Normally, if a home or car was bought with the proceeds of crime, the police can seize that. The Nanaimo club house was rebuilt and looks great, as do the two houses next door, which the H.A. owns.<br /><br />If they seize H.A. club houses for what the members might do in the future, they could seize other people's property for what they might do in the future. <br /><br />The White Rock, Nanaimo, and Vancouver club houses have been around for at least close to 40 years.
