Western Wind Skipper gets caught with another 400 kilograms of cocaine

Well, speak of the devil. We all remember the Hells Angels 2 1/2 tonnes of cocaine on the Western Wind that was seized and the senior RCMP official who prevented charges from being laid. Well this time that same skipper has been caught with 400 kilograms of cocaine off the coast of Florida. Wow, Gyrator lost 400 keys this time. Somebody's gonna pay.

Latest news from Kim Bolan is:

“The plaintiff Marlene Stirling also told the defendants that two Hells Angels members sat at her kitchen table and had coffee on multiple different times,” the documents said. “The defendants have videotape evidence of the plaintiff John Stirling threatening to kill more than one person at gunpoint,” the documents said. “On Sept. 10, 2011, the defendants were informed that the plaintiff John Stirling has been seeking to hire people to burn down the defendants’ house and cause physical harm to them.”

Martin and Beckman said “a man calling himself Ryan showed up at the defendants’ residence wearing a black leather jacket with a Hells Angel patch and was looking for the plaintiff John Stirling because John apparently owed this guy Ryan money.” Martin said in the court statement that he called Stirlings’ house and warned Marlene that someone was looking for John “and that he sounded really p---ed off.”

Western Wind skipper busted again

CBC is reporting that John Phillip Stirling was caught sailing a vessel off the coast of Oregon earlier this week with 200 gallons (757 litres) of liquid meth. As we know this is the skipper of the Western Wind that was caught with 2 1/2 tons of cocaine slotted for the BC Hells Angels in 2002.

In 2011 he was caught with 200 kilos of cocaine off the coast of Florida.

Let's see if the RCMP get him off again this time.

Davie Giles – BUSTED!

Now that made my day. David Giles and three co-accused, Kevin Van Kalkeren, James Howard and Michael Read, have each been charged with cocaine trafficking and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. Castanet has a video clip of the Press conference. That is the crown jewel of the 2012 Kelowna Summer Jam. Word. No matter how the race is run it always ends the same. Another room without a view waits downtown. Just about the time you're thinkin' it's alright, Breakdown, takedown, you're BUSTED.

Police seized $4 million in cash, firearms and eight kilograms of cocaine from several locations including a hidden compartment in a vehicle. Giles was taken into custody at the Grand Villa Casino and Hotel in Burnaby over the weekend. Also facing charges is Brian Oldham, a Hells Angels sergeant-at-arms in Kelowna. He remains at large and a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest.

I sure wouldn’t call him quintessential. Although the idea of a pure evil is an interesting concept, he’s the behind the scenes puppet master. He benefitted from the Lenoxville massacre. He was implicated in the Western Wind seizure. He was caught on wire bragging about how Revelle made him $30,000.00 in a few months. He’s not quintessential, he’s the dirty dog. The driving force behind Dale the drag queen’s lies. David Giles is Skeletor. He calls himself the Gyrator but I call him the Rusty Vibrator. Here's a link to some photos of him.

“These groups show a complete disregard for Canadian families, and public safety,” says Superintendent Brian Cantera of the RCMP Drug Enforcement Branch in B.C. Very true. They don’t care who gets killed or who gets tortured as long as they get rich at someone else’s expense. Well done officers. Thank you.

From coast to coast a toast to the host we hate the most

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that Giles was in court today wearing a black t-shirt with a skull on it. Skeletor was wearing a skull shirt. Go figure. I hear Pat James is starting a Free David Giles facebook group just like they did for Matt Foley. I hear these are the new support shirts they’re selling to raise money for Giles’ legal fees. Or should I say bibs.

We need to talk about the social awakening that has resulted in the shattering of two misconceptions that this drug bust represents. First is the ridiculous claim that the Hells Angels aren’t criminals, they’re just a bunch of motorcycle enthusiasts. People here can’t even quote that with a straight face. Everyone here knows that is absurd. All these drug convictions speak for themselves.

Freddy just posted a link to a court challenge in the US where the Hells Angels are appealing their criminal organization status there. Well, they’ve already done that in Canada and lost. The long list of drug convictions shows that is their primary business. The freedom of association means we are free to join a religious or political party of our choosing. It does not mean we are free to engage in organized crime. We know why they are appealing their criminal organization status. They don’t want their proceeds of crime seized by the police.

Sad to think they were ready to kill John Punko just because he might lose his criminal org appeal. To think they would pull a Juel Stanton just to postpone their criminal org status in BC. That really is pathetic. It would be ironic indeed if it was David Giles who became the first Hells Angels criminal organization conviction in BC. I wonder if they’ll shoot him right before the verdict just to avoid that decision.

The next shattered misconception this drug bust represents is the ridiculous claim that rating out a crack dealer is being a rat. That is insane. Crack dealers are rats. Failing to report them is being a rat. The people who murdered Britney Irving and Geoff Meisner are the real rats. Reporting those murderers to the police isn’t being a rat. Failing to do so is. People understand that now. As a result, these two shattered misconceptions means our new social awakening will no doubt bring us into a new era where crime is not cool any more.

Crack and Crystal meth are very addictive and very damaging drugs. The organized criminals who make an obscene amount of money from flooding our streets and small towns with that kind of invasive poison need to be restrained. Ratting out a rat makes this world a better place.

Court backlog stalls more prosecutions

Once again the Court backlog makes the front page. Kim Bolan was reporting on how the shortage of sheriffs for court was resulting in many cases getting adjourned. At the same time we also read about how the prisons in BC are over crowed to the absurd extreme where Gordo the Glutton was building prison tents in BC. I kid you not.

All this was happening before Harper's disproportionate crime bill that will now send that fragile system into absolute chaos. Realistically someone who committed murder won't have their case dropped as that would hopefully be somewhat of a priority. Yet the other prioritization has already gone astray.

According to government figures provided to The Province, as of Sept. 3, there had been 73 judicial stays of proceedings for adult criminal and youth cases in B.C. Provincial Court so far this year. In 2010, there were 58 judicial stays for the entire year. The Vancouver Province listed a few of the many cases that were dropped because of delays resulting from shortages.

Some of the cases weren't significant yet others were. In 2009, Jason James Horner and Robert Luigi Polani had their cocaine conspiracy charges stayed when a judge found their three-year-old case had taken too long to get to trial. A Crown appeal of the rulings by B.C. Supreme Court Justice Peter Leask was heard last November and a decision is still awaited. Peter Leask hearing another cocaine case. God help us.

In May 2010, Provincial Court Judge Ronald Webb, in staying a charge of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking against Darren Bryan Williams of Cranbrook, said trial dates were hopelessly overbooked.

So right now we are already seeing over crowed prisons and case back logs where important charges like trafficking cocaine are being dropped. Knowing this, Harper then goes to the opposite extreme, leaving hard drugs aside, sets out on his own Don Quixote crusade against those evil pot growers by imposing mandatory minimum sentences of two years for growing pot. No wonder Mr. Harper hasn't increased mandatory minimums for crack. He must be smoking it himself.

Unlike the bleeding hearts, I most certainly don't have a problem with mandatory minimum sentences. For murder or trafficking cocaine. Not for smoking or growing pot. Especially when the courts have directed the government to fix the current problem of patients with medicinal marijuana prescriptions to have aces to filling those prescriptions.

I'm not going to say the courts are the end all and be all. I think the courts decision to keep insite open is wrong. If people want to keep insite open by a democratic referendum that is one thing. Having the courts over rule a democratically elected government and claim shooting heroine in a safe place is a charter right is absurd. But that's another topic.

Right now we have to deal with the catastrophic state of emergency Stephen Harper has now manufactured with his disproportionate crime bill. Cocaine trafficking cases are now getting dropped. That's not even including the investigations like the Western Wind the higher ups have pulled the plug on.

Throwing all the pot growers in jail for two years is going to further tax the judicial system and fill the over crowed prisons. Three to a bunk is not acceptable. Privatizing the prisons is not acceptable. Raising taxes to incarcerate nonviolent offenders is not acceptable. The California prison system is not a model we should follow. Instead we should learn from their mistakes.

David Giles' voir dire continues

I checked the court registry in Vancouver while I was filing court documents today. Turns out that David Giles' voir dire is still on. That's a trial before a trial to determine what evidence will be admissible. That means I can't report what I saw and heard yet but I sure would like to. I'd sure like to be able to tell you all who was on the stand and who I saw the witness hanging out with during the break. I can't report on that until the whole thing is over with. All I can say is holy Manuel Noriega batman, sh*t is gonna hit the fan.

Skellator is not looking well and I'm not going to mock him any more because I understand he isn't well. I don't know if that's just another bullsh*t story or if it's real but I don't wish that on anyone. Not even my enemies. I attended the court in the afternoon session. Skelletor made a point of turning right around and looking me in the eye before turning around to face the front again. I was the only spectator in the court room. I guess it was only fitting for him to see my face in this life so he'll know what to look for when I testify against him in the life hereafter.

The key thing to remember is that he needs a fair trial. If he was guilty of this drug trafficking offense then he needs to be convicted of it not the trickle down scape goat. According to Neil Hall, who sat in on the EPandora trial, Giles was implicated in the Western Wind bust. That was huge - 2 1/2 tons of cocaine. Not pressing charges in that case was a judicial tragedy.

We need to convict Giles not the trickle down scape goat so we can add that to Lester Jones' conviction to solidify the seizure of the Kelowna clubhouse. Give the others back I don't care. Just as long as they seize the Kelowna clubhouse and don't build one in Surrey.

I must admit, since Giles is one of the only ones who hasn't made bail, he doesn't look quite as smug now as he did when he was standing beside Mom Boucher grabbing his balls telling the media to suck it after Boucher got off on a technicality. How the arrogant have fallen.

Victoria and Calgary Cocaine

One has to wonder if the cocaine trade in Victoria and Calgary are connected. Obviously it appears that Surrey is a hub connecting both trades. The thing I'm interested in is the large cocaine bust in Calgary that happened shortly before Lindsay Buziak's murder. It was the largest cocaine bust in Alberta's history. 80 kilograms were seized in total along with packaging for another 20 kilograms which illustrated the high volume of cocaine passing through Calgary. From where en route to where?

We know that the Calgary police seized 11 kilograms of cocaine along with several firearms including a machine gun from the Calgary hells angels clubhouse back in 2001.

Compare that with a few other large cocaine busts in Victoria.

We know that the Robert Shannon convictions and the Jones Brothers indictment have implicated the Hells Angels as being huge cocaine suppliers in the area. Not to mention the 2 1/2 tons of cocaine seized from the Western Wind.

The interesting thing is, in the Calgary cocaine bust there was a guy named Erickson Lopez Delalcazar of Victoria. Eric's father is Edwardo Del Alcazar.

Interesting to note that Sarah Amelia Smith is one of Colin Lamontagne's friends. Sarah is engaged to Eric's brother Eldriegson L. Del Alcazar. The wedding is set for tomorrow, October 1st 2011. They look like a happy couple. I hope the expensive cars aren't paid for from cocaine. That would be tragic. If they are, speak now or forever hold your peace.

Enrique Delalcazar is friends with Alycia Lynn Faithfull Lebrun who was also charged in that largest Alberta cocaine bust as well as another in BC. Police used a stun grenade to arrest Jefferson Delalcazar in a vehicle near Douglas and Bay streets in 2008.

Delalcazar faces a charge of possession of an undisclosed amount of cocaine for the purposes of trafficking, and two charges of breaching conditions in relation to previous arrests, Hamilton said. Earlier this year, Jefferson Lopez Delalcazar pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm of Sukhpaul Parmar - a stranger - and assaulting and criminally harassing his former girlfriend Magdalayna Moraitis.

Jefferson is Eldriegson's brother. Buyer Beware.

Since someone has posted false allegations of slander I will post a few more pictures proving what I have said. Sarah and her new husband are a very attractive young couple. Sarah has married into a family that has a history of cocaine related charges as well as violence. That is a true statement. One bully poster said every family has a black sheep. Then I cite two brothers with cocaine charges. Then the poster said two people means nothing. Then I cited an uncle. All three of whom have been charged in very high level cocaine trafficking. Then the poster accused me of being a cyber vigilante. Kinda of a smoke and mirrors distraction to the fact that they were just proven wrong.

Someone else posted a comment expressing their opinion that Sarah drinks and parties a lot, which is not a crime. The denial bully threatens the poster and calls them a liar. Well let's have a peek at a few more pictures and see who the real liar is.

Here's another person of interest Sarah appears to be very cosy with, David Bennett. He hosts a lot of parties. Sarah is seen in a lot of pictures attending some of those parties. In fact that kinda looks like a drink in her hand. The denial bully lied and said Sarah doesn't drink. Drinking is not illegal. So why lie about it then call someone a vigilante for exposing your lie?

Here's another picture from one of Dave's parties at his house in the Highlands in Langford with a Tiger in the back yard. Even I saw that in the news. Dave's in the middle with his arms around the attractive young lady in the black dress. Many of them appear to be drinking. I am told the person on the far left in the photo is of Jorge Hildago who if you search the BC Court records has been charged with production and manufacturing of a controlled substance.

Sarah and Dave do look very cosy indeed.

Here's one of Sarah with Jacine Jadresko who is married to a person of interest named Arlen Orr aka whiteboy. In fact it even looks like an alcoholic beverage in her hand which is not illegal. So please don't lie and bully posters here threatening them for telling the truth. You're the cyber bully. The other girl on the left is Kevin Baker's girlfriend Kasia. Kevin has numerous charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Sarah is a very pretty young lady. She reminds me of Lindsay Buziak who was also a wonderful young lady. Evidently, Lindsay got involved with someone who had many similar friends. Now, you will note the title of this post is not Sarah or the Del Alcazar's. The title of this post is Victoria and Calgary cocaine. I have simply noted that some of the people arrested in the Calgary cocaine bust prior to Lindsay Buziak's murder have friends and associates with people in Victoria who are also friends and associates of people who have been charged in very high level cocaine trafficking coming out of Victoria and extending across Canada. That's all I said and that is true.

Just for grins let's have a look at this picture of Jacine Jadresko nonexistent husband Michael Scofield aka Arlin Orr. They were engaged but she refers to him as her hubby. That's even after sleeping in her car last summer. I guess he doesn't always treat her the way he should. They were recently seen together driving a nice new Cadillac Escalade. He has quite the criminal history.

Here's one of Jacine Jadresko's brother Cody in the middle with Dave Bennett the tiger guy on the right and Erickson's brother Jefferson Del Alcazar, Brother of Erickson Del Alcazar who was charged in that Calgary cocaine bust that was described as the largest cocaine bust in Alberta's history. Jefferson was accused of beating up his girlfriend at Denny's with his Brother Eldriegson present. Eldriegson was charged at the time with assault on another male. In fact the suspects were very well know to the police. (page 6) In fact Jefferson was also arrested with cocaine in Victoria back in 2008. The ERT used a stun grenade to arrest him.

And here's one for the road. Sara and Jacine with Ovidio Acevedo doing tequila shots. Cheers. Good luck sister. You're gonna need it.

Law Enforcement: Good versus Evil

I don’t want to distract from the euphoria of the moment regarding the fantastic job the police has recently done with the Kelowna Hells Angels’ clubhouse raid and the arrest of David Giles as well as the Kelowna Sergeant at arms. I do however, think it’s important to put it in perspective and look at the dual aspect of the struggle between good versus evil.

First is the external struggle that we can clearly see. Crack and crystal meth are horrible drugs. They are very damaging and very addictive. As a result they destroy lives and devastate communities. Some people argue that if the Hells Angels didn’t sell those drugs, someone else would. I disagree. Crystal meth is new to the East coast. Greg Domey was the Salem Hells Angels president as well as the entire east coast president. He was convicted of trafficking crystal meth. The Hells Angels were bringing crystal meth from California to Massachusetts.

Clearly the Hells Angels were the ones bringing crystal meth to a new market. Likewise in Canada, the Hells Angels are the ones using their big city bully powers to flood small towns with crack. They are creating new markets and destroying lives and communities in those small towns. In Kelowna Dave Habib posted a warning to parents on his facebook about drug dealers putting crystal meth in kids pixie sticks. Yet it was the Hells Angels who were caught running a huge crystal meth lab in Kelowna that was a major production point for the Okanagan.

Flooding the streets and small towns with crack and crystal meth is a clear example of good versus evil. It is an external struggle that we can clearly see. Yet there is another internal aspect of that struggle that is just as real but is much harder to see. Chicago was famous for it’s problems with organized crime. Al Capone and the organized crime were one thing. Corrupt politicians and police officers were another.

In all fairness, I don’t think we have the same problem with rank and file officers on the take as Chicago did. No doubt we have some. Edmonton PD was accused of leaking information to the Hells angels. Yet cases like Rob Sidhu and Ken Houston aren’t that common and even those were with former police officers. Yet I do think we have a problem of internal corruption involving politicians and government agencies that does rival Chicago back in the day.

Case in point, the leaked document showing that illegal drugs are no longer a priority for Canadian border agents. That is treason and shows how government agencies, controlled by corrupt politicians can do serious damage to the hard work of good law enforcement officers trying to make a difference. The Western Wind cocaine seizure is a prime example of that. A high ranking officer steps in to squash an important investigation. That is suspicious to say the least.

Due to a lack of resources, Canadian border agents have been told to stop looking for illegal drugs leaving the country and instead focus on stopping the export of illicit nuclear material and stolen cars. The directive, contained in an internal memo to Canada Border Service Agency man-agers that was obtained by Postmedia News, is unlikely to make officials in the U.S. and other countries very happy. But analysts say that in an age of finite resources, the agency has decided it makes more sense to target areas where it thinks it can make a difference.

Nuclear material and stolen cars? That is bizarre. The Harper government is the one trying to reopen the sale of Candu reactors to high risk countries giving them the capability of making nuclear weapons just like they did for China and India.

The pot for cocaine trade is a huge problem. For a government agency to be told not to prioritize that is treason. As is the Harper government issuing that mandate in the name of budget cuts. They are the ones that cut funding to the RCMP and the gang task force and gave $69 billion to the banks for a bailout they didn’t need. Since the banks are making such a big profit, they can start paying back that bailout instead of filling Stephen Harpers campaign contributions.

So we need to talk about corrupt politicians like Stephen Harper and Brian Mulroney as well as the corrupt agencies they control which stifle the hard work of good law enforcement officers trying to make a difference. Brian Mulroney and Stephen Harper are not corrupt because they are Conservatives. They are corrupt because they aren’t. They say one thing and do another. Brian Mulroney sued the Canadian government for slander for claiming he received a kickback from Airbus. He point blank lied about his relationship with Karl Schreiber and thereby defrauded Canadian tax payers out of $2 million. That is just the tip of the iceberg to Brian Mulroney’s corruption. Harper cutting funding for the RCMP, Gang Task force, Coast Guard, Prisons and Border Agents is another concern. So much for law and order.

We do have to look at Operation Fast and Furious,. It isn’t just an Obama thing but it is also an Obama thing. Just like George Bush SR.’s cocaine trafficking out of Mena Arkansas was also a Bill Clinton thing. Clinton’s ties to the crash of the BCCI is a serious concern we need to look at because we saw it repeat itself in Operation Wide Receiver and Operation Fast and Furious. That kind of internal corruption is harder to see but just as real. The struggle between good and evil continues on both fronts - externally as well as internally.

Another Fall guy pleads guilty in Hells Angels drug ring

A couple of blog readers sent in this link to a National Post article about that Hells Angels billion dollar pot for cocaine drug ring that was supplying the Big Apple with BC Bud. Turns out they were supplying LA as well. So much for all that California chronic.

Alessandro Taloni pleaded guilty in New York City yesterday to international cocaine trafficking. He was from Montreal and was sent to pick up the money in LA. Plane loads of it.

This time the fall guy for the Hells Angels drug trafficking ring is Cosmo the clown. How fitting. Spin the wheel to find out who the next mule will be that gets busted. Be assured this ring will continue because the Hells Angels still own all the same BC grow ops and control all the same Canadian crack dealers. Just like in the Rob Shannon ring and the Randy Jones ring out of Tbarz. Oops, I said it again. I mean Shakerz.

If these guys were really interested in stopping the drug ring they would put wire taps on the BC Hells Angels since it’s the BC bud that’s driving this international cocaine ring. Somebody like Randy Jones for example. But they won’t do that because the Agency is protecting him. Just like how the RCMP protected Weird Hal in Operation Phoenix and David Giles in the Western Wind.

Why am I so pissed about all this? Because look at what’s happening. The States is getting all the BC bud. Big deal. We’re the ones getting all that crack in return which is destroying lives and communities. Gary Webb said the CIA were responsible for the US crack epidemic in the 1980’s. He was right. He documented everything. Freeway Ricky didn’t know at the time he was selling crack for the CIA and was funding the contra rebels in Nicaragua but he was. Likewise, I submit that the Agency are the ones responsible for the current crack epidemic in Canada. Just ask Michael Riconosciuto. Remember, keeping an unlawful secret is unlawful.

The Lost Cause

Fighting organized crime isn't a lost cause as in a waste of time. It's a lost cause as in something we don't do any more. On the web site I've itemized six different scenarios where as soon as a police task force found organized crime a government body shut down that police task force. The pattern is clear.

1) The RCMP issued a report showing how bad money laundering was in BC casinos. Instead of dealing with the problem, Rich Coleman and the BC Liberals did away with the RCMP's Integrated Illegal Gaming Enforcement Team.

2) Operation Phoenix was a Regional Task Force's investigation that targeted Hal Porteous and the BC Hells Angels. The RCMP scuttled that operation and prevented it from going to trial. Then disbanded the task force responsible for the investigation. Allen Dalstrom received a $2 million out of court settlement to keep his mouth shut.

3) 2 1/2 tons of cocaine bound for the BC Hells Angels were seized in the Western Wind bust. Richard Barszczewski from the RCMP scuttled that operation and prevented any Hells Angels from being charged.

4) Pat Fogarty issued a ridiculous head up his ass public rant about how the Hells Angels aren't a problem in Kelowna any more it's the other guys we have to worry about. Then the Gang Task Force and the OMGU proved him wrong in every possible way. So what do they do? They get rid of the OMGU and cut back the Gang Task Force putting another political puppet in charge saying everything is OK.

5) Wally Opal shut down the missing women inquiry as soon as the Hells Angels were mentioned and turned it into a panel discussion where he could more easily ban key evidence claiming the mandate of the inquiry was not to find other suspects even though Robert Pickton was convicted based on the fact that he was not the only or main suspect just an active participant.

6) The Port Police were disbanded in 1997 right when the Hells Angles took over the docks in Canada. Are we beginning to see a pattern yet?

Massive gang violence rally at Surrey City Hall

There was a massive gang violence rally at Surrey City Hall today sponsored by the South Asian Community. As Global points out it was a week after two teens from Frank Hurt were killed in a targeted shooting. I went to Frank Hurt. Mike Farnworth, Jagrup Brar and Garry Begg were there.

More importantly there were a lot of families there who have lost loved ones to recent gang violence. Many tears were shed and many mothers were in mourning.

In 2017 the Sikh motorcycle club launched a rally calling for City Hall to address the rise in gang violence. A year later and nothing has been done. This is why City Council needs to be replaced.

I also saw Barinder Raspode there. She has been a consistent voice against crime and gang violence. It is unfortunate we split the vote last election letting Linda Hepner get in. Barinder Rasode was one of the people Dianne Watts bullied. The only way we can make a change is by electing a new city council because Surrey Fist does not listen. They have been Surrey's Worst.

We need to bring back the Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Unit. That is what we need to do.

Surrey is ready for the New York Model. The South Asian Community is crying out for it.

Lead, follow, or get out of the way. Save our Surrey - Green Justice.

Lessons from the Kelowna Summer Jam

August 2011, Pat Fogherty was in charge of the BC Gang Task force. At that time he said the Hells Angels aren't the problem in Kelowna, they barely exist. It's the other guys we have to worry about. That caused me to make a post asking which side was he on because he was obviously out to lunch. The following summer I launched the Kelowna Summer Jam spotlighting crime in Kelowna. At the same time the OMGU launched an undercover operation targeting the Kelowna Hells Angels. That summer the OMGU proved Pat Fogherty wrong.

David Giles, the vice president of the Kelowna Hells Angels was busted in a mayor cocaine ring and Johhny Newcome was busted in a mayor stolen car, boat and motorcycle ring tied directly to the Kelowna Hells Angels. The judge was amazed at the volume of stolen vehicles involved.

David Giles was convicted of drug trafficking as was Lester Jones, the previous vice President of the Kelowna Hells Angels. David Giles was implicated in the Western Wind bust and the Dave Revell drug bust but he kept getting off. That's why I billed him as Skelator, Lord of the Underworld. The OMGU finally brought him down.

The OMGU did such a great job, the Christy Clark government disbanded them. Ever since then, the Gang Task force in BC has been compromised and stopped going after Hells Angels that sell drugs. We are now seeing the same problem in Surrey that Kelowna saw in 2011. The Hells Angels control the drugs on the Surrey strip and are responsible for all the brutal violence there.

In 2009 Agent 22 came to Vancouver. He was the one that brought down the Hells Angels crack cocaine ring in Winnipeg tied to the Zig Zag Crew. When he was in Vancouver, a Hells Angels associate in Surrey named Eric Sandberg told Agent 22 that he could get him any gun that he wanted and that they were ready to wipe out all the competition in Surrey.

On Sept. 17, 2013 a bag of guns near 76th Avenue was found in Surrey tied to the Hells Angels.

Ontario has a Biker Enforcement Unit, BC does not. When drug dealers in Saskatoon started lacing their drugs with fentanyl, the police in Saskatoon started arresting the drug dealers, the police in Surrey won't. The police in Surrey won't even arrest the drug dealers selling drugs at treatment centres. That is the root of the problem. Setting the Record Straight.

Ryan was a long time crystal meth cook in Surrey that worked for John Punko in the East Vancouver Hells Angels. Police seized 6 kilos of crystal meth from his flat in Surrey. In July 2005 he was caught in charge of a crew that was capable of making 15 kilos of crystal meth every ten days. Ryan was working for the Hells Angels.

Donnie McWhirter, the mental reject from the Kelowna IS was caught with half a kilo of crystal meth that he got from a Hells Angels meth lab in Maple Ridge. In 2002 the police busted a Hells Angels meth lab in Kelowna that was a major production point for the Valley.

In 2011, before the OMGU was disbanded, the police busted five meth labs in metro Vancouver tied to the Hells Angels. One was in Surrey. After the OMGU was disbanded the police stopped investigating meth labs. Instead, they watch the dealers sell it on the Surrey Strip.

From coast to coast a toast to the host we hate the most

Well here it is. In Stargate a host was a tapeworm or parasite that lived in someone else’s body. Yet unlike Stargate, this parasite doesn’t keep the person alive, it lives off of and sucks the life out of him just like Catherine Austin Fitts described in the tapeworm economy.

In the Rocky Horror Picture Show, everyone throws toast at the screen during the part when they make a toast. This gang war certainly is a Rocky Horror Picture show of lies and betrayal all in the name of greed.

The recent murder of a Hells Angel associate in Nova Scotia is timely. It comes not long after the Jeff Lynds suicide in prison. Jeff Lynds is the Hells Angel who admitting to shooting Randy Mersereau for the group many years ago and has now turned informant. Some speculate his prison suicide was part of a cover up to put him into protective custody. Some speculate that is why his sister recently tried to kill herself by overdosing on insulin. Because she’s afraid the Hells Angels are going to kill her to punish her brother. Now that is really messed up. Harming someone’s family for any reason is really messed up.

There’s an interesting connection between Vancouver and Halifax and it leads to Kelowna. David Giles. The rusty vibrator was originally from the Halifax Hells Angels chapter. He came to Vancouver then Kelowna after the Halifax Hells Angels were charged in the Lennoxville Massacre in Montreal.

Turns out the Halifax chapter was invited to the same party to witness the execution of their brothers from Laval. For some reason the police thought they were involved with the murder. Those charges didn’t stick so the spoils of war were divided between the surviving chapters.

The Halifax chapter was originally known as the 13th Tribe. For some strange reason they thought there was a legend about a 13th tribe of Israel that was bad so they named themselves after that tribe. Actually it was one of the 12 tribes that was predicted to fall which resulted in one of the other tribes receiving a double portion keeping the number of tribes at 12 but that’s besides the point.

The 13th tribe named themselves after a group of people they thought were bad. Turns out the 13th tribe lived up to their reputation and patched over to become Hells Angels thus once again securing the Hells Angels control of the local drug trade.

One news source claims they got a little too rough with a prostitute and ended up getting charged with living off the avails of prostitution which they were convicted of. So David Giles, a member of that chapter comes to Vancouver with Mike Christiansen, another member of that chapter who ends up in Kelowna with Giles.

Although Giles certainly isn’t as repulsive as Robert Thomas from the Kelowna Hells Angels who was nothing but a petty thief from Ontario who’s saggy ass and a few associates used baseball bats and hammers to murder Dain Philips in public. He has nonetheless been involved behind the scene in leadership roles of the club’s business for years.

When Revell and Remple were convicted of cocaine trafficking in Kelowna, Giles was caught on wiretap saying Revelle made him $30,000 in the previous few months. Although his lawyer argued in court that only proved Revelle worked for Giles not that Giles was involved in any criminal activity, his lawyer failed to show what legitimate business they did that earned him that much money in that short a period of time.

Likewise, the day Juel Stanton was murdered, one blog reader from Kelowna recognized Giles from the website and said they saw him having a heart to heart with a younger kid explaining something serious to him. Obviously the kid was wondering why Stanton was murdered. Another source claimed there was a court disclosure that connected Giles to Stanton that was not only embarrassing for the police but showed that Giles shad been hiding things from Bryce. Yet that disclosure has yet to materialize.

Giles’ trip back east right before Bacchus and the Darksiders expanded into Nova Scotia was somewhat suspicious. According to Neil Hall's book, Giles was the one the 2 1/2 tons of cocaine that was seized from the Western Wind was going to although no charges were ever laid. Speaking of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, how is his DUI charges going?

Homeland Security seize 272 kilos of crystal meth in Canadian cross border ring

BC Local News is reporting that "RCMP east of Vancouver were involved in a cross-border drug bust this summer that involved nearly 300 kilograms of meth, more than 100 guns and an aerial chase between a police plane and a helicopter."

"U.S. officials staked out a landing site in Washington state about 110 kilometres south of Princeton, where they believed the drugs would be transferred to Canadian buyers. Something spooked the pilot of the helicopter, and it fled north into Canadian airspace."

"Two men who tried to leave the landing site in Washington were arrested by U.S. agents who seized 188 kilograms of methamphetamine. the RCMP Federal Serious and Organized Crime Section in Osoyoos say the office was alerted in early June by U.S. Homeland Security about a planned cross-border drug deal involving nearly 200 kilograms of methamphetamine. It was all part of a video production for rural crime watch. RCMP have not said if anyone has been charged and referred a request for comment to Homeland Security."

Things that make ya go hmmmmm. Sounds like another Western Wind fiasco.

"Bashaw videographer Ben Wilson, of Benjo Productions, gets into the action as a RCMP helicopter hovers over an area west of Bashaw Aug. 20. Wilson, and Bashaw RCMP have been working together to produce a series of updated rural crime watch videos, which included dog services." ~ "Members of the Wetaskiwin Fire Department extinguish a staged car burn with Bashaw filmmaker Ben Wilson. Portions of the new Alberta Provincial Rural Crime Watch Educational video was filmed at the Wetaskiwin Regional Fire Training Centre on Oct. 30."

Is Skeeter Russell in the rat out your rivals witness protection program now too? What about Colin Martin? Colin admitted to reporting other cross border drug smugglers to American Drug Enforcement Agents. In exchange they let him keep operating for 10 years.

Why would a helicopter that is being chased by a RCMP plane land at a rural property near Chilliwack that had 100 guns, U.S. government helicopter decals, drones and cellphone jammers? Was it theirs or a rivals? They could have landed anywhere else.

Documentary on New York Cop Corruption in the /80's

I just watched an astound Netflix documentary on police corruption in New york City back in the /80's called the Seven Five. I had no idea it was that bad when I was there. I just saw the resulting crack on the street that they were all profiting from.

The documentary is about the Michael Dowd story and the plague of police corruption that infiltrated and consumed the 75th precinct in Brooklyn from 1987 to 1992. This documentary explains how it was Mayor David Dinkins that was the real author of the New York model that cleaned up corruption and got crack off the streets not Mayor Giuliani.

The documentary is astounding and you need to see it yourself to believe it. It starts off with clips from Dowd testifying before the Mollen Commission after he was caught and interviews him after he served 12 years in prison for racketeering and drug dealing. It also interviews cops and drug dealers he worked with. The candid nature of the documentary is astounding.

In 1987 the 75th precinct in Brooklyn was almost completely corrupt. Dowd and his crew were on the take tipping off his drug dealers when they were going to be raided and provided police escorts when they moved their cash so they wouldn't get robbed by rival drug dealers. His dealers set up a supermarket in Brooklyn. People would buy groceries, then go to a door in the back and buy kilos of cocaine hidden within their groceries. What I saw was the insane amount of violence on the street in Harlem and on East 42nd Street Times Square when that cocaine was turned into crack and sold on the street. I saw the enforcement on the front line that was a huge part of the famous New York model eveyone talks about.

Evidently there was another key element behind the New York Model that I was not aware of. After Dowd's arrest Mayor David Dinkins launched the Mollen Commission to investigate police corruption in New York City. In 1994 the Commission concluded that: "Today's corruption is not the corruption of Knapp Commission days. Corruption then was largely a corruption of accommodation, of criminals and police officers giving and taking bribes, buying and selling protection. Corruption was, in its essence, consensual. Today's corruption is characterized by brutality, theft, abuse of authority and active police criminality."

"The panel recommended the establishment of an independent monitor for the department that would have subpoena powers and help establish new departmental policies to deter corruption." That is what cleaned up New York. In 1995 the Commission to Combat Police Corruption (CCPC) was created. It was an independent monitor.

Fast forward to Surrey 2016. Surrey is to Vancouver what Brooklyn was to New York. Although I predominately stayed in Harlem and on the Deuce when I was in New York, I did visit Brooklyn a few times. Curtis Sliwa's parents lived there. Wonderful couple. Brooklyn was tense. The kids on the subways used to sing a song. "Brooklyn robbed my house. Then they took me couch. Brooklyn, Brooklyn." Surrey has a series of it's own jokes regarding crime and criminals. Yet over all Surrey is indeed improving. The one thing that is holding us back is the policing problem that refuses to arrest the drug dealers that sell crack or fentanyl in public.

I don't think we have the same kind of problem with police corruption in Surrey like they did in the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn but we do have a serious problem that needs to be addressed. It begins and ends with Bill Ford and Craig Callen. They aren't on the take. They're just incompetent idiots that are so consumed with sexual harassment that they refuse to do their job. That fact shows us the real corruption within the RCMP comes from the top down. When the RCMP management promote bumbling idiots knowing full well they won't do their job, the rest of us are forced to ask ourselves why don't they want them to do their job? Are they on the take? It sure looks like it.

Richard Barszczewski scuttled David Giles' arrest in the Western Wind bust from the top down. The officers on the case were very frustrated when he pulled the plug. That was a criminal act. Instead of getting fired and going to jail upper management gave him a promotion. Take a look at how the RCMP scuttled Operation Phoenix preventing Weird Hal from getting busted. That was another criminal act swiftly swept under the carpet. Are we beginning to see a pattern yet?

If we really want to reduce drug related crime and violence we need an independent body that monitors police corruption right at the top. Until we do that we are simply shooting ourselves in the foot with all this harm promotion. Gary Shinkaruk should be in charge of E Division not Bill Fordy. Getting rid of the OMGU right after their colossal success in Kelowna was very suspect. Our corruption works from the top down. That needs to be addressed just like it was in New York.

Niagara drug bust tied to Montreal and Vancouver

Kim Bolan is reporting that the new drug bust in Niagara tied to Vancouver is also tied to the Montreal bust through Larery Amero’s pal Rabih Alkhalil who is still at large. Police claim this drug ring was supplying 400 kilos of cocaine a week through the exchange of BC bud for cocaine in the States.

We know that the Niagara Hells Angels did nothing but sell drugs. We know the BC Hells Angels use violence to control all the grow ops here. Clearly the root of the problem remains unchanged. According to Neil Hall’s book Hell to Pay, David Giles was implicated in the 2 1/2 tonnes of cocaine seized on the Western Wind but was never charged.

Two more Vancouver gang shootings

Gang shootings, right, my bad. It's really hard to keep up with the play by play on all the gang shootings. We know Mehrdad Saki was shot in the face in New West last Monday and Axel Curtis was shot dead walking his dog in Vancouver Sunday morning. He was shot six times in the chest. at 8:10 into this Youtube video you can see a clip of Axel.

The Vancouver Province claims "Latest gang killing highlights growing Metro Vancouver drug war." OK let's do the math. Axel was a member of the UN. So the UN didn't kill him neither did the Dak Pack. The Red Scorpions work for the Hells angels now so if the Red Scorpions shot him who do you think is ultimately responsible?

The Hells Angels killed three guys connected to the Surrey drug trade in five weeks not long ago. It was all about doing what Eric Sandburg told Agent 22 they were going to do - eliminate all the competition in Surrey. Let's not forget the recent Hells Angels shooting in an Ottawa shopping mall.

Here you thought I forgot about the Hells Angels just because I was writing about cocaine dealers in Victoria. Who do you think they work for? One of the suspects is friends with the son of the owner of the Western Wind. Go figure.

Abbotsford Police Department corruption probe is corrupt

CBC is reporting that 17 Abbotsford police officers investigated for alleged misconduct. It was on the front page of today's Vancouver Province. They reported that 17 members of Abbotsford Police Department under investigation for alleged corruption. However, that's not entirely true.

Police corruption means some are on the take and are helping drug dealers escape justice. That's not what this probe is about at all. This probe claims some police officers were over zealous in obtaining search warrants to bust drug dealers and gang members. That's something completely different. No doubt the Abbotsford PD is under fire because they are the only ones implementing the New York model. A real corruption probe would look into what police officers helped drug dealers and gang members escape justice.

A real corruption probe would examine why the RCMP scuttled Operation Phoenix and let Hal Porteous escape justice. A real corruption probe would examine why Richard Barszczewski scuttled the Western Wind bust where police seized 2 1/2 tons of cocaine for the BC Hells Angels. Neil Hall reported that David Giles also known as Skelator was implicated in that bust. A real corruption probe would investigate why Richard Barszczewski let David Giles escape justice. A real corruption probe would examine why CSIS provided the explosives for the Air India bombing. That's what a real corruption probe would do.

The Denial Continues

Sadly CBC has bought into the bullsh*t propaganda. CBC is a very credible news outlet. Obviously they don't have anyone on the ground in Surrey and are just repeating what Bill Fordy is telling them who is just reading off of a press release someone else gave him. Calgary has a large Somali population. Surrey doesn't. Surrey has a Somali population but it is tiny compared to the Asian, Caucasian and South Asian population.

Although most of us don't like to admit it, I'm from Surrey. I live here. I had good friends here from Trinidad. They held a couple of Caribbean dances in Surrey many years ago. I worked the door for them and helped out in the bar without hesitation. The only problem I ever had there was with a drunk piece of white trash spilling drinks and grabbing asses. After I cut him off the bar he promised to behave. Everyone else was fine. It's a small well behaved community.

Bill Fordy isn't malicious like Richard Barszczewski is. Barszczewski represents spiritual wickedness in high places. Bill Fordy doesn't. He's just an idiot that is more worried about getting laid then he is about doing his job. That's why the upper levels of corruption in the RCMP have him in that position. So he doesn't do his job and the drug dealers keep making money.

Gary Shinkaruk and Andy Richards are credible sources. They know about the Hells Angels history in this province. Andy Richards saw the upper brass in the RCMP scuttle Operation Phoenix. After scuttling Operation Phoenix the RCMP upper Brass scuttled the Western Wind bust. That established a pattern of high level corruption in the RCMP that is directly tied to CSIS.

Of course Christy Clark is passionately promoting the Surrey political fraud provincially. That's because they are joined at the hip. Christy Clark's over paid spin doctors just sent out press releases about how she is throwing a few pennies towards gang prevention to address the spike in violence. What a scam that is. She got rid of the OMGU. You can't address the problem by cutting back the Gang Task force and by eliminating the OMGU. In doing so she and her political party are pouring gasoline on the violence. Which really comes as no surprise since drug trafficking was tied to the BC Rail scandal and she and her brother were both tied to BC Rail.

The same scam keep repeating itself over and over again. The RCMP had a special department that investigated organized crime laundering money in BC casinos. When they issued a public report showing how bad it was the provincial government didn't do anything to rectify the problem. Instead Rich Coleman and the BC Liberals did away with the RCMP's Integrated Illegal Gaming Enforcement Team. That was political corruption at it's best. Or worst depending on which side of the fence you're on.

So here we are again Déjà vu. Pat Fogarty issued a ridiculous head up his ass public rant about how the Hells Angels aren't a problem in Kelowna any more it's the other guys we have to worry about. Then the Gang Task Force and the OMGU proved him wrong in every possible way. So what do they do? They get rid of the OMGU and cut back the Gang Task Force putting another political puppet in charge saying everything is OK perpetuating the same old BS. Nothing has changed and nothing will change because no one really cares. Money talks and the bullsh*t never stops.

The day the dream died - Update

Hepner takes the Surrey election. I'm going to throw up. The witch wears the ruby slippers. Crime was the primary issue in Surrey and she was the least capable of responding to it because she and Dianne Watts created the problem through their complete neglect. In Vancouver Robertson took a slight lead. We need to continue to oppose the Garbage Incinerator which would adversely effect the air quality for the entire Fraser Valley. The New York Model died today. Enforcement is off the table. The Hells Angels and the gang war won. This round. McCallum and LaPointe went out nobly like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid. It was a good dream so it was. As they say in Belfast, Chuckie ar la. Our day will come. Who's Bill Fordy dating now? Is it official?

Looks like it's finally time to leave Surrey once and for all. When the people choose evil there is nothing anyone can do to help them not even God Himself. Surrey is no better than Toronto Ward 2. Just another toilet waiting to be flushed.

I will however, record my dissent. I did not vote for Surrey first and I do not support them. This bullsh*t flyer we received from the Surrey firefighters is the perfect example of everything that's wrong with Surrey's Ivory Tower city hall. The fire department are paid with tax dollars. Them promoting a candidate is a complete conflict of interest.

Do the Surrey Firefighters support the money laundering that went on in the Campbell Heights Industrial centre? I broke that story and the main stream media refused to run in. The majority of people that voted for Surrey Fist have no idea what they did in that dirty deal.

Do the Surrey Firefighters support Surrey First's refusal to arrest crack dealers in Newton which created a flood of violent crime that resulted in the murder of a Hockey mom? Do the Surrey Firefighters support Surrey First's refusal to arrest crack dealers outside the Front Room which resulted in Janice Shore's brutal murder for a drug debt?

Do the Surrey Firefighters support Surrey First's refusal to arrest crack dealers in a King George trailer park a teenage girl wrote the mayor about that resulted in yet another shooting? Do the Surrey Firefighters support Surrey First's refusal to do anything about an illegal booze can behind the Green Timbers pub that resulted in yet another shooting?

Surrey First's record for fiscal irresponsibility and criminal neglect has been the worst this city has ever seen. Thanks for nothing Surrey Firefighters. That was a dirty deal that did anything but keep Surrey safe. Shame on you.

Bill Fordy

In all fairness I really don't think Bill Fordy is malicious. He's just a complete idiot. He's not smart enough to be malicious. Richard Barszczewski, now he's malicious. Recently a blog reader was scoffing at the fact that the police referred to a 1.7 kilo cocaine bust as massive. It's somewhat ironic they would make a big deal patting themselves on the back for a 1.7 kilo bust when they could have had a two and a half ton bust but Richard Barszczewski intervened and prevented that from happening. If that's not malicious I don't know what is.

Bill Fordy's just brain dead. He's too preoccupied to worry about crime in Surrey. What's he too preoccupied with? Just ask everyone in his unit. Someone sent him a private invitation on his BlackBerry and it went to the whole group by mistake. None of these clowns are very bright. Fordy is one of Craig Callen's FOCCERS. The Surrey six trial showed us that there wasn't just one officer who had an inappropriate relationship with a witness. They all were getting drunk with witnesses and flirting with them. This huge climate of unprofessionalism is the reason why they have a class action sexual harassment suit.

This climate of unprofessionalism forces us to ask why the RCMP keep promoting idiots? It's as though they don't want them to be effective at addressing violent crime or the gang war. We need to find out who told Richard Barszczewski to pull the plug on the Western wind bust. I can tell you who it was but you won't believe me. Look into it yourself.

Another ton of cocaine seized, no criminal organization charged

Well here we have it. The police obviously get a tip about a boat load of cocaine in Port Hardy. They broadcast the seizure and low and behold it has a ton of cocaine on board. Two people are charged but no link to any criminal organization is made.

This is the second largest cocaine seizure in the area. The largest was two and a half tons of cocaine for the Hells Angels on the Western Wind in 2001. Richard Barszczewski was the Peter Leask of the day who vetoed that conviction. Tricky Dickey should have been fired, he shouldn't have been given a promotion.

So here once again he have a huge cocaine seizure but no link to any criminal organization. Is Tricky Dickey still in charge? Please advise.

650 kg of crystal meth seized on boat near Bellingham-Canada border from Hells Angel associate

CTV is reporting that "New details are emerging after a 51-year-old Alberta man was arrested aboard a speedboat that U.S. authorities say was carrying 650 kilograms of methamphetamine between Washington state and British Columbia."

This has Western Wind written all over it. Who do you think those drugs were for? Do you think they will be charged? Not a chance. Gang enforcement in BC is corrupt.

The Peninsula News Review is reporting that "The boat pilot – a Canadian – was arrested on a count of drug distribution. Alberta resident Ted Karl Faupel appeared in U.S. District Court in Seattle on Thursday."

"According to a federal criminal complaint filed in the U.S. court, Faupel told investigators that he had been hiking near a marina in Sidney, on Vancouver Island, when someone approached him and offered him $1,000 to move a boat from Anacortes, Washington, and back."

"According to the complaint, he said he left from Vancouver Island on Tuesday. He said four men met him at a Washington State Parks boat dock, took the boat on a trailer and dropped him off at an inn. The next day, they brought him back to the dock and he left in the newly loaded boat to return to Canada. He said he did not know what was in the duffel bags, the complaint said."

What men? You don't bring someone elses boat across the border without asking what's in the duffle bags. It's a huge seizure but once again the crime group that brought it in won't be charged.

Update: He has Hells Angels support gear posted all over his Facebook.
I will point out that just because he's wearing Calgary support gear does not mean the Calgary chapter was behind it. There's no way Calgary was behind that much meth. This was Edmonton.
