Update: Video and Pics on the Canadian Crime Report. Victim was a member of BK and a rapper called R Star who beefed with BIBO. BIBO was betrayed by Kyle Latimer and Lolo Lanski. BIBO was a faction of RS. They're pretty much toast.
CBC is reporting that "Police say a man was killed and another left with minor injuries after a shooting in Surrey, B.C., on Tuesday evening. The Surrey Police Service (SPS) said in a statement that just before 7 p.m. PT officers responded to reports of shots fired into a vehicle in the 6800 block of 148 Street south of T.E. Scott Park."
"One man was declared dead at the scene, according to police, and another man was taken to hospital with minor injuries."
Two bodies were also found in Langley.
