two terrorist attacks. They won that court case. He doubled his investment over that horrific tragedy.

That’s like insuring a car worth $20,000.00 and getting paid $40,000.00 because it was involved in a three car collision. It’s just not right.

I do believe 9/11 was an inside job and I'm not the only one.

These are all good things. Against such there is no law.

Bruce Lee and Yip Man

Bruce Lee wrote the book on Mixed Martial arts. It was called the Tao of Jeet Kune do. His original teacher was Yip Man. Yip Man is known as the grandfather of Wing Chung. Yet Wing Chung was a woman. She originally created the style using techniques that would work for a smaller practitioner to use against a larger practitioner.

Yip Man is highly regarded around the world as the patriarch of Wing Chung. He is very small and frail yet very talented and competent. It reminds me of the stories of the small old men who were Kendo masters. They were very relaxed and fast and were amazingly competent. It’s nice to see a smaller guy take out a larger guy using technique not brute force. Everybody likes a David and Goliath story.

Yet in our day, North Americans call for the steroid moneys to over power and control their opponents. It’s sad really. Not only is a huge portion of the arts lost but a large portion of the philosophy is being lost as well.

Royce Gracie put the UFC on the map. He was the man. He showed us how it was done. We need to remember that and respect what he did for the art that we now know as MMA. He was the king of ground fighting. He took a boxer to the ground, mounted him and the boxer tapped out because he had no idea what to do. He took out a much larger and stronger opponent by choking him out with his legs in a perfect triangle choke. He brought us technique before brutal force.

Bruce Lee wasn’t a very large man physically but he was very strong and very fit. His technique demonstrated how not only could a smaller opponent take out a larger opponent but multiple opponents. No a days it’s the old cop out, fight me fight my gang. Now it’s seven guys giving one guy the boots and pretending that has anything to do with manliness.

There was an older movie called the Dragon that was a good portrayal of the Bruce Lee Story. More recently there was a great movie done about (Y)ip Man’s life with Donnie Yen. I’m still not sure if that has been released with English subtitles yet.

There isn’t much Kung fu that has survived the UFC. Just like when full contact Karate became a sport, most of the hand techniques of Karate were dropped and replaced with Western boxing. Thai boxing has survived and risen to be very practical in the cage.

Chi Sao is just a drill but it does have a purpose. It can be done blindfolded to teach wrist sensitivity. The trapping hands of wing chung bridge the gap between stand up and grappling. It is well worth preserving that tradition.

Last night the Fifth Estate ran a segment on the Montreal mafia murders called Who’s killing the Rizzutos? It was an interesting background but cut short before they answered the question. They ended it with the murder of Sal the Iron Worker and the arrest of Raynald Desjardins without a word said about the other Hells Angel associates arrested with him.

In fact the Hells Angels involvement with the Rizzutos and subsequent conflict with them wasn’t even mentioned. Sad. The question is, when Vito Rizzuto gets out of jail in 2012, will he wage war against the Hells Angels for teaming up with his enemies to murder his family? Time will tell. It always does.

Jeff Lynds

Reports are coming in that Jeff Lynds is dead. He was the one who confessed to shooting Randy Mersereau and was charged in two other murders.

Some claim the Hells Angels put a hit on his life for testifying against them so he killed himself in prison. Others claim the Hells Angels did it and it wasn’t a suicide. Either way his testimony shed light on several cold case murders in Nova Scotia tied to the Hells Angels. Now we’re left wondering about Rusty and Ellen.

BTW a big shout out to the Canadian far East. My mother was born in Amherst and my father’s mother was born in Woodstock. I think in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick they have a better understanding of what I’m trying to say about what living the dream really meant for motorcyclists and how a handful of criminals have distorted that dream completely.

Some are wondering if his death is just a transition into witness protection. Who knows. I just think we need to come clean on who killed Rusty and Ellen.

Cocaine seized at UN headquarters in New York

A bag containing 16kg (35.5lb) of cocaine was found at the United Nations headquarters in New York last week, police have said. The drugs were in a bag printed with a version of the UN symbol which arrived at the organisation's mailroom, setting off a security alert. Spokesman Paul Browne said they seemed to have been delivered by accident. There was no name or address on the shipment sent from Mexico City through Cincinnati, he added.

People are wondering if this missing shipment of cocaine has anything to do with the UN gang in the greater Vancouver area. We know they have stamped their logo on bricks of cocaine in the past. People are also wondering if this missing shipment of cocaine has anything to do with the recent murder of a high ranking UN member in Mexico who was alleged to be working off a debt for a previous missing shipment.

I’m wondering how it went missing and ended up at the UN Headquarters in New York. It’s not like someone puts UN on a package and drops it in the US Postal service and they deliver it to the wrong UN by mistake. The people moving the product are supposed to know where it’s supposed to be delivered to. It makes me wonder if the UN’s enemies had anything to do with the shipment going missing.

Oh “They” would never do that you say? But they also said “They” would never sell drugs. “They” would never have anything to do with Robert Pickton. “They” would never report an enemy to the police. Yet they have. It all makes me wonder. I guess that’s why they call me crazy.

Zen in the Martial Arts

What first led me to Zen was a study of the martial arts. Remember the martial arts originally was a way of life. There was a philosophy that was a part of any real martial arts training. In today’s world that seems to be lost entirely.

Old movies like the Karate Kid showed a struggle between good versus evil. Most of the early Bruce Lee movies showed him fighting the bad guys who were smuggling heroin. Bruce Lee was not fighting to promote drug smuggling and greed.

The UN gang tries to take some of the traditional Asian values and twist them into supporting something bad. Honor and loyalty are good but there is no honor in selling crack and loyalty to a criminal enterprise is very misguided. Especially when that criminal organization sells date rape drug.

Zen is very much in the moment. It doesn’t just apply to Buddhism. I can apply to anything. It’s simply thinking outside the box. Looking at the bigger picture and seeing how our actions affect others and the world we live in. No doubt true Zen has a social conscience (Dali Lama) and a passion to protect the environment. Indeed, we are one (Bob Marley).

The purpose of martial arts training was to preserve and protect. It was not to control and abuse. That is the dark side which leads not just to anger and hate but to selfishness, greed , oppression, dishonesty and unfulfillment. It is not only wrong but it is empty and incomplete.

Allan Watts studied Zen. He wrote an interesting booklet that talked about Christianity. In it, he claimed the translation of the Greek word sin literally meant to miss the mark. If our ultimate goal in life is to find peace, happiness and fulfillment, to sin would be to miss the mark like an archer misses his target. To sin then would be to do things that would take away true happiness and real fulfillment.

Martin Luther King taught anyone can be great because anyone can serve. Clearly the dilemma arises when we realize that true happiness comes through service to others. Not slavery, but service. Indeed whosoever shall lose his life shall in so doing find it.
I remember hearing about a Chinese painting of Heaven and Hell. The artist’s image of hell was a dinner table filled with food. Seated at the table the guests had chopsticks longer than their arms. They were too long to get the food into their mouths and were the only way they could eat the feast before them.

As a result everyone was in torment because they were starving sitting in front of a huge feast and unable to eat it. They were miserable. Conversely, the artist’s image of heaven contained the same dinner table with the same eating utensils. Only this scene was very different than the other. In this scene everyone was happy and fulfilled. The only difference was they were feeding each other.

I don’t believe Hell is a place where God spanks us for eternity and repeatedly tells us I told you so. I think Hell is simply having lived a selfish live and being then grouped with people just like us. Living in a society where people rob, rape and murder would be somewhat less fulfilling then living in a society where people aspire to something higher and work together for a common goal. It really is that simple. Is this the real life or is it just a fantasy? You tell me. Perhaps it’s just a Bohemian Rhapsody

Bad Month in Surrey

Here’s the news: Stephen Harper just announced he’s going to take his majority government and after dropping expensive bombs in Libya and spending a huge amount of money on jets from one of his own lobbyists, he is now going to destroy Canada’s Pension Plan once and for all. Oh the cunning plan of the evil one.

The neo cons have been preparing us for this. They keep telling us money is short, times are tough. Yet the real lie is about the bank bailout that Canada never did but did in secret. The one that took us from a surplus in the millions to a deficit in the billions with one sweep of the devil’s pen.

England had a similar problem. After creating a huge deficit from spending a huge amount of money on the unlawful invasion of Iraq based on a lie, and after spending a huge amount of money dropping missiles in Libya, the neo con government announced massive cuts to education, policing, medical and you guessed it, pensions.

Stealing pensions is the new corporate golden egg that consumes their greed. At first they wanted to tap into the interest of employee pensions seeing the huge amount of money just sitting there waiting to be stolen. The people didn’t like that idea. Pensions are sacred. So instead they stopped giving employees pensions. That was they could have the principle and the interest too. Oh the cunning plan of the evil one.

This is where Stephen Harper has taken us. He wants to steal our pensions because he spent billions of tax dollars on the banks. That is so wrong words cannot express how wrong it is. We need to wake up and smell the coffee. We need to open our eyes and see what the enemy within is doing to our country. It is treason and we need to resist it.

Bill McKinnon and Dave Habib

Why on earth would the head of the RCMP in Kelowna give Dave Habib a letter of reference? That is beyond absurd. He can’t claim ignorance like Pat Fogarty who is simply out of touch with reality. He knows Dave Habib was charged with assaulting a peace officer in 2001. He knows his brother Mike and Sam have been charged in a huge Oxycontin fraud.

He knows his other brother Dale is the president of the Kingpin Crew and was charged in a double murder in Calgary and Kelowna. There was a publication ban on that trial but the decision has been released. The charged against Dale were stayed, he wasn’t found innocent. The people who were convicted of being hired to do the murder testified in court Dale hired them but didn’t pay the full price. Since it was their word against his the charges against Dale were stayed. Postponed until a later time if and when more evidence came forward that would be enough to get a conviction in court.

Dale had indirect connections to Britney Irving and Geoff Mesiner’s murder as well. The guy is a complete sleaze bag. Sam and Dale live right beside Dave. They’re neighbors living on the same street. Dave collected money from students to hold a boxing seminar in Kelowna. The kids stayed at Dale’s house. That is a total conflict of interest.

So this love affair between Bill McKinnon and Dave Habib is somewhat disturbing to say the least. McKinnon had it in 2006 but somewhere along the line lost it completely. Ever see the movie Braveheart? Remember when Wallace was ready to kill the guy defending the invading British King? He pulled the guy’s helmet off right before he slit his throat and saw it was his friend, Robert the Bruce. The same guy who gave him his word and promised to fight with him. He was so shocked he stepped back and sat down in utter shock, betrayal and grief. That is what this letter of reference is. It is a complete betrayal of the people of Kelowna and the people of British Columbia. Perhaps it’s time to transfer Mr. McKinnon to another province where he isn’t so conflicted.

A lot of people have been contacting me from Kelowna expressing their concerns about the Liquid Zoo reopening. They feel totally betrayed and so they should. The City shut them down by revoking their liquor license because a Hells Angels was a part owner of the establishment and the Liquor board agreed that doing business with a member of the Hells Angels made the owners not fit and proper to hold a liquor license.

Dale Habib stepped in with a bullshit argument that made no sense. He claimed that he was the previous owner that sold the club to Diapoli and the other part owners that changed the name of the club to the Liquid Zoo. Yet that was not entirely true.

He also claimed that he sold the club to the Hells Angels and the other part owners on the condition that the liquor license would be approved even though no such agreement was ever put in writing. Nevertheless, one could logically assume that if someone bought a club, they’d want the liquor license to go with it and that if the liquor license was not approved they’d likely want their money back.

However, we all know how the Hells Angels hide their business investments in other people’s names. After their clubhouse was seized in Halifax under criminal organization legislation, they opened a new one up with a different name.

Dave Habib owned Senior Frogs, which had the suspicious fire and sold it to a Hells Angel named Guy Charles Stanley who opened it up as Champagne Charlie’s. If doing business with Diapoli made the owners of the Liquid Zoo not fit and proper to hold a liquor license then doing business with Champagne Charlie made Dave Habib not fit and proper to hold a liquor license. The fact that he has reopened it up as the Liquid Zoo, not Senior Frogs is proof the Hells Angels are still involved with it and that the name on the deed is just figurative.

The reason that people in Kelowna are so upset and feel so betrayed is because how totally out of control the Hells Angels in Kelowna have become. Britney Irving and Geoff Meisner’s murder was outrageous. So was beating Dain Philips to death with baseball bats and hammers. Deranged. Joey Verma getting a VP tattoo is equally deranged. Things have gotten completely out of control. A Hells Angel jumping a police officer from behind outside another night club is yet another example how absurd Bill McKinnon’s letter of reference is. Right now the Kelowna Hells Angels are as they say ripe in iniquity. It’s like the pride and decadence before the fall of Rome. For an RCMP officer to endorse that kind of evil means it’s time for him to leave Kelowna. Period.

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

I’ve fallen behind. Yes I will follow up on the love affair between Kelowna RCMP head Bob McKinnon and Dave Habib because that does need to be addressed. Yes I will write about Stephen Harpers new announcement to destroy Canadian pensions based on a lie because that is a National Emergency. Before that however, I want to pause for a moment and go retro.

When I was a kid I used to have a book called Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. I liked it because I rode a motorcycle at the time and I was introduced to zen through my study of the martial arts. Back in the day, the martial arts was a way of life with a profound philosophy. It wasn’t about taking steroids and just ground and pound. That’s for people who never understood what the Gracie’s showed us in Brazilian Ju Jitsu.

Back in the day, riding a motorcycle was about living the dream. It was about freedom. Mobility rights – the freedom to move. The freedom to go where you want when you want. Yet it was more than that. It was about the American Dream. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Not the new dream which simply covets greed.

Likewise the MC dream has become tainted. Selling crack and crystal meth has nothing to do with living the dream. Neither does pimping crack hoes or selling date rape drug. Living the dream isn’t about old men on Viagra spending all their time at the strip bar. Somewhere along the line most of those idiots forgot to grow up. Why are “good family men” so obsessed with spending all their time at the strip bar?

Sexual intimacy is a normal part of a healthy marriage. I am most certainly not saying that wives are supposed to be sexual slaves. I’m just saying that if the intimacy has been lost in your marriage, perhaps she’s just not into you any more. Perhaps she has good reason. Perhaps those old men just need to grow up or as we said back in the day, go back to living the real dream and remembering that enlightenment we all once knew when we were young.

I just bought an new copy of the book reprinted in 1999 on the 15th anniversary of the original printing. It came out in 1974 That makes the book 38 years old. Where on earth did the time go? The Book is titled Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance An Inquiry into Values. You don’t need a religion to have values.

Right before the introduction there is a quote that reads: “And what is good, Phaedrus, And what is not good – Need we ask anyone to tell us these things?” That pretty much sums it up. We don’t need a paid preacher or a corrupt politician to tell us what is good and what is evil. We can see and know that for ourselves. What we need is simply to open our eyes. Once we see the big picture, our lives will never be the same.

So while we talk about the gang war, while we talk about corruption in politics that enables the gang war, I’m going to run a several pary series on the side about Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance because ultimately, that’s what I’m talking about.

Kendo - Onegai shimasu

Onegai shimasu is a Kendo term that's hard to translate. It is said when one squares off with an opponent. Some translate it to mean please train with me but that is incomplete. My Kendo instructor told me it meant "Please Show me the way." [to enlightenment] This makes much more sense when you put it in the context of Zen.

Enlightenment is the quest of Zen. When you square off against an oponenet they show you your weaknesses. By overcoming your weaknesses you progress towards enlightenment. I like the term. Kendo Kaponi on the other hand is a Latino rapper that cut a song with Daddy Yankee called Danger. The Latino brothers understand war, hell, resurrection and danger. Indeed the drug dealers life is a dangerous business. Buyer beware.

All Blacks Haka - Ka Mate

The New Zealand All Blacks are an awesome rugby team. Before a match they do the ceremonial Haka taken from Maori tradition. There are different forms of the Haka but one form and one translation that I saw on the All Blacks web site related to a historic battle. A Maori chief and a small band of warriors were greatly out numbered. The chief shouted out we're gonna die. The warriors responded we will live. This is repeated twice. Then the unified conclusion was live or die we will fight. It is a very moving a motivational chant. Ka Mate.

Vancouver drugs seized in Australia

Five Australian men have been arrested after trying to smuggle $8 million worth of drugs Down Under from Vancouver International Airport.

On Dec. 30, 2011, Canadian border officers found the drugs - six kilograms of cocaine, 12 kg of MDMA (ecstasy) and nearly two kilograms of meth – after they examined a commercial oven and range destined for Australia Service Agency.

The shipment was tracked to Sydney airport on Jan. 7, and on Thursday to locations in two suburbs north of Sydney, where eight search warrants were issued and the five men arrested.

Dare I say it? We know who would be in charge of that much cocaine and crystal meth in Vancouver. Perhaps the fake ecstasy would start causing more fatalities in Australia just like they have here in greater Vancouver and Calgary. The same drug ring going international.

We know a little bit about the Hells angels invasion of the Australian drug market including Sydney. The hells angels bribed and patched over Chris Hudson. They told the local MC called the Finks to work for them or leave town. They told the Hells Angels to F off. We know that Chris Hudson was caught on video grabbing a girl by the hair and dragging her outside a nightclub. He was seen throwing her to the ground and kicking her in the head. Later that day he was seen assaulting his girlfriend in public. When a local lawyer and a Dutch backpacker came to his girlfriend's aid he pulled out a gun and shot all three emptying the clip into the lawyer who was a father of three while he lay on the ground wounded. That father died.

We also know all about the Senior Hells Angels and his pack of rats that were accused of gang raping and torturing a stripper from Melbourne on another pig farm. The woman was awarded a token compensation for her injuries but the assailants walked. We also know about the Sergeant at Arms for that chapter that was accused of gang raping and torturing that girl. The police seized some of his property under proceeds of crime legislation. He sued them and won. Now that's a rat king for ya. The president of the chapter had drug charges as well. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to do the math. The Hells Angels tried to extort almost $1 million from one of Australia's biggest construction companies during a dispute featuring Melbourne underworld bosses.

Interesting to see the huge difference between the Canadian and the Australian judicial system. The paper claimed that the mules who were caught bringing the drugs into Australia, could face life imprisonment. No house arrest from an idiot like Peter Leask down under.

The Habib Crime Family

Most of us commit some kind of crime. None of us are perfect. Jay walking is a crime. Speeding is a crime. Impaired driving is a crime. Even smoking a blunt is a crime. Yet so is murder and cocaine trafficking.

We know that in a democratic society there exists a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. That is an important charter right. Yet as I keep saying, it is not unlawful to say that someone was at one time charged with an offence even if that person was later found not guilty or the charges were stayed so to speak. Sometimes criminal cases don’t proceed because there isn’t enough evidence to convict someone or witnesses are too afraid to testify.

Let’s take a look at some of the crimes the Habib brothers have been charged with. Most recently, Mike and Sam Habib have been charged in a huge Oxycontin fraud. Yes they are innocent until proven guilty. Yet drugs were seized and there was enough evidence to implicate Mike and Sam to warrant a charge against them.

Mike and Sam are colourful characters. Once source claims Mike likes to throw around the name of the Hells Angels. He had a leased vehicle repossessed in Calgary. Sam was behind in lease payments on another vehicle and swore on the name of the Kingpin Crew that he would return the SUV. Only he didn’t and when we went public with that information, all of a sudden the leasing company didn’t want the SUV back any more. That was somewhat suspicious.

Speaking of owing people money for leased vehicles registered in other people’s names, let’s take a look at the murder of an auto broker in Calgary named Douglas Kuntz. He was murdered because someone owed him money. The people convicted of committing the murder claim they were hired by Sam and Mike’s brother, Dale Habib. Dale was in fact charged in that murder. Actually it was a double murder. Even though the people convicted of committing the murder told the court Dale was the one who hired them, that wasn’t enough evidence to convict him so the charges were stayed. He wasn’t found innocent. The charges were postponed. They were dropped leaving the door open for him to be charged at a future date if more evidence came to light.

There were two other murders in Kelowna where Dale was implicated. Dale was a friend and associate of Joey Verma who is on trial for murdering Britney Irving. Dale is also president of the Kingpin Crew a Hells Angel puppet club in Kelowna. Geoff Meisner was also murdered. When Britney’s body was recovered the police announced that Geoff’s murder was related to drugs. Geoff’s wife filed an affidavit in court trying to get him pronounced legally dead so she could sell some family assets. In that affidavit she admitted that Geoff was an associate of the Hells Angels and the Kingpin Crew. If he was an associate of the Kingpin crew, then he knew Dale Habib because Dale was the president of that club.

In steps Dale’s brother Dave. Dave was charged with assaulting a peace officer in 2001. There was a long list of appearances in that case. His lawyer applied for an adjournment on the case and that application was eventually successful. In 2006 there was another criminal charge against Dale Habib but there is a publication ban on those proceedings. Dale was arrested in Calgary and flown back to Kelowna for that trial. I'm trying to find the name of the Kelowna victim in that double murder.

Dave Habib owns a boxing gym in Kelowna. His personal boxing record wasn’t very good but he has other coaches that work there. He collected money to hold a boxing seminar for the youth in BC. One source claims the kids stayed at his brother Dale’s house, who had been implicated in that double murder and was the president of a Hells Angels puppet club. Not a very responsible place to let youth stay on a boxing seminar.

Dave also used to own a restaurant called Senior frogs. That restaurant had a suspicious fired and reopened as Champagne Charlie’s named after East Vancouver Hells Angels Guy Charles Stanley. Stanley was eventually kicked out of the Hells Angels and the name of the club was changed to the Liquid Zoo which was shut down a while ago for it’s ties to the Hells Angels. Not only did they let Hells Angels attend the nightclub in gang colours, a East Van Hells Angel named Dipopolo was a part owner of the establishment.

The Liquid Zoo lost it’s liquor license because the Liquor board agreed that the owner’s business relationship with a member of the Hells Angels made them not fit and proper to hold a liquor license. In steps Dave Habib. Dave helped the Hells Angels get their liquor license back. He claimed that he sold it to Dipopolo on the condition that the liquor license would be approved although no such agreement existed on paper.

Yet that wasn’t entirely true. Dave Habib sold Senior Frog’s which became Champagne Charlie’s. He didn’t own Champagne Charlie’s and sell it to Dipopolo to become the Liquid Zoo. If he had that would have meant he was business partners with Hells Angel Guy Charles Stanley which would have also made him not fit and proper to hold a liquor license. Yet, for some bizarre reason, the Liquid Zoo has reopened and Dave Habib is involved with it. That is shocking. It would appear that local policing efforts to clean up Kelowna has taken one step forward and two steps back.

Sean Beaver who was shot dead last night was the half brother of a Dhak associate named Stephen Leone that was shot dead last October. Newt Gingrich and the American Infidelity Dream

I realize with all the bullets flying and bodies dropping in the gang war revisited, no one really cares about American politics right now but since it’s in the news I’ll throw it out there and the rest of you can just scroll past it.

Turns out that Mitt Romney didn’t win Iowa after all, Newt Gingrich did. But wait a minute. They announced that Mitt Romney won Iowa. Now they claim the Newt won Iowa? That sounds an awful lot like Florida discrepancies to me.

I find Newt Gingrich’s popularity to be very disturbing. New developments came out about his past infidelities. A reporter asked him about it and he yelled at the reporter and said he was outraged they would even ask the question while his clone soldier groupies cheered and rose to give him a standing ovation. That was just plain cult like. Jim Jones here we come.

It’s a sad day when the “religious right” chooses infidelity over common sense. Gingrich’s infidelity is relevant. So is his ties to insider trading. Catherine Austin Fitts talked about the Shadow Government. An intelligent credible person talking about very real concerns. Ron Paul isn’t part of the shadow government. The Shadow government would rather elect two idiots (Sarah Palin or Donald Trump) instead of electing him.

Yet even the public can’t stomach that much stupidity so they found a healthy compromise in Mitt Romney. But no, the dirty traders and insider greed rather someone dirty enough to do whatever they want so they have to push someone else. So they pick the rageaholic with a history of infidelity and insider trading that would serve them well.

It’s a sad day when Americans cheer those kinds of dirty deeds. Sure part of the American dream is a rags to riches quest but it’s much more than that. The real American dream was Braveheart’s quest for freedom. Freedom of religion. Freedom of association. Freedom from unnecessary searches and seizures. The right to a fair trial and due process. The right to legal representation. The Bill of Rights is the real American dream.

So many sheep have lost sight of that because they covet greed and idolize infidelity. When Desperate Housewives become the national role model, something has seriously gone astray. Muslims aren’t the only ones who have the term infidel. The New Testament claims that anyone who doesn’t provide for his own is worse than an infidel. It’s sad to see the American dream become twisted to the Infidel’s Dream to the cheers of the cult like crowd.

Another Canadian drug dealer murdered in Mexico

Without diving too much into the details of each case, I just want to cite the drug related murders of four Canadians in Mexico which I feel are very much related. Most recently we have a senior UN member murdered in Mexico named Salih Abdulaziz Sahbaz. He was 37 and returned regularly to Surrey.

He took over after UN member Elliott Castenada was murdered in Mexico. In between those two murders, Gordon Kendall and Jeffry Ivans, Hells Angels associates from Kamloops were also brutally murdered in Mexico.

Gord and Jeff didn't look like Hells Angel associates. They looked like two fun loving Canadians who got in over their head. They were making drug connections for the Hells angels in Mexico and were dealing with the Mexican cartels. The local news ran photos of their dead bodies in the paper. It was horrible.

We all know when someone gets shot, they bleed. We see people get shot on TV all the time. Seeing the recent photo of Salih's dead body reminded me of the photos of Gord and Jeff's. There was a huge amount of blood. I'm not the type of guy to print those kinds of pictures.

I didn't post pictures of Larry Amero lying on the ground bleeding after he was shot in Kelowna. I didn't post pictures of the Montreal mafioso that was shot and swam across the freezing river only to be found dead on the other side of the river lying in the snow. I didn't even post pictures of the Risottos at his son's funeral. We need to have a little more respect than that.

Some would argue that showing these pictures of the brutally murdered gang members is a good poster for kids so they don't get involved in that lifestyle. I understand the argument. I'm just not going to participate in it. I prefer to remember Gord and Jeff as the fun loving Bob and Doug Mackenzie types who were obviously fun, kind and friendly. To me that is just as significant because it shows how easily anyone can get tempted by the quick cash that comes at far too great a price. That is a real tragedy.

Houston, We have a problem

Who is responsible for these murders? A lot of people are talking about how the Hells Angels are now involved in an all out gang war in Vancouver just like they were in Quebec during the /90’s. Although I have no intention of over dramatizing the situation, I will do some basic math.

I wasn’t the one that said the Hells Angels are warring with the Duhres. That was clearly defined in the media. Kim Bolan was likely first to make the claim. So if the Duhres keep getting shot in Surrey, Vancouver and Abbotsford, who one earth do you think did it?

Here’s my point. If the Hells Angels contract a murder as an organization, then they are legally liable for that murder as an organization. Both civilly and criminally. Percy was murdered in a Surrey crack house several years ago. The hit man who was convicted of the murder claimed he was contracted to do the murder for the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels. If the Hells Angels contract a murder as an organization, then that clearly makes them a criminal organization. Especially if the murder is drug related.

Vancouver and Abbotsford’s first murders of 2012 have ties to the Hells Angels. Surprise, surprise. Although Vancouver’s “gang war” peaked in 2009, I do think this year we have made some significant progress in dealing with the problem. After all it is a problem that is affecting public safety.

The progress that I think we’ve made has nothing to do with the drop in number of public executions. As I’ve said before, that just means one side won. The progress that we have finally made is that now we all know the Hells Angels sell drugs, use violence to control the drug trade and are now the prime participants in the current gang related violence we are currently witnessing.

Sure it seems like one step forward three steps back but I do think it is a significant step. After all, rage and denial are the primary tools that hide an alcoholic’s addiction in a dysfunctional family. The first step in dealing with an alcohol problem is to admit one has an alcohol problem. “Hi, my name is such and such. I’m an alcoholic.” Or in our case, Hi, my name is Vancouver. We have a Hells Angels problem and it’s a big problem. It’s tied to drugs, prostitution and extreme violence that is affecting public safety. There, that wasn’t so hard was it?

The next step in dealing with our problem is to get over the fallacy that we are somehow better off if we let the Hells Angels control the drug trade. That is so wrong. When is a monopoly ever good? Giving a criminal more power does tend to corrupt. Giving him absolute power tends to corrupt him absolutely.

Supply and demand states that if there are two drug dealers on a corner they will compete for business. Maybe one will charge less than the other. Maybe one will give a better more pure product than the other. If a customer is mistreated by one, they can simply go to another. Yet when you let the Hells Angels have a monopoly on the drug trade that just doesn’t happen. People start loosing fingers for small drug debts. People start getting pushed out of windows for large drug debts.

What’s even worse is they will betray and brother and they will betray a sister just to make more money. Greed consumes them and they start bragging about murdering a woman. That is the peak of their abomination. That is the turning point where society says enough is enough. The light penetrates the darkness and all of a sudden people realize who the real rats are. People start to realize that ratting out a rat is good. Bragging about murdering a woman is not.

Man shot dead at the Vancouver Sheraton Wall Centre

A man was shot dead at the Vancouver Sheraton Wall Centre last night while eating at a restaurant. My first impression that was out of the norm. Not the typical Surrey drug dealer getting shot dead for selling drugs in the Hells Angels area. Yet it turns out the victim was a well-known gangster named Sandip “Dip” Duhre. He would be part of the Duhre clan. The ones who are warring with the Hells Angels. Only it doesn't really look like a war. It just looks like the are getting exterminated by the Hells Angels.

Kash Heed had some interesting things to say about Sandip Duhre. Kim Bolan reported on a “chance meeting” Kash had with him in a restaurant. “Chance meeting?” That sounds awfully suspicious to me. Sure it happens. The Gang Task force had a chance meeting with several gangsters outside of various nightclubs. It’s just that when a politician has dinner with a gangster it’s hard to develop trust and confidence in that politician.

UN Member shot dead in Mexico

A B.C. man executed in the Mexican state of Sinaloa this week was a high-ranking member of the United Nations gang who had direct contact with Mexican cartels, The Vancouver Sun has learned.

Salih Abdulaziz Sahbaz, 37, spent much of the last three years in Mexico and was the key cartel contact for the notorious B.C. gang, police sources confirmed. But he also returned regularly to Surrey, where he had family ties.

Sahbaz had taken over the Mexican end of the business after two other UN gang members, Ahmet (Lou) Kaawach and Elliott Castenada, were gunned down in front of a taco stand in Guadalajara in July 2008.

He is believed to have owed money to at least one cartel after losing a shipment of cocaine and was working off his debt. Sound suspicious to me. Then again many would claim everything does. It's just that anyone independent of the Hells Angels are dropping like flies. Matt the Rat was "friends" with Elliott Castenada.

Canadian Forces member charged with Espionage

HALIFAX - A Canadian navy intelligence officer has been charged with communicating information to a foreign entity in a case the RCMP commissioner says is an indication that Canada is not immune to threats of espionage.

Jeffrey Paul Delisle, 40, appeared in Halifax provincial court on Monday on two charges under the Security of Information Act that deal with communicating information over the past five years that could harm Canada's interests.

A CTV exclusive claimed the foreign entity was Russia and that the Canadian government claims that Russian spies are as active now as they were in the cold war. Give me a beak. I find that hard to believe. I believe CTV is right. I just think our government is pulling our leg again.

Whistle blowing is not Espionage. Reporting misconduct, false flag missions or drug trafficking is a moral duty. Yet revealing to location and movement of troops to the enemy is treason. We need to protect whistle bowers not fire and slander them or even worse murder them.

Speaking of spies and espionage, the Vancouver Sun ran an article the other day about how England was caught spying on Russia as recently as 2006 using a fake rock. Everyone spies on everyone else. The Americans spy on Canada. They sold us the PROMIS software to help us organize our files. In reality it was a Trojan horse that helped the CIA have access to all our confidential police records. No one was ever charged in that.

RCMP spy unit devastated by abuse of power

An RCMP spy task force called Special O was highlighted in Sunday's Vancouver Province. It starts off with more sexual harassment complaints but gets weird after that.

Although Bergerman and her colleagues quickly noticed that Pearson seemed constantly to be furtively texting and dashing out of the office without warning, they couldn't know that two young women he ushered onto the unit would allegedly become on-the-job sex partners who later claimed they were compelled into relations with Pearson and sexually assaulted.

Doesn't sound very professional to me. These are the people who investigated Air India, Robert Pickton and the Surrey Six. No wonder one of the RCMP officers investigating the Surrey Six ended up having an affair with a witness. Bizarre behaviour leaving key investigations short changed.

This is why our police forces and our "intelligence" agencies need to be publicly accountable. The public doesn't need to know details of an investigation,but they do need to know about an investigator's misconduct.

Gay Divorce

Gay divorce is in the news oddly enough. I don’t want to sound mean or insensitive but I don’t give a rat’s ass about gay marriage. If two gay people want to get married, who cares? I mean really. Who cares?

The new news is that a foreign gay couple who were married in Canada are now seeking a divorce. For some reason the government has a lawyer present arguing that their marriage is not legal. Rather bizarre. Of course their marriage is legal – in Canada. The problem is, they now want a divorce. Seemingly, the Divorce Act in Canada states that for you to get a divorce in Canada, you have to be living in the country for a year. So if a gay couple comes to Canada to get married and gay marriage is not legal in their country, then getting a divorce is somewhat problematic indeed.

It reminds me of a similar case when gay marriage was first allowed in Canada. A gay couple had been living together for several years. When gay marriage was passed, they decided to get married. Unfortunately, the relationship broke down shortly there after and they wanted to get a divorce. However, although the marriage act had been amended to allow gay marriage, the divorce act hadn’t been updated yet so they couldn’t get a divorce.

Excuse me for finding that somewhat amusing. You want gay marriage? OK you’ve got it, but you’re stuck with it. No divorce allowed. Knowing that divorce proceedings can be somewhat tense at times, I did find that somewhat amusing. Obviously the divorce act has been amended by now but the loop hole for foreigners who get married in Canada is still slightly problematic.

No doubt if they are living in the United States, they could get a divorce in a state that allows gay marriage. I have no idea if the divorce act in the respective states has a similar requirement to have lived in that state for a given period of time but I doubt it. Likely if you can get married in a whim in Vegas you could also get divorced in a whim there as well. Unfortunately, until the divorce act is amended in Canada, gay foreigners who get married in Canada are stuck. Perhaps Katie Perry will come up with a sequel to That’s what you get for waking up in Vegas to That’s what you get for waking up in Vancouver.

Risky Dix – a clear step forward

Adrian Dix is a promising investment. The Christy Clark / Gordon Campbell government makes me sick. These attack ads simply show how desperate they are about their drop in popularity. Interesting that their attack adds don't mention anything about her involvement in BC Rail. Face it. Gordon Campbell left office with the lowest approval rating in the Country. Even the Christy Crunch spin doctors can’t hide the fact that she’s just another Kim Campbell hiding the mess our own Brian Mulroney left us.

The same old bullshit day in and day out. The 1990’s was a federal and world wide recession. You can’t blame that on Adrian Dix. “They” keep saying the NDP will raise taxes and increase spending. Well the Campbell / Clark government did a fine job at that. The HST was a raise in taxes. The gas taxes were a raise in taxes.

I would vote for Adrian Dix way before I would ever vote for Christy Clark and that Sith Lord smile that giggled as she told the Vancouver Mayor and the Vancouver police chief there would be no funding for extra police during the Stanley cup Riot. My second choice would be John Cummings because a traditional conservative is a lot better than a neo con.

I think we should spend money on schools and hospitals. I think we should protect pensions and seniors. The Campbell government lining their own pockets at the expense of seniors and the mentally challenged was a shameful disgrace. I’d vote for John Cummings first except for the fact that I don’t think BC Hydro should be a private for profit corporation that isn’t accountable to the public. The privatized subsidiaries of BC Hydro have created this huge out of control fraudulent debt that is much worse than any NDP government has ever dreamed of.

I’m really offended by the same old nonsense. The NDP will tax and spend and the sky will fall if we vote NDP. Bullshit. The sky has already fallen. We need to fix the BC Hydro fraudulent debt now by making it publicly accountable not by turning it into another Enron scam at the taxpayers’ expense.

I support Adrian Dix. He’s a hard worker not a drunken pig. He cares about crime in the community. The Campbell / Clark government has turned their backs on crime if not been active participants in it. Mike Farnsworth would be an amazing Attorney General. This would be a wonderful step forward for British Columbia. Listening to the same old neo cons will drive this province right into the toilet of our own Enron tsunami.

Another Pickton Inquiry Bombshell

This is astounding. The Pickton Inquiry heard evidence claiming that not only did the police delay in arresting Robert Pickton after having several tips about him murdering women on the pig farm, but one officer visited him and told him the name of two informants who claimed he was killing people on the farm.

Words cannot express how absolutely outrageous that is. RCMP Supt. Bob Williams refused to say on the stand at the Missing Women Inquiry Thursday if naming those informants put their lives at risk or undermined what was still an active serial- murder investigation.

Williams interviewed the officer, Cpl. Frank Henley, for his 2002 report on whether the Mounties could be liable for civil lawsuit compensation to the families of women murdered by Pickton.

"Snitches are not welcome in the criminal underworld. In fact, they are probably often killed?" demanded lawyer Jason Gratl, a lawyer acting for Downtown Eastside aboriginal and women's groups.

Pressed by Gratl to say if revealing sources was a "breach of discipline . . . or a firing offence," Williams, the first senior Mountie to take the stand, protested, "that's going pretty far."

OMG. Who on earth is Bob Williams? If the devil was ever called to testify at the inquiry, that is no doubt exactly what he would say. Telling Pickton the names of two police informants was a colossal breach of trust. They are only worried about civil liability. No wonder. They certainly breached that.

Not investigating Pickton when they had more than one tip and more than one witness was bizarre. Telling Pickton the names of the informants was absolutely outrageous. Unprofessional doesn't cover it. It was pure evil. It makes us wonder about when the inquiry will here the promised evidence that off duty police officers attended the wild sexfest parties at Piggy Palace.

There was another witness who was going to testify in the Pickton trial that Hells Angels attended parties at Piggy's Palace in colours. When "Bikers" showed up at her home she left town and didn't testify. Did Cpl. Frank Henley also tell the Hells Angels the name of the informants that were going to testify against them? This is more evidence that Pickton did not act alone. He wasn't the group of bikers that showed up at that witnesses' home to scare them out of testifying in court.

Is Mitt Romney another Obama?

Although I totally agree Mitt Romney is a much better choice than Sarah Palin, Donald Trump or Newt Gingrich, I’m still forced to ask is Mitt Romney another Obama? Does he walk the walk or does he just talk the talk. There was an editorial in the Vancouver Province recently about how keeping Guantanamo Bay open was Obama’s biggest failure. His next was like unto it. Opening more Guantanamo bay prisons accross the United States.

The passing of the NDAA which throws away the Bill of Rights and gives the military obscene powers to violate anyone’s right they conveniently classify as a domestic terrorist. As that bill was passed, England put the entire occupy movement on the domestic terrorist list while in the US they were pepper spraying seniors and University students for peacefully exercising their right to lawful assembly.

How did Mitt Romney vote on that bill? The devil’s apprentice, John McCain passionately supported it. Then he threw in his support of Mitt Romney. How did Mitt Romney vote on the bail out Wall Street fraud? No doubt he supported the betrayal and desecration of Muammar Gaddafi.

Don’t get me wrong. Mitt Romney seems like a nice family man with traditional religious values. Yet Obama seemed like a great guy too and he said one thing and did the other. No doubt his background in the Secret Service had something to do with his caving in to the same old agenda.

Ron Paul’s position is pretty clear. The neo cons have committed a lot of fraud and created financial chaos for the public interest while lining their own pockets through insider trading and campaign contributions. Ron Paul is still speaking out and a lot more people are listening.

Stopping Smart Meters and the Hydro Fraud

Front page of the Surrey Leader says “The move to a modern power grid. 80% of Delta and Richmond homes now have smart meters; in Surrey, 20% do.” That is astounding. First the fraudulent premise. Installing Smart Meters isn’t just a matter of modernizing the power grid. It is a scam to increase Time of Day Billing and it implements intrusive surveillance that can be sold to spammers and intercepted by criminals. Even Bill Vander Zalm opposes them. That means it’s not just a matter of a lot of misinformation out there like the Hydro scam claims.

BC Hydro is “supposed” to be a public company. That means they are “supposed” to be publically accountable. The amount of fraud at BC Hydro and their unilateral dishonesty about it is absolutely shocking. Proceedihg with the Smart Meters when the cities have voted to freeze them is wrong.

We’ve talked about the ballooning BC Hydro debt that has been created by a fraudulent scam. Christy Sith Lord Clark’s government privatized Teirson Gas but they also privatized the BC Hydro subsidiaries that sell power to BC Hydro at an inflated rate. The private company is ripping off the public company so they can privatize the public company and completely shaft us, the consumers.

These are the same privatized subsidiaries that were charged along with Enron doing false billing. Surprise, surprise. Are we beginning to see the real concerns yet? Enron was a disaster. It was another example of what happens when you turn a public company private and remove public accountability. Criminals take over and rip off tax payers. This isn’t about the unemployed being jealous of the rich. It’s about criminals ripping off taxpayers with fraud. BC Hydro rejected powerline carrier technology because it would not support time of day billing.

The Canadian Bank Bail out

If we didn’t do it, why did we? There has been a lot of talk about why Canada didn’t need to bail out it’s banks like England and the United States did. A lot of talk. As I mentioned in my Top Scams of the Old Era post, the Harper Government reiterated that lie when the Occupy movement started in Canada. They came right out and said that Canada didn’t have to bail out their banks like they did in the United States so the concerns here aren’t the same as in the US. Turns out that was a bold faced lie.

Who would think that “Our” government would directly lie to us? Isn’t perjury illegal? Can’t you go to jail for that? We can only wish. Most of us, including myself until recently, didn’t know that Canada did in fact bail out their banks when we were told there was no reason to do so. On my other post one blog reader asked for links about it, likely because they too were not aware of it. Only the links are hard to find.

A couple of “left” wing outlets reported it but no doubt the right would scoff at their credibility. Yet even the Green Party posted the dirty deed on their web site. God Bless Elizabeth May. The fact that the Harper Government went from a surplus in the millions to a deficit in the billions with one swoop of the pen is absolutely mind boggling. What’s worse is them lying about doing it. Like how can you hide that kind of expenditure? We know the Harper Government was found in contempt before the last election for hiding what their budget was going to cost.

The strange thing is that “Conservatives” TALK about balanced budgets. Yet the new conservatives or neo cons as Ron Paul refers to them, do the exact opposite. Sure they do massive cuts to social programs but they also counter that with massive spending on their friends and supporters. Pork Barrel politics at it’s worse.

Harpers’ Drunk Driver High Commissioner for England, the hated Gordon Campbell, was a prime example of that. Closing Riverveiw and Seniors’ homes putting seniors and the mentally ill on the street while giving themselves two fat raises and the same gold plated pension Campbell originally campaigned against. Saying one thing and doing another is breech of contract. Never mind recall, they should be charged criminally and put in jail.

The Canadian bank bail out is a huge concern. The banks need to be held accountable and pay it back. Closing schools hospital and cutting pensions to pay for that is wrong, wrong, wrong. Harper should be put in jail for lying about it.

Street gangs targeting Hells Angels

LONDON, ONT. - Street gangs with outside muscle, targeting the Hells Angels, have sparked the outburst of violence that's left five adult businesses in flames and two people shot, police said Wednesday.

Late Wednesday, three of the men police arrested — two from London, one from Brampton, Ont. — appeared in court via video to answer charges related to the shooting. All three men are black, giving credence to the police theory that biker gangs — which don't usually allow black members — aren't responsible for the recent violence.

Hold the door. Greg Wooley was Black and the Hells Angels certainly used him. They made him a member of a puppet club in Quebec called the Rockers and put him in charge of his own gang called the Syndicate. That way the White Supremacists were able to supply all the Crips in Montreal with cocaine. Buyer Beware.

The Hells Angels, UN and Bacon Brothers’ Love Triangle

With the Kelowna shooting of Larry Amero and Jonathon Bacon, I can’t help but wonder about the love triangle between these three “enemies” and how that applies to wee Matt the Rat in Kelowna. The shooting struck us as shocking. Not that it was any big surprise anyone wanted Jonathon Bacon dead. What shocked us was Larry Amero being not only caught with Jonathon Bacon but publicly bragging about his association with him in Kelowna of all places, a Hells Angels strong hold.

Kim Bolan’s sources talked about the Wolf Pack, a new super gang. Pat Fogarty claimed there was no Wolf Pack and that the Hells Angels are no longer a threat in Kelowna as they barley have a chapter. We know Pat Fogarty is very misinformed which given his position is somewhat disturbing. Yet we knew Larry Amero was friends with Jonathon Bacon long ago. We just couldn’t prove it as they were keeping that association quiet. We could only prove that Larry’s friends were friends of the Bacon Brother’s friends.

We know that James Riach, representing the Independent Soldiers, a Hells Angels puppet club, was with the Bacon brothers at the Castle Fun Park meeting in Kevlar before the Surrey Six murder. So James Riach’s affiliation with the Bacon brothers and the Hells Angels was nothing new. We also know that Bacon brother associate Kevin LeClair who was gunned down in Langley was tied to the Hells Angels through Revolution Martial Arts. As we have said before, none of this is new information.

Yet the angle that has me thinking is about how Matt the Rat falls into this bad romance. No doubt Matt the Rat is feeling a little neglected these days since I haven’t said a word about him in so long and since he used to claim that every story I wrote was about him.

As we know, Matt the Rat bragged about his affiliation with Rob Sidhu. The dirty former cop who used fraud to obtain the location of the bacon brothers when they were on the UN’s hit list. Matt the rat was caught driving a car registered to Rob Sidhu around that time. Later on Kim Bolan reported that Rob Sidhu was being charged in the Rob Shannon Hells Angels cross border drug ring. I suppose that information didn’t come as a big surprise since Matt the rat bragged about being best friends with Rob the Nerd Shannon and Weird Hall Porteous who was also seen with convicted drug smuggler Rob Shannon. Rob Shannon was even in Weird Hal’s ridiculous rap video, “I’m on a boat.”

The thing that has me wondering, is how on earth is Matt the Rat on good terms with the Bacon brothers and the new Red Scorpions when he was sucking up to the UN and gave them the Bacon brother’s new address so they could kill them? I mean like how did he explain that one when Larry Amero and a relative of the Haney Hells Angels showed up in Kelowna with Jonathon Bacon. And how on earth did Matt the rat explain Larry Amero’s association with Jonathon Bacon to the UN?

I was discussing this conflict of interest at the time, namely quoting John Punko who said on wire that the UN are not welcome in the entire Province and how they, the Hells Angels, will pound anyone who does business with them. At the time the ratsky said not every Hells Angel likes the UN or the Bacon brothers. Each HA has their own preferences. Which to me was clearly BS.

Obviously the Vancouver HA connection wasn’t friendly with the UN. They were pissed the UN would show up and Brandy’s and got them kicked out of there. Obviously the Haney Hells angels had beef with the UN controlled Red Scorpions before the Hells angels took over the leadership of that gang so that would make the Haney Hells Angels opposed to the UN as well. We’re not just talking about one or two members here.

True the Haney Hells Angels have a reputation of pissing off their own people yet aligning with Vancouver as well as Whiterock through Larry Amero shows that the Bacon brother alliance was well entrenched. Randy Jones from the Whiterock chapter owns Tbarz and was implicated in that US cross border ring that apparently took over Hal Porteous’ operation after Rob Shannon got busted. Revolution were also aligned with the Bacon brothers at the time. Yet even Haney was caught doing business with the UN selling date rape drug and the Hells angels even showed up at a UN funeral where a former HA associate was killed. Killed by who other than the Bacon brothers? The UN had no other enemies.

And they called Anton a crew jumper. Turns out the same people that were venomously calling Anton a crew jumper, were themselves crew backstabbers. I mean like who invited the Bacon brothers to Tbarz when they were shot at by the UN anyways? Larry Amero’s former girlfriend was in the car with the UN at the time. She wasn’t betraying the Hells Angels at the time. It looked more like Larry sent her to show he supported the move just like how a relative of a senior Haney Hells angels was with Larry and Jonathon Bacon in Kelowna. It showed a support and allegiance without getting the original person caught. It also provided plausible deniability if they were caught. It wasn’t me it was my crazy ex. Who still shared a lease on a vehicle with him at the time. It wasn’t us, it was my niece who does whatever she wants. The plausible deniability clearly has the appearance of PLAYING BOTH SIDES and that is why I call Matt the Rat.

Obviously shooting Matt the Rat won't solve anything because he's just a small puppet doing his master's bidding. Mountie charged with drug theft

Wow. Holy Pandora's box Batman. The Vancouver Sun and the Vancouver Province are both reporting that the Merrit RCMP Detachment commander has been accused of stealing and using cocaine from a police exhibit. Staff-Sgt. Stuart Seib, Merritt RCMP detachment commander, was arrested Tuesday and charged with theft Wednesday. Additional charges are pending.

"On Friday, Jan. 6, we became aware Staff-Sgt. Stuart Seib stole and used drug exhibits," said Sekela, adding that there were multiple thefts. Seib was made detachment commander in Clearwater in 2003 and was transferred to Merritt in November 2011. He has also worked in Alert Bay, Ashcroft and Prince George. Investigators will go back over Seib's 18-year RCMP career to deter-mine whether any other offences may have taken place.

Prince George? Like that's not a red flag. Hells Angels drug capital of BC. Prince George is also the place when a court judge named David Ramsey was convicted of sexually abusing under age native girls. Some police officers were also accused of being involved and helping to cover that heinous crime up.

Last night I just watched an old Stephen Seagal movie called Exit Wounds where a rouge cop goes into a crooked detachment and with the help of some honest officers, confronts a drug related police corruption ring. That kind of thing only happens in the movies. So we thought.

Saanich cocaine Bust

Finally some good news. Another cocaine bust in Saanich. 12 kilograms of cocaine were seized. The names have not yet been released of those arrested and charged. Particularly of interest for those of us following the Lindsey Birziak murder and the Calgary cocaine bust that occurred shortly before her murder. Apparently there was another drug bust in Saanich on December 29 2011. There was a Victoria bust December 10 2011 as well.

This is what we need to do in Kelowna. We all know who the players are. We need to call in the times and places of the large shipments to the Po Po so the real rats can get busted. That's the only way to get justice for Britnay, Dain and Geoff.

"Advocate" wants Free Alcohol

After reporting that an "advocate" wants more safe injections sites in Vancouver, the Vancouver Province ran a new article today about a guy who wants free booze for alcoholics. I'm not sure if they ran the article to show how absurd the Insite logic is or if there are actually people crazy enough to support such an absurd idea. It is the prime example of give an inch, take a mile. Some people just want more no matter how much you give them.

Some people want to turn the safe injection site into a safe inhalation site where people can smoke crack in a "safe" environment. Others ultimately want us to buy the drugs for the addicts. I kid you not. Where's that money going to come from? What schools and hospitals should we close so we can buy a drug addict poison and make the Hells Angels rich(er)?

Somewhere we have to draw a line. Funding a safe injection site is like handing out a plate with a revolver on it so people can commit suicide in a safe place then rationalizing it by saying well we didn't give them the bullets.

Wait just a minute! Is Downtown Eastside alcoholic Rob Morgan actually saying he wants the government — taxpayers — to fund a lounge stocked with alcohol so that he and 40 others can get drunk for free?

Oh sure, there will be counselling and detox services provided with this “club,” but let’s not kid ourselves. I hardly doubt those services will be used when you’ve got a bar full of vodka, scotch and ice cold brewskies at your disposal!

Instead of enabling the addiction, why not go to AA, get sober, get a job and get off the streets!

Another goofy idea

Dave Habib and the Liquid Zoo

There has been a lot of talk and rumours about the Liquid Zoo reopening and Dave Habib getting the liquor licence back. That is revolting. Turns out there might be some truth to that rumour as signage claims it's open.

I've already posted the legal arguments why they should not have been given the liquor license back. To see them reopen is indeed a three alarm fire spotlighting how out of control the Kelowna Cease pool is and how they are in need of legal support.

There are two issues on the table. First the Kelowna Cesspool is totally out of control. Pride cometh before the fall. Drawing that much attention to themselves just bring the heat which they deserve.

Second, Dave Habib is a piece of garbage. No, I'm not referring to the facial warts and where they have spread to or came from. I'm talking about another con. We all know Dale Habib is a bitch. He's an idiot. Yet Joey Verma getting a VP tattoo for murdering Britney Irving is an abomination.

Here's the scam. In Kelowna, everyone know Dale is a bitch but he hides behind his brother Dave. Guess what, Dave is a bitch too. He's hated in Calgary and hides behind his brother Dale's reputation. One con upholds the other.

Everyone thinks that since Dave owns a boxing club he must be a good fighter. Especially the way he totally bullshits about his fight record. I am told by someone in the industry that Dave hold the record for the fastest knock out. Not for knocking someone else out but for getting knocked out. They say he was a horrible boxer and is disgusting.

Double dipping and having kids on a boxing seminar stay and his brother Dale's house is another conflict of interest. Dale is president of the Kingpin Crew. He was charged in a double murder. He wasn't found innocent, the charges were stayed. Both men convicted in the murders told the court Dale hired them to commit the murders. Having kids on a boxing seminar stay at Dale's house is not a responsible thing to do.

The lies and cons never end with these guys. All Mike does is throw around the name of the Hells Angels. Sammy owes everyone money. Mike and Sam are both on trial for that Oxycontin fraud. It is time to focus on Kelowna and clean up that cesspool once and for all.

Another Ecstasy Death

The forest fire continues to rage and consume everything in it's path. A 22-year-old Vancouver woman died in hospital on Sunday afternoon after taking the drug at a house party.

The girl complained of a headache and nausea and her "friends" persuaded her to lie down. They had all taken the drug but without the adverse reaction suffered by the woman. When they checked on her several hours later, they couldn't find a pulse. With friends like that, who needs enemies? If your friend is having a bad reaction to Ecstasy, take them to the hospital. Don't let them sleep it off.

Is Insite going to expand and let little girls drop E in a safe environment or are we going to stop poisoning our children and start arresting the drug dealers? Ecstasy is not a diet pill. Can you imagine some POS drug dealer telling a young girl that Ecstasy is a diet pill? That is dirty.

Front page of today's province declares "Advocate wants second insite." He's not an advocate, he's an extremist. In fact, he's a murder. Oh but he's with a group the extremists cry. Yeah, what group? The group that runs insite. No kidding. Well that's simply a conflict of interest. The group that runs insite wants another one to profit from. That's like a medical doctor getting a kickback for prescribing methadone without ever reducing the dosage.

Drug addiction is like a forest fire. The more we feed it the more it consumes. The fact that the operator of insite claims we need more safe injections sites is proof their little pilot project failed. They haven't reduced the amount of drug addicts on the street, they have increased them.

There's a forest fire raging across the country. It started in East Vancouver and is spreading across the province. Prince George, Dawson Creek, Kelowna, Vernon, they're all getting consumed. Does anyone care?

The Hells Angels profit from the drug trade. They use violence to control it. Then they use violence to expand their drug trade into smaller communities that are easily intimidated by a big city gang. Insite is supporting the Hells Angels profiteering. Expanding it is wrong, wrong, wrong. We need to put the fire out not pour gasoline on it.

During the Vancouver Occupy movement, a young woman died of a heroin overdose. What did we do about it? We gave her a clean needle to kill herself with. Courtesy of the Vancouver "Health Authority." Now that is an oxymoron. This heath authority has nothing to do with health. It just feeds death and destruction.

If there was a fire raging through an old growth forest like Clayoquot sound, we'd be outraged. If some wacko kills a bunch of sled dogs, we are infuriated. Why is it that we not only don't care when human lives are lost, we assist in their murder? These are human being we are killing. As precious as a sled dog or old growth tree is, these people we are killing are even more important.

Forget harm reduction, let's have dope reduction instead.

Montreal man pleads guilty in B.C. cociane trial

One of three Montreal men accused in a major cocaine conspiracy entered a guilty plea in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver on Friday. Just a few days before his trial was to begin, Luc Bolea pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to traffic in cocaine between March 2008 and June 2008 in Vancouver and elsewhere in B.C. and Montreal and elsewhere in Quebec.

He was charged in June 2008 along with his co-accused Bruno Diquinzio and Jean Gaetan Gingras following an investigation by B.C. members of the RCMP task force Project Expedio.

It's hard to conceive why they were initially under investigation for the 1998 assassination of Vancouver publisher Tara Singh Hayer. Dave Hayer's father was murdered for speaking out against the Air India bombers. Luc, Bruno and Jean Gaetan don't sound like Punjabi names. Unless of course they were hired by the Babbar Khalsa.

I'm personally interested the Vancouver / Montreal cocaine ring tied to the Hells Angels. Speaking of Montreal Hells Angels, have we confirmed Jeremy Bettan's associations yet?

Lawlessness diminishes us

As the bizarre case of Jassi Sudhu's murder goes to trial where her mother and uncle are charged with her murder, another disturbing case comes to light. An 18 year old kid named Harvey Hans gets in a fight and punches another kid named Shavinder Brar.

So Brar gets a 23 year old named Amrit Gill and a posse of friends to wait outside Harvey Hans' house. Gill used a taser on one of Harvey's friends as they slit Harvey's throat. Cold, heartless and cheap. What's worse is that the two accused were only given five years each for manslaughter. Five years for slitting someone's throat is lawlessness. It diminishes all of us.

More RCMP sexual harassment allegations

Another female RCMP officer in B.C. is alleging sexual assault she suffered while on the job. Const. Karen Katz, an officer in the Protective Services Section of E-Division, has filed a lawsuit in B.C. Supreme Court describing several incidents of abuse at the hands of a male officer.

There were a few more incidents of police misconduct before the holidays. An Ottawa case of an officer being accused of excessive force and covering it up comes to mind. Everyone is in agreement there has been problems within the RCMP and the new RCMP Commissioner seems determined to help restore dignity to the force. Clearly the fallacy of being the most professional organization in the world has been exposed.

Obviously, good and evil exist. Obviously law enforcement is a good thing. A world without law would be chaos. Making the police publicly accountable is a step in the right direction.

Another blog reader pointed out that the main reason they are tying to implement the Smart Meters is to change the daytime usage billing. They want to keep track of when you use your power and charge you more for using power during the day. They are doing it under the guise of being green trying to give people incentive for using power off peak times when really it's just an excuse to raise the daytime usage rates. The wireless transmission of your in home surveillance that can be intercepted by any criminal is just a side effect of their scam.

Addressing BC Hydro's Ballooning Deficit

Far worse than the intrusive nature of the smart meters is the scam that created the colossal ballooning BC Hydro debt that tax payers are eventually going to be expected to cover. It all started when the Campbell government wanted to privatize BC Hydro just like Enron. Like we didn’t see the writing on the wall with that one.

Since there was such public opposition to privatizing BC Hydro, Campbell’s Sith Lords made a compromise. They split it in two and privatized Tersan gas while leaving BC Hydro as a public company. So we were told. The problem is they didn’t leave it a public company. They secretly privatized the companies that sell the power to BC Hydro to their friends which created the colossal ongoing deficit scam.

Think about it. What happens when you privatize a public company? Other than giving away public assets to your friends in the private sector, you change the company’s mandate. A public power company is publicly accountable. A private power company is not. A private power company is mandated to make a profit. A public power company is not. Other than paying dividends to the government and increasing the tax revenue which in turn reduces tax for the general public.

What’s wrong with making a profit? Normally, nothing. Only when you change the mandate of a public power company it then becomes mandated to rip you off and charge more for their rates, which is exactly what happened. The privatized power companies that started selling the power to BC Hydro started charging inflated rates so they could make more money. Did they take those profits and reinvest it into the tax revenue as dividends for the government? No they did not. The put it in their greedy little pockets and called it good business. BC Hydro then in turn sold it to California at a loss. Anyone in the private sector will tell you that is bad business.

So now we’re told about this huge deficit that is rapidly expanding and being deferred each year that we will one day have to address. They are using this scam to say, see a public power company can’t run as efficiently as a private power company, we need to bail out their debt and privatise the whole thing to our buddies in the scam. Wrong. Instead, we need to address the cause of the problem not the symptom. We need to do away with the privatized power companies that sell the power to BC Hydro at inflated rates and bring that back into a publicly owned and controlled BC Hydro. We need to reduce the middleman and buy direct from the source. That is good business.

As I keep saying, it’s impossible to keep up with all the local shootings. That’s more Kim Bolan’s specialty. Yet there have been even more shootings in Surrey recently that have been relevant. The police made such an effort to tell the media that the Christmas shooting spree in Surrey had nothing to do with organized crime or the gang war. The brazen disclaimer was suspicious.

After the names of the Christmas shooting victims were released it turns out that some did have connections to drugs and gangs. Jeremy Bettan who was shot dead in Walnut Grove was a Hells Angels associate. So the Christmas shootings which were not in any way related to the Hells Angels are related. No big surprise there.

Legal aid Funding spurs legal drama

Well Freddy was right. B.C.’s trial lawyers will consider withdrawing services from gang and murder trials if Victoria doesn’t boost legal-aid funding. TLABC claims the provincial government generates roughly $100 million annually through taxation on legal fees, but that tax revenue is not directed to legal aid.

“It’s not about lawyers trying to get money for themselves,” Gill said, adding governments have cut at least $50 million in funding in the last two decades. “It’s about trying to make sure that people have fair and equitable access to justice.”

If you can't afford a lawyer one will be appointed for you by the courts. The Vancouver Province ran a front page article about a prolific offender today. The guy has 78 convictions and is still going. As the VPD has clearly shown, prolific offenders are still a problem in our judicial system. The more crimes they commit, the less jail time they serve. That is messed up.

Top Scams and Cons of the old era

I heard a commercial on the radio yesterday about CTV News running a special on top scams of 2011. From Banking fraud to locksmiths, who's trying to scam you and how to protect yourself. Although I missed the report I think it is very timely. Another aspect of the New York minute is the hustle -the scam, the con. The person who is trying to rip you off.

Identify theft and scams are something we should all be aware of. What about the big time scams that embezzle entire pensions? Since 2012 is the beginning of a new era, perhaps it's worth looking at a series of large scale scams from last year and beyond to examine the pattern these cons follow so we can indeed protect ourselves so we won't get fooled again.

Canadian Bank Bailout

Obviously in the United States bailing out the investment fraud on Wall Street was the top scam of the old era. Yet unbeknown to most, Canada had a similar scam. It took Canada from a $2.3 billion surplus to a $64 billion deficit with one swoop of the pen. That is significant.

Stephen Harper started off talking like a Conservative. He told the British Prime Minister that we don't think we should bail out the banks with tax dollars. Then he completely flips and gave them $75 billion.

The most bizarre thing of all is that most Canadians don’t know we bailed out our banks. Partly because the Harper government lied about doing so. If you remember when the Occupy movement was just starting to take root, the Harper government told the media that Canada was unlike the United States and didn’t have to spend tax dollars on a bank bailout. I myself thought that was true. It turns out that wasn’t true and that statement was a bold faced lie.

Brian Mulroney

Brian Mulroney was directly involved in one of the top scams of the old era. The Liberal government has accused him of getting a kickback in the Airbus scandal. He responded by suing the government for slander. He lied about his relationship with Karl in his court affidavit and the Liberals agreed to an out of court settlement of $2.1 million.

First, that settlement should not have come out of the tax payers pocket. If the Liberal party defamed someone then the liberal party is liable for the libel so to speak. A former civil servant suing the taxpayer is hypocritical at best.
Second, Mulroney lied. He committed perjury in his affidavits. The Liberal government hadn’t committed slander, they told the truth. He did receive a kickback for the Airbus scandal and he lied about his relationship with Karl. That means Brian Mulroney embezzled $2.1 million from the Canadian taxpayer and committed perjury. Mulroney should be charged criminally for the perjury and sued civilly to recoup the stolen $2.1 million. Scams are nothing new to the former Prime Minister. According to retired US Navy intelligence officer Al Martin, Brian Mulroney was involved with Bre X.

BC Rail

The BC Rail scandal make the top scams of the old era list. Not because selling public assets to their political friends and fire sale prices is anything new or shocking. It’s because of the direct ties to Gordon Campbell and Christy Clark as well as the party’s connection to money laundering and cocaine trafficking.

After the plea bargain was struck in the Bassi Virk case, Gordon Campbell publicly chastised them for wasting so much of the tax payers money by stalling off the trial past elections only to conclude by pleading guilty. That was obscene hypocrisy. They stalled off the trail to benefit him. The coped a plea bargain to benefit him. Then he goes and publicly blame them? That was offensive.

Then we find out that Sith Lord Christy Clark was also directly involved in the scandal not just her brother. Yet the biggest con of all was the cocaine trafficking charges that were dropped as part of the plea bargain. Bassi’s cousin was convicted of cocaine trafficking. Yet all charges against him and the BC Liberals were mysteriously dropped. Not long after that the RCMP renewed their contract in BC with those same Liberals after much talk of reverting to a Regional Police force.

HST

The HST was a top scam on 2011. The government spent millions of tax dollars on advertising trying to convince the public that the HST would lower taxes. Spending tax dollars on telling the public how to vote on a referendum was a scam in itself. Claiming the HST would lower taxes was a lie. They would not have spent that much money on advertising if it was going to lower taxes. They spent that much money on advertising because it was going to increase revenue. Taxing something that was previously tax exempt is not lowering taxes.

Smart Meters

Smart Meters is a top scam of 2011 and continues in 2012. Having a hydro meter report it’s usage without having to manually have someone go physically check the meter is one thing. Maintaining covert surveillance on the public is another. The public campaign to stop the Smart Meters continues in the New Year. Yet adressing the cause of the BC Hydro debt scam is even more important.

Operation Mass Appeal

The invasion of Iraq was a top scam of then old era. Weapons of mass destruction. The Americans sold Iraq chemical weapons to use on Iran during their war with them. Hanging Hussein, who they put in power, for using the chemical weapons he bought from them on the Kurds was hypocritical at best.

MI 6 was caught red handed giving false information to the media about Iraq’s Weapons of Mass Destruction. They were trying to gain public support for an invasion. Operation Mass Appeal was yet another in a long list of scams involving military intelligence.

911 Third Tower

The 911 Truth movement was well represented at the George Bush demonstration in Surrey. Not everyone agrees with the official version of events. Claiming that the third tower, the one that was not hit by any planes, collapsed into it’s own blueprint at free fall speed was due to heat and fire is clearly a top scam of the old era. That is not scientific. Engineers will confirm that.

The BBC reporting the fall of the third Tower before it fell was yet another scam. Later the BBC claimed that if they had reported the fall of the tower before it fell, that did not mean they were involved in the conspiracy. It only meant they made an error. Not likely. That’s like reporting a bank robbery before it happens when it did in fact happen. A mistake would be reporting that something happened when it didn’t. That would be a mistake. Reporting something that did happen before it happened wasn’t a mistake on their part. It just meant the people responsible sent out the press release a few minutes early.

911 Asbestos

Larry Silverstein buying the Twin Towers right after the Port Authority lost the court case to force the insurance agencies to pay for the asbestos removal was another top scam of the old era. The Port Authority were denied a permit to demolish the Twin Towers because it was half full of asbestos and that would create a health hazard for the general public. Shortly thereafter two planes crashed into the Twin towers bringing them down just like a controlled demolition at free fall speed.
Larry Silverstein went to court with the Port Authority at his side and was awarded twice the value of his investment because two planes were involved in the attack not just one. That’s like insuring a car worth $20,000 that gets in a three car collision and being paid out $40,000 twice the value of the car just because it was involved in a three car collision instead of a two car collision. Larry Silverstein doubling his investment from 911 was another tragic scam of the old era.

Gas Pipeline

Afghanistan was initially blamed for 911 even though Bin Laden was found in Pakistan. Three months before 911 the Texas oil barons were wining and dining the Taliban trying to woo them and win over the contract for the Central Asia gas pipeline through Afghanistan. Unicol had the contract initially but in the end the Taliban decided to give the contract to Bridas a firm from Argentina. Three months later, 911 occurred, Afghanistan was invaded and that decision was reversed. The contract was taken from Bridas and given back to the Americans. Bridas losing the contract for the oil pipeline in Afghanistan is another top scam of the old era.

Opium Poppies

Julie Couillard was MP Maxime Bernier's girlfriend. He was caught leaving sensitive military documents about Afghanistan in her possession. Later she claimed Maxime told her that the war in Afghanistan was about control of the opium trade. It had nothing to do with democracy or liberation.

Afghanistan used to be the world’s largest producers of opium which is used to make heroin. After the Taliban took control of the government they had that production practically eliminated completely. After the allied invasion of Afghanistan, the American troops were protecting the opium farms and Afghanistan returned to being the world’s largest suppliers of opium.

The media claimed that if the American soldiers didn’t help the opium harvest the farmers would be angry about then lost revenue and blame them. Yet the Taliban had eliminated the crop so it wasn’t a matter of stopping something they were already doing. It was a matter of letting them do something the Taliban had stopped. Invading Afghanistan and returning it to the world’s largest suppliers of opium is yet another top scam of the old era.

The Greek Financial Crisis

A Montreal Crack House

The free crack pipe controversy continues. The Vancouver Province reports Many Province readers clearly feel that the Vancouver Coast-al Health Authority has crossed that line with its decision to hand out free crack pipes in the Downtown Eastside. I haven't met anyone in real life who doesn't oppose it. I've just met a couple of arrogant stalkers from Vandu online.

Handing out free crack pipes is not in the addicts best interest. I was in South Seattle in the /80's during their crack epidemic. One crack addict / dealer was talking to me with a baby in his arms. He was completely out of touch with reality and completely oblivious to the fact that his baby's diaper hadn't been changed in a very long time and was leaking. As the baby wet herself it gushed out all over him and he kept talking having no idea what was happening. I saw that.

Then we have the Montreal crack house. I wasn't there but I went out for lunch with a friend from Montreal recently who did. He was looking for a friend who got mixed up in that world. He came across a crack house where prostitutes were chained to the bed, had a bucket to go to the bathroom in and were paid in crack. I kid you not. This wasn't in the /80's. This was a couple years ago.

The Surrey House of Horrors and the Prince George crack shack torture chambers were no better. This is the real world of crack addiction. We should be using all our resources to shun it not to promote it. Handing out free crack pipes tells the addict that crack is OK when it's not. It's worse than drinking aftershave because it is far more addictive. Shame on us for caving in to the Zanadu Vandu freaks. That makes us accomplices to the outrageous violence associated with that drug.

Edmonton East MP Peter Goldring

Hours after publicly speaking against tougher drunk-driving laws, Edmonton East MP Peter Goldring was charged Sunday for refusing to take a breathalyzer test when a police officer pulled him over.

"Our government takes drinking and driving very seriously," said Sara MacIntyre, Prime Minister Stephen Harper's press secretary. She wouldn't comment further while the case is before court, except to say Goldring, 66, has withdrawn from caucus until the charge is resolved.

The Vancouver Province is reporting Goldring has changed his caucus affiliation from Conservative Party to Civil Libertarian after being charged with failing to provide a breath sample to police in December.

In 2009, Goldring opposed proposed legislation changes that would allow police to screen all drivers with roadside breathalyzer tests, whether or not officers suspected the drivers had been drinking.

"It is safe to say everyone is opposed to drunk driving - but there are civilliberty issues involved," Goldring wrote in an article posted on his website at the time. "There is the presumption of innocence and the right to not selfincriminate."

That's rather absurd. If we oppose drinking and driving, we will gladly give a breath test. The only reason for not doing so is as he claimed, not to self incriminate. In other words you're guilty but you don't want to get caught. Just like Toronto Mayor Rob Ford in Florida. Shame shame. I still say seizing your car after two drinks is wrong. That is a civil liberty issue not refusing to provide a sample to not self incriminate.

Jeremy Bettan

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team released the names of the two latest murder victims. The 28-year-old Surrey man gunned down Tuesday is Apollo-Lyn Simpson. His family agreed with police that releasing his name might help the investigation. He has no criminal record, but was a problem tenant, according to his landlady.

And the 38-year-old man gunned down execution-style in the driveway of his Walnut Grove rental house has been identified as Jeremy Olivier Bettan. Bettan also has no criminal record, but [Kim Bolan] has learned he did in fact have some associations within organized crime.

One blog reader just pointed out that when I made my post about the boat Jonathon Bacon and Larry Amero were racing around on the day before they were shot was called Steroids and Silicone. Kind of a plastic world if you ask me. Nevertheless, one commenter said Jonathon didn't own the boat, Larry Amero and Jeremy did. I would certainly be a coincidence if the Jeremy Bettan who was recently shot was an associate of Larry Amero. I am told by someone who went to High School with Larry Amero that he went to Walnut Grove High Secondary and was picked on in school. I guess that's why he turned to the steroids. They claimed his father was a longshoreman which was the HA contact.

Update: Other sources claim Jeremy Bettan was originally from Langley and went to Montreal to set up a courier company there. Yet another source claims Jeremy Bettan "worked" for Larry Amero. That doesn't confirm joint ownership in the boat Steroids and Silicone but it does confirm a connection to Larry Amero and the Hells Angels.

Ecstasy Overdoses

More tragedies over Christmas and New Years. December 22 a seventeen year old girl from Abbotsford died from taking ecstasy. Another 24 year old woman from Abbotsford is in the hospital from an ecstasy overdose. Her friends claim she took seven hits. 24 is old enough to make your own decisions. Yet taking seven hits of ecstasy is not a wise or responsible decision. Tragic.

Calgary has just reported it's fourth ecstasy fatality. In Calgary a man died December 23rd from an ecstasy over dose and another fatality from New Years. A friend took Robert Harding, 25, to hospital but medical staff weren't able to revive him. "I think he took too many," said his older brother, Arlin Harding.

Daniel Dahl, 18, overdosed on ecstasy at a house party earlier this month. His mother said he ingested up to seven tablets of the drug. Dahl spent 10 days in hospital before doctors declared him brain-dead on Dec. 19.

In November, 16-year-old Alex Kristof died after taking ecstasy at a house party. Health officials said Kristof took eight tablets. Authorities said several people who attended the same party also took the drug — but just one tablet each. They were treated in hospital and released.

For now, authorities have no definitive answer about why three people have died after taking the drug while others have lived. The difficulty, said one drug investigator, is taking ecstasy in any amount is inherently dangerous. Tests routinely find ecstasy laced with other drugs such as ketamine, cocaine and LSD, and in varying potency. "Any amount of this drug is highly dangerous," said Staff Sgt. Mike Bossley of the Calgary police drug unit. "You're getting a different strength of drug every time you take it."

No doubt the suppliers of the Ecstasy from Abbotsford and Calgary are linked and it's not Santa. So what now? Do we start handing out free pill jars to make it easier for people to take ecstasy so they don't get germs from handling them by hand? Extacy like crack is a poison. We should not be helping people take poison. These are young people with their whole lives ahead of them. In many cases they are simply teenagers.

Young girls taking E as a diet pill is amazing. Either that's a line they're telling their parents or they're misinformed. Ecstasy is not a diet pill. Ecstasy is a very unstable drug. It's not safe to take. Taking seven his is very unwise. Similarly, a good dose for a regular Oxycontin user is enough to kill someone else. We shouldn't be spending tax dollars to make it easier for people to ingest poison.

Free Crack Pipes are in, Sanity is out

Well this is absurd. Vancouver is now handing out free crack pipes at the tax payer's expense. This project makes this web site a complete waste of time. It makes law enforcement a complete waste of time. It is a con that shoots ourselves in the foot and poisons our brothers and sisters.

Now the hecklers can stop saying Vancouver isn't handing out free crack pipes when we reported on the news that they planed to do so. Now that plan is being implemented and it diminishes all of use. Giving an alcoholic alcohol is not in the addicts best interest.

Are we going to hand out free Dixie cups for people to drink aftershave next? Poisoning people does not help them. I am not saying let's give all crack addicts the boots. Far from it. I'm saying let's have some compassion for the crack addicts and help them get off the drug and stop letting the crack dealers sell crack in public. That is the New York Model.

Clay Rouchet had compassion on his friend James Coulter by helping him overcome his crack addiction. That is what a true friend does. A real friend doesn't give you a straw to drink Mr Clean or a spoon to eat Drano. That is not what a real friend does.

Crack is a poison. It destroys peoples' lives. When I have more time I'll post links to YouTube videos of crack addicts in Surrey and Vancouver on the nods. It looks sub human. Enabling that is WRONG. The best thing for an addict who is a chronic offender of property theft to pay for his addiction is to lock him in jail for three months without any drugs. Period. A former addict in Surrey said that himself.

That's not even mentioning the torture and abuse crack addicts face every day. Hells Angel associate Tony Terezakis video tapped himself beating the life out or crack addicts who owed him money. He couldn't stop laughing in court when the videos were played. That guy is deranged as is anyone who profits from that kind of poison. This project is wrong. Time to elect a new City Hall.

Israel: Are you listening?

Strange story in the paper about a female Israeli soldier who was verbally abused by an ultra Orthodox Jew for not sitting at the back of the bus. There was a large demonstration of other Jews opposing it. Religious extremism and hypocrisy is indeed annoying and discouraging, yet it is nothing new. People will distort and exploit anything they want. That doesn't make it right.

Clearly any religion with anything to aspire to will elevate women not verbally abuse them. The guy should be giving up his seat for the woman not ordering her around and calling her names. In some minds chivalry is lost. I most certainly don't support any kind of Antisemitism many want to rekindle. We fought in the trenches on foreign soil to oppose that. Yet Israel is not always right and this man most certainly does not represent Israel. He is an extremist.

Israel is not always right. They would not have been slaves in Egypt or carried away captive in Babylon if they were. Yet Jesus was a Jew. The Bible was written by Jews. Do the Gentiles thank the Jews for that sacrifice? Religious extremism and hypocrisy is the very thing that Christ boldly confronted. He physically drove the money changers out of the Temple and called the religious leaders of the time liars, hypocrites and extortionists. He even went so far as to call them children of the devil warning that God is able to turn these stones into children of Abraham.

The Jews have a right to a home. So do the Palestinians. They are both children of Abraham who was also called Israel. I am somewhat baffled by some lobbyists that publicly denounce Zionism. Zion is the pure in heart. Zionism is a quest for a better world. Opposing that is rather silly. Zionism is not evicting people out of their home and taking over that home with force.

Israel's problem is that it is a nation without a constitution guaranteeing religious freedom and equal protection of the law. Instead of creating a free republic, they created a Jewish State. What on earth is that? Palestinians cannot have citizenship. They cannot have a passport or serve in the military. It is problematic.

The real problem is that neither side wants to share the land despite the clear command to vex not the stranger that sojourneth with thee. Take Gaza. Gaza firing rockets into Israel after Israel pulled out and gave them autonomy was crazy. Israel responding by shelling Gaza with White Phosphorous they bought from the Americans was over the top. The Palestinians in Gaza weren't the original inhabitants by the way. It's not like the native First Nations people here in Canada. The Philistines were the original inhabitants of Gaza. They were conquered by Ramses.

Surely I digress. I worked on a kibbutz in Israel when I was young. Israel is a wonderful place but it's full of crazies. Yes there are many wonderful people there from both sides who sincerely want peace. Yet there are wackos on both sides who are simply crazy.

I remember local trade Unions in Canada speaking out condemning Israel for building a wall protecting them from Palestinians who were firing rockets at them. I said you've got to be kidding. If my neighbor was firing rockets at me, I'd build a wall to defend myself too. It's a lot easier to criticize from the outside.

The real model for Israel is Neve Shalom Wahat al Salam - the Oasis of Peace. It is a community where Jews and Palestinians live in peace based on religious freedom. They aren't trying to water down and merge the different religious traditions into one. They simply say you're a Jew, you're a Muslim and you're a Christian and that's OK. That is a free republic. That is the model we should aspire to. There's a lot more I have to say about Israel but I'll save it for another time. Suffice it to say that Israel has gangsters too. Mark my word.

Sunrise, sunset. Where did the time go? Sometimes life is as precarious as a Fiddler on the Roof. You may ask why do we stay up here if it's so dangerous? We stay because Vancouver is our home. How do we keep our balance? One word. Tradition.

Yesterday I snowshoed up Seymour First Pump. It was awesome. Quite the New Years tradition with many people. Lots of people were snowshoeing up to Brockton Point with headlamps at dusk. Some even brought tents to catch the sunrise on New Years day.

Well the Y2K 2012 came and went and we're still here. I remember seeing a cartoon about a guy who went back in time and asked the person who carved the Mayan calender why it stopped in 2012. He simply responded, I ran out of space on the rock. Makes sense to me.

I really enjoy hiking in the mountains. Getting a great view helps to put things in perspective. Take the gang war. Organized crime is nothing new. Good and evil have always existed since the world began and we are still free to choose between the two. Just as it should be.

Ziggy Marley once said: "Have no fear of atomic energy, cause none of them can stop the time. Some say it's just a part of it, we've got to fulfill the book" so we do. Choose you this day...

2011 Vancouver Gang war Year in Review

As the year comes to a close, many newspapers and magazines write a year in review. 2011 was a big year in the Vancouver gang war. Not because of the number of shootings and deaths compared to 2009, but because of the significance of them. The most obvious of which was the Kelowna shooting where Jonathon Bacon was murdered and Larry Amero was shot. Tragically, the niece of a Haney Hells Angel was shot and paralyzed as well.

Jonathon Bacon getting shot was not a big surprise. His brother Jamie is on trial for his involvement in the Surrey Six murder and the police have issued many warnings about the Bacon brothers being targets of rival gangs, namely the UN. What was surprising about that shooting was the fact that Whiterock Hells Angel Larry Amero and the niece of a Haney Hells Angel was with him. Not only with him, but making a public scene bragging about their association with him.

Interesting to note that Independent Soldier James Riach was also with them in the same car and was fortunate enough to walk away from the shooting. These key puzzle pieces complete a dark picture indeed. The Hells Angels have taken over the leadership of the Independent Soldiers. Formally an Indo Canadian gang the IS are now a mixed gang that works for the Hells Angels. James Riach and the Independent soldiers met with the Bacon Brothers before the Surrey Six murder at the Castle fun Park in Kevlar. We knew at the time Larry Amero was friends with Jonathon Bacon but we couldn't prove it. We could only prove Larry's friends were friends with Jonathon's friends.

Catching Larry Amero with Jonathon Bacon and a relative of a senor Haney Hells Angel was the proof in the pudding so to speak of the Hells Angels involvement with the Bacon brothers and thus being the driving force behind the Vancouver gang war which peaked in 2009 and was responsible for two of the most heinous murders Surrey has ever seen. The Surrey Six where two innocent bystanders were executed and the murder of a mother with her toddler in the car. Both incidents were tied to the Bacon brothers and thereby tied to the Hells Angels who were supplying them.

Which leads us to 2011 where three drug related murders in Surrey were also directly connected to the Hells Angels. The Durry Dak Pack were in no way responsible for the Kelowna hit but were being systematically hunted down because they were selling drugs but were not doing it for the Hells Angels. This clearly reinforces the premise that although the spike in gang related murders has dropped since 2009, it was simply because one side won and took control of the drug trade. Which of course leads us to the ongoing problem of the Hells Angels violent and backstabbing control of the drug trade as well as the prostitution in many areas. Hats off to the OMGU who busted several Hells Agnels meth labs in the greater Vancouver area this year.

2011 also saw a spike in the number of homicides in Edmonton where the Hells Angels have control of the drug trade through many various puppet clubs including a white supremacist group called the White Boys Posse who were spreading across northern Alberta. We saw the Baseball Team step up to the plate in Grande Prairie selling drugs for the Hells Angels there.

We also saw a gang war start in Winnipeg between a Hells Angels puppet club and the Rock Machine which started because the Hells Angels killed one of their own and told his friends to suck it up. Which unlike Mom Boucher and Biff Hammel, they didn't. Instead the crossed over to the Rock Machine to confront the betrayal. The sick saga of backstabbing violence continues all in the name of greed.

Of course the real pinnacle of the year was the revelation that the Hells Angels were involved with the extermination of the Rizzutos in Montreal. Raynald Desjardins, as well as those with links to the Hells Angels, were charged with the murder of Salvatore Montagna. All in all it has been a year of enlightenment. Other gang bloggers are stepping up to the plate and more and more media outlets are finally reporting on the Hells Angels involvement in the drug trade and the related violence associated with that ruthless monopoly. One step forward, three steps back I suppose.

Honourable mention goes to the absolute idiot with the devil horn implants and the number 666 tattooed to his forehead. This Hells Angels associate has been charged in assisting with the murder of a witness against a Hells Angel in the States. Paying money to get devil horn implants and 666 tattooed on his forehead definitely wins him loser of the year award.

Vancouver Mayor's foster son's drug charges

Here's the latest news. Front page of the Vancouver Province. Vancouver's Mayor, Gregor Robertson's foster son is facing firearm and cocaine charges. Seemingly the foster son was with them for two years and has been on his own since 2009. Although I most certainly am not saying Robertson is above reproach, anyone's son can get involved in the drug trade.

I do think City Counsel giving the Hells Angels $2 million extra for the Drake hotel was very suspicious, but that was when the NPA was in power. Nevertheless, I am very curious as to why City Hall continues to let the Hells Angels sell pot out of the black door but not anyone else out of the Amsterdam café. Giving the Hells Angels a monopoly on the pot trade is wrong.

Yet I do think Saanich Police officer Dillon Sahota's son Paul Sahota and son in law Jarrod Nicol's involvement in the drug trade is very significant since Dillon Sahota owned one of the houses where drugs were seized and how that whole Victoria cocaine trade is tied to the BC Liberals through the Bassi Virk BC Rail scam.

Kelowna Mountie jumped outside Sapphire's

Two alleged associates of the Hells Angels have been charged after a police officer was jumped from behind trying to break up a fight outside a Kelowna nightclub. No big surprise. I hear these guys prefer it from behind.

Kelowna's Pedro Amestica, 39, was charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. Police say he is a known associate of the Mission City chapter of the Hells Angels. Mission's Thomas Volker, 37, is charged with assaulting a police officer. Police say he is a member of the Mission City Hells Angels. Sapphire's? Isn't that the new Liquid Zoo? What are Hells Angels doing outside that club assaulting police officers. Looks like Sapphires just lost their liquor license. Oh happy day.

These idiots will be patting themselves on the back overt this one. Yet it shows how completely out of control they are. Glad to hear Pat Fogarty thinks the Hells Angels are no longer a threat in Kelowna.

I am told that I made an error when I claimed that the Mission City chapter of the Hells Angels and the Haney chapter are one in the same. True they are close in proximity but they apparently are separate chapters. One source claims that not everyone felt good about killing their own so Mission City chapter broke off from Haney. I am told that the Haney chapter is indeed the ones in charge of La JJ’s and in charge of Kamloops. Yet it is unlikely Jesse Hadden would be close friends with any one from the Mission City chapter since his father Spike was involved in the initial rift.

One source clams Jesse Hadden and Justin Pace also known as Nino the Sergeant at arms for the Haney Hells Angels, is involved with La JJ's prostitution ring in Maple Ridge.

Since they have the Kamloops drug trade up and running now, I wonder if they plan on opening up another La JJs in Kamloops like they had originally. Another source claims they used some pretty ruthless violence against a woman who set up her own brothel in Kamloops and didn't want to work for or pay the Hells Angels tax. She was never seen or heard from again after that.

Felipe Cabrera Arrested

On Monday, masked Mexican soldiers presented Felipe Cabrera, known as "el Inge", to the media after his capture in Culiacan, capital of Sinaloa, the north-western Pacific state after which the drug cartel is named.

Cabrera was the second suspected lieutenant of Joaquin "Shorty" Guzman, boss of the powerful Sinaloa cartel to be seized there in the past two months. Were they really lieutenants? I hope so. I can't help be cynical knowing that the ATF and other "Agencies" were caught supplying the Sinaloa drug cartel with guns and letting them smuggle tons of cocaine into the US in Operation Fast and Furious. Some of which must have ended up in Canada. I wonder what Jay Dobyns about these "arrests."

Paul "Sasquatch" Porter Arrested

OK, here it is. December 21st the Vancouver Sun and the Ottawa Citizen ran an article about Ottawa Hells Angels president Paul "Sasquatch" Porter. Holy dry heaves batman, that guy is built like Java the Hut.

Seemingly his drug charges from 2009 are coming to trial this spring. This is the guy who was with the Rock Machine then cut a deal with mommy dearest and after leading a turncoat defection from the Rock Machine to the Hells Angels netted himself the position of Ottawa Hells Angels President. Just like Mom's pal Salvatore Cazzetta secured himself the position of the president of the Montreal Chapter after he defected from the Rock Machine. Why on earth would anyone brag about betraying their own crew? That seems to be the HA MO. Hugs and kisses?

I realize back in the day Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss but that was a different era in a different culture. Times have changed. Somehow the idea of this fat ass hugging and kissing Mom Boucher makes me want to barf. Looks like Porter is the new Judas since he betrayed the Rock Machine with a kiss. Patching over is bad enough but defecting over to an enemy for a political position? There is no loyalty or honour in that. No wonder Porter had to leave Quebec. The Quebec brothers would surely put a cap in his fat ass.

A big shout out to the brothers and sisters on the east coast - New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The Boxing Day message is a call to arms for the New Year and a tribute to the Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End. In the opening scene of that movie, England makes an oppressive decree:

We have enemies on both sides of the line so we do. We have enemies from outside and enemies from within. Organized crime and corrupt politicians consumed with greed. Greed fuels the 666 not loyalty or honour. Far from it. It's not just about making money. It's about making more and more money while oppressing others and betraying their own to satisfy their colossal greed. Whether it be David Giles making $30,000.00 in a few months through Dave Revell or Goldman Sachs aiding and abetting the investment fraud that caused the Greek Financial crisis, it is clear we are living in troubled times clouded by lies and cons.

Then of course at the darkest hour in the movie we have Keira Knightley's Braveheart speech asking the brethren "Then what shall we die for? The Brethren will still be looking here to us, to the Black Pearl, to lead. And what will they see? Frightened bilge rats aboard a derelict ship? No.

On that note someone recently sent me a moving quote from Martin Luther King. For some bizarre reason they claimed it was cited by the defense in Paxton's torture trial which would make it highly inappropriate in that context. Yet in the context of fighting the abuse organized crime inflicts on the public it is highly appropriate.

The Spirit of Christmas

There's been a few more stories in the news that I've bookmarked to report on after Christmas was over. More stories about the Hells Angels including the arrest of Paul "Sasquatch" Porter as well as some more stories about police brutality and cover ups. I didn't want to hide to negative press about the police, I just wanted to wait until after Christmas to post about it because this Christmas I really wanted to salute law enforcement. After all, where would we be without law enforcement? The rule of law protects a peaceful society like traffic lights protect the flow of traffic.

When we talk about the spirit of Christmas we can joke about the wide range of symbolism that has for different people. The first image that comes to mind is road rage. I was joking about Christmas road rage with a friend at work and he shared about how he was recently in a long line at a store. There was a lady behind him in the line obviously in a hurry. She was obviously irritated by the long line. She was huffing and puffing then budging forward every inch the line moved. She kept banging into my colleague in the back with her parcels. Finally he was like Lady, this is a line. Pushing me isn't going to make the line go any faster.

The same with tailgating in traffic. That's how you get multiple car pile ups on the freeway. Ever heard of a safe following distance? Sure the idiot going slow in the fast lane is very irritating. Yet so is the weasel that cuts in line at the last minute. Idiots and weasels raise the level of road rage. Yet not doubt all of us could do well to slow down and smell the roses so to speak.

Life really is too short. I saw a picture of a snowman in the city with the sign "I will be dead soon." Indeed. Relatively speaking won't we all. The question is, what are we going to do while we are here? Life does not end at death. Surely there is a higher purpose behind this mortal probation. If life is a test, then how are we doing?

There's something about Christmas that strives to help us put things in perspective. No doubt there are commercial distractions. I remember one year they put a huge sign on the over pass at Guildford Mall that said have a Big Beautiful Christmas. I was somewhat offended by the idea of having to come in to the mall and spend a lot of money to have a Big Christmas. That was somewhat self defeating and missed the real point.

We talk about Christmas magic. Well when the kids were young magical it was. My kids were like "other families open their presents on Christmas eve" and I would always be like "well we're not other families." I realize that's a big tradition in Europe and more power to them. I just found that opening all your presents Christmas eve diminished the magic of Christmas morning. When a young child wiping the sleep from their eyes lights up in excitement. That is magic.

We talk about the Christmas miracle which can take on different meaning for different people. For Christians the Christmas birth is a profound miracle. Any birth of any child is a miracle. Two years ago I talked about the Christmas miracle on the battlefield in WWI. In many ways, I'm cynical. Why would two groups of people be shooting and bombing each other, take a few moments out to give each other presents, then go back to shooting and bombing each other the next day. Somehow the intent of Christmas is to last longer than a few hours once a year.

Yet there is a certain magic about Christmas that when it materializes it does give us hope. It gives us hope that if something good or charitable can happen on Christmas, then it can happen at other times too. Christmas then becomes liberty's light illuminating the path to a better way. Even in Surrey I was told about a woman in a grocery store having trouble with her bank card. She had to step aside and phone her bank to find out what the problem was. The man behind her in the line forgot his debit card when he paid for his groceries. When he came back for his card he saw the woman still struggling with the bank on the phone. He told the cashier he wanted to pay for that woman's groceries. Are you sure the cashier said? It's over $50. Yes he replied Merry Christmas. It's nice to hear that real charity still exists in the world, even in Surrey. That's the kind of thing that makes you proud to be human. Aspiring to something higher.

Spending last night cleaning decorating and wrapping with a chain of not so traditional Christmas carols playing in the background including the seasonal Trans Siberian Orchestra, I couldn't help but notice the reoccurring theme of forgiveness, reconciliation and redemption.

They say to err is human and to forgive is divine. I remember someone I knew asking for my forgiveness once. I told them forgiveness is automatic, reconciliation is not. Sometimes the Christan concept of forgiveness can let us be trapped in an abusive relationship. All of us could to well to forgive more and judge less. Yet the people that really need to hear that don't listen while the people who are really forgiving take that message to heart and sometimes end up trapped in the cycle of abuse. I don't think God wants any of his children to be in abusive relationships. Sure anybody can change, yet that change doesn't come without honest disclosures and admissions of wrongdoing. A sincere confession comes with genuine sorrow and remorse followed by effort and hard work. After this sincere honesty comes the power of redemption and that truly is a miracle.

They remixed a Tupac song with an old song called Changes. In that song it says things changed, and that's the way it is. Then the chorus repeats: come on That's just the way it is, Things'll never be the same, That's just the way it is. So which is it? Things will never change or things will never be the same because they have changed. Then after repeating the old slogan of things will never change a voice pleads don't you believe it. Things can change. That is the Redemption of Christmas and it is a miracle. We are still free to chose and in the words of Led Zeppelin in Stairway to Heaven it isn't too late to change the road you're on. As Ozzy Osbourn said, see you on the other side.

To be perfectly honest, I'm surprised I'm still here. So Merry Christmas everyone. Even to my enemies. From a distance, we look like friends. Don't forget Anakin Skywalker was a talented Jedi. Luke was right. Darth Vader was capable of change. Don't you forget it. Come on dear brother, since the war is past, for friends at first are friends again at last.

Vancouver Christmas Market

We finally made it out to the Vancouver Christmas Market this year. Now that's what I'm talking about. I saw a stand with some amazing hand crafted Christmas ornaments and asked the guy where he was from and if he was located in Vancouver. He said he was from Munich and I paused and said really? He said yes he flies back home on the 26th. We bought some amazing ornaments from him.

The whole thing is a great idea. From mulled wine and apple cider to roasted nuts, Bavarian sauce and German noodles with live music. It's all good. They even had a chocolate fondue.

It's a wonderful taste of a traditional Christmas. Sometimes it's nice to remember the old ways in a sea of commercialism. Tradition can be good. I even got some mulled wine from a nice guy from county Kerry. Imagine that.

After all, the Germans may have given us Hitler, but they also gave us Santa. Good and evil. Each of us are still free to choose so we are. Choose wisely. As we sow, so shall we reap.
