Robert Pickton Qualifies for Parole

Rebel News is reporting that "Despite a jail cell confession where he claimed to have killed 49 women, Pickton was found guilty of the second-degree murders for six victims and sentenced to life with no possibility of parole. The remaining 20 murder charges were stayed. Now, 22 years since his original arrest, the sadistic killer can apply for day parole. It's important to note that while he can apply, acceptance is not guaranteed."

As concerning as that may be, locally we all know that Robert Pickton wasn't the cunning serial killer they claimed he was. The elephant in the room was the Dianne Rock Story. She was gang raped on the Pickton farm. That would implicate more than one suspect and Robert Picton wasn't one of them. That's why the judge's instructions to the jury was that they could convict Robert Pickton if he wasn't the only suspect or even the main suspect just an active participant.

That was outrageous. What's even more outrageous is the fact that Wally Oppal shut down the Mission Woman inquiry as soon as other suspects were mentioned. He turned it into a panel discussion where he could more easily censor evidence. Wally Oppal said the Commission did not have the mandate to examine other suspects. That's exactly what it was supposed to to. Find out what happened to all those mission women.

The second Mission woman's inquiry was another farce. The whack jobs that took over the Inquiry had a extremist political agenda to push instead of exposing the root cause of much of the violence against Indigenous Women. Most of them were sex trade workers who had drug debts.

Marilyn Poitras stated why she resigned from the commission: "We've been down this road before... We had people tell us if you want to know who the problems are and how to fix them you go talk to the sex trade workers. They're going to tell you who they are. It's not a mystery. This isn't some person coming out of the blue and randomly taking women off the street. People know who they're threatened by. Lets go talk to them. We weren't doing any of those things."

Robert Pickton wrote a book but it was pulled oft he market. Someone sent me a copy of it years ago. It wasn't a tell all tale. He didn't trash the club. He trashed the guy that ratted him out who was a Hells Angels associate. It was nothing new. He was the fall guy. We all know that.

Revisiting the Pickton Farm: Fact and Fiction

I recently saw a crazy video about the Pickton farm on Rumble that made two good points. I will set aside the crazy and address those two points. Justin Trudeau is a slimy little b*tch. His ties to Communism and the World Economic Forum are no secret. Globalism is Communism. It represents slavery and the complete destruction of civil liberty. His latest campaign is to completely destroy the freedom of the press because globalists are obsessed with censoring everything. The Pickton Farm is a separate matter and since this is our crib, I will address it.

After the testimony of Janice Edwards during the Pickton trial the judge gave the jury specific instructions. He told the jury they could convict Robert Pickton of murder even if he wasn't the only person involved. In fact, they could convict him even if he wasn't the primary suspect, just an active participant. That is not a conspiracy theory. That is the record of the court.

Janice Edwards testified to her knowledge of the Diane Rock story. Dianne Rock was gang raped on the Pickton farm. Being gang raped implicates more than one suspect. That is why the judge gave the jury new instructions. Robert Pickton was without question a scape goat. His brother Dave knew where the bodies were buried and was given amnesty by CSIS.

Catherine Galliford was the public face of the RCMP during the Pickton investigation. She testified to the professional misconduct that was prevalent within the RCMP at the time and is now under gag order since her settlement.

Bob Paulson was in charge of Diane Rock when she went into police protection after the gang rape. Bob Paulson was one of the FOCCers. Friends of Craig Callen. Bob was more interested in one of his female coworkers than protecting Diane so Diane left police custody and ended up dead. Diane was hesitant to go into police custody because she claimed she was gang raped by bikers and police. Jim Brown was a Coquitlam RCMP officer at the time.

Cameron Ward was a lawyer for the original missing women's inquiry that Wally Oppal scuttled. Wally Oppal is a dirty POS. Cameron claimed that there was a picture floating around of Jim Brown in a threesome with Dave Pickton. When he went public with that information, the Coquitlam RCMP kicked in the whistle blower's door, seized all his hard drives and deleted the evidence. I spoke with two credible witnesses who didn't have but saw the picture.

I have coworkers that attended parties on the farm and at Piggy's Palace. The farm was known as the Dominion named after the street it was located on. It was the place to drink if you were under age. Everyone who was anyone was there. Jesse ran an after hours across the street for when Roosters shut down. It was high end. Piggy's Palace was a sh*t hole run by big Tony.

The video quoted a September 14 2020 article by Keith Fraser with the Vancouver Sun. I know Keith Fraser. He was the one that posted a court document with my home address on it.

The article stated that "Robert Pickton speaks in court to oppose destruction of RCMP exhibits." It was highly relevant. Since Robert Pickton was convicted on the claim that he wasn't the only suspect or the prime suspect, just an active participant, destroying that evidence was clearly a criminal act. Just like destroying the evidence on the whistle blower's hard drive was.

A lot of people talk about snuff films and a lot of crazy extremes when it comes to the Robert Pickton case. Yet one claim that is quite feasible is that he was harvesting pituitary glands from sex trade workers who were killed for drug debts to make HGH a common steroid at the time known as Human Growth Hormone. At the time they made it from human cadavers.

The second Missing Woman's Inquiry was another farce. It was all about political extremism and the alphabet soup. It had no desire to uncover the truth. Marilyn Poitras explained why she resigned from the commission: "We've been down this road before... We had people tell us if you want to know who the problems are and how to fix them you go talk to the sex trade workers. They're going to tell you who they are. It's not a mystery. The video also made reference to the suspicious arrest of Cameron Ortis. I have questioned the validity of that arrest from day one. The video cites a paper he wrote for a thesis at UBC called Bowing to Quirinus: compromised nodes and cyber security in East Asia.

Cameron Ortis is innocent. CSIS and the CIA are not.

Post Media talks Provincial Police

I find it somewhat ironic that the Vancouver Sun is now pushing for a Provincial police force in BC. They are the one that maintained a hate campaign against Doug McCallum for fulfilling his campaign promise in Surrey to create a municipal police force. Ian Mulgrew has credible past history. Wally Oppal does not. Wally Oppal should be in jail for sabotaging the missing women's inquiry. Anything Post Media News promotes is suspect.

If BC and or Alberta form their own Provincial police, it matters not to me. I still hold a romantic idealism towards the RCMP. They wore out their welcome in Surrey but we can see that in other provinces the RCMP still make Hells Angel drug busts. In BC they do not. In BC the CFSEU is compromised and IHIT is not far behind.

In Ontario and Alberta, the regional Biker Enforcement Unit and ALERT do tackle organized crime. The CFSEU in BC does not. That is the problem we need to address but it goes further than that. It goes right into the hallways of the legislature in Victoria.

The BC Liberals were the ones that dismantled the OMGU and oversaw the fall of the CFSEU. Instead of correcting the problem, the BC NDP have perpetuated it. Now the BC NDP is asking Ottawa to decriminalize more drugs. AYFKM? Looks like we need drug tests in Parlaiment because someone's on crack. The DTES is the world's toilet. It is the perfect example of what not to do. We foster addiction and misery. We foster organized crime.

Possession of drugs is already decriminalized in the DTES. Nobody gets arrested for smoking crack. They do it publicly there. City workers hand out free crackpipes and sometimes even free drugs. That's what the drug dealers do to get their clients addicted. Then they brutalize them for drug debts. Portugal made drug treatment mandatory. You cannot cite the success of the Portugal model without citing that fact. It doesn't matter if it's provincial or federal police. We need to start enforcing the law. Our refusal to do that has created the problem we now face.

MMIW National Action Plan

When CBC reported that "The federal government is set to release its action plan today in response to the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls' findings and its numerous recommendations. It marks two years since the inquiry released its final report after gathering testimonies from families and survivors across the country," I was somewhat skeptical. Wally Oppal's sabotaging of the first missing women's inquiry was outrageous. Then the high jacking of the second inquiry was equally as outrageous.

Yet Justin Trudeau said two things that made sense. Many other things that didn't make sense but two of the things he said were on point. The first thing he said is that the Catholic church needs to accept responsibility for their role in the Residential school disaster. That they have. So we need to stop blaming John A MacDonald and Egerton Ryerson. Justin Trudeau claims to be Catholic. Do I blame him for the Catholic residential schools? No, I do not. We all need to take responsibility for what we do and stop blaming everyone else.

The other thing he said that made sense was the pledge that the federal governement increase funding to stop human trafficking in order to help Indigenous women facing gender-based violence. That statement nailed it and brings us directly back to the failure of the second missing woman's inquiry that was hijacked by political extremists.

In that second inquiry Marilyn Poitras resigned from that commission because she felt it was not addressing the real problem, the elephant in the room. She said "We've been down this road before... The second inquiry didn't want to address the problem. They wanted to promote an extreme political agenda. They wanted to exploit the missing and murdered women not help them.

Instead of doing that, the second inquiry just wanted to push the alphabet soup. As I previously said, I have no problem whatsoever with the term LGBT. I can say it, I can remember it and I can understand it. When you keep adding more and more crazy letters to that anacronym it becomes too much to swallow. It started off innocent. It added girls to women.

OK Women means female so girls are included in that. Then they throw in all this nonbinary, two spirit, bla, bla, bla. It takes something clear and concise and creates mass confusion.

The first missing women's inquiry was exactly that - missing women. It was a response to the Robert Pickton farm where many women were murdered. Not all were indigenous but many were sex trade workers. The failure of the second inquiry brings us to the Dianne Rock story. Dianne Rock was gang raped on the Pickton farm. Being gang raped implicates more than one suspect.

Those sex trade workers were being killed for drug debts. That is what we need to face.

Today I saw a first nations woman at the store wearing a shirt that said Every Child Matters with several eagle feathers on it. It wasn't orange and the logo was slightly different, but the message was profound. Every child does matter. Black, white, red, yellow or brown. They all matter.

Every Child who died at that Catholic residential school in Kamloops matters. Yet in Boston, Ireland and many other countries, a lot of boys were sexually assaulted at Catholic residential schools. They matter too. Do we add a B for Boys to MMIWG? No, we do not. We simply say every child matters because they do. Our children matter now. We still need to protect them.

We need to examine the Dianne Rock story, the Ashley Machiskinic story and the Janice Shore story becasue they are all connected. All three of those stories can be found on the Finian's Inferno website. What consenting adults do behind closed doors is their business. The key words are consenting adults. However, when a drug dealer takes all the money a sex trade worker makes after she gets goes on a date, that is not prostitution. That is human trafficking.

Mike Farnworth is a F*ck up

Dr Spin is reporitng that "Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth said he has every confidence police in the Lower Mainland have the right strategies in place to combat escalating gang violence. Farnworth, who is also solicitor general, met with the chiefs of police of municipal departments and commanders of RCMP detachments on Thursday afternoon."

We had hoped for so much more from this guy. Just like with Dwayne McDonald, we were sadly disappointed. BC is the only province in Canada that does not make Hells Angel drug busts. After David Giles was busted in Kelowna and the OMGU was disbanded, the compromised CFSEU stopped arresting Hells Angel associates for drugs. He knows this and he thinks that's OK. That's because he is a f*ck up. He wants to profit from crime not stop it. God damn you.

The guys at work were saying the people who shot the guy at the Airport will get in more toruble for breaking the travel restrictions than for committing murder. Everything is NOT OK.

Update: Here's the latest BC RCMPS bullsh*t. They bust a drug lab in Coquitlam without drugs only precursors and no arrests. This was the Compromised BCCFSEU offering up another fake publicity stunt. Every other province makes huge drug seizures tied to the Hells Angels. BC doesn't because BC is the most corrupt province in Canada. Mike Farnworth is just another Wally Oppal. The BC NDP are no better than the BC Liberals. History has recorded that.

Surrey Police board member's father was a Hells Angel

Dr Kim is reporting that "A member of the Surrey Police Board was photographed posing with two full-patch members of the Hells Angels at a 2018 memorial service. The photos of board member Harley Chappell and White Rock Hells Angels Brent Milne and Douglas (Doc) Riddoch were posted on a Facebook tribute to Carla Newman, who died in 2018. Newman was a relative of David (Clap) Newman, who is a former member of the Angels’ White Rock chapter."

Remember​ her recent publicity stunt for the BC Gang Task Farce claiming that the Surrey RCMP had searched the Hardside Hells Angels clubhouse? They didn't find anything did they? Because it was a publicity stunt and they warned them first.

Vancouver is Awesome is reporting that "How did B.C. Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General Mike Farnworth appoint the son of a former Hells Angel to the Surrey Police Board? That’s the question being asked in Surrey Thursday, after provincially appointed police board member Harley Chappell’s connections to the criminal organization surfaced on social media. “It makes you wonder about the vetting process when they chose the board,” said Surrey city councillor Jack Hundial, speaking to the provincial government."

OK just so we are clear, Jack Hundial is a self serving POS. He is about as trustworthy as Wally Oppal. Jack a*s cited last months publicity stunt as though it was a good thing that accomplished something when it clearly did not. He is a F*ck up so F*ck him.

Although I don't have a problem with Doc, I agree this is a conflict of interest. However, Hundial and the Surrey RCMP haven't done Jack sh*t about the Hells Angels drug trafficking in Surrey. Shakerz is still a hub in that network but Randy Jones is with the Surrey Girls now not Whiterock.

Halifax rally for an inquiry into shootings

The Niaagra Falls Review is reporting that "People are gathering at a Halifax park today to demand a public inquiry into the Nova Scotia mass shootings. The gathering at Victoria Park comes less than a week after the province unveiled a plan for a panel review into the massacre. Organizers say a 22-minute general strike will begin at noon local time to honour the 22 victims who were killed last April." Wally Oppal's panel discussion was a farce.

There are numerous inconsistencies with the official narrative on this case. Other than gun control, there was no motive. Yet the guns were not legally obtained so gun control would not have prevented it. Any crime that doesn't have a motive is suspicious.

The police tired to claim the mild mannered good Samaritan denturist had ties to organized crime. Then it was reveled that the large lump sum that was deposited into the suspects bank account came from the RCMP. That act cannot be rationalized away.

The fact that the police didn't warn the public that it was a man dressed as a police officer in a police car shooting people not only makes them criminally culpable in the subsequent murders, it implicates them in a cover up. Macleans reported that it had the hallmarks of an under cover operation. I do not believe that Gabriel Wortman was the shooter and I do not believe the Hells Angels gave him the guns. There is something far more sinister at play here.

Brandi's reopens Orange No 5 shuts down over COVID

The Vancouver sun is reporting that "One Vancouver strip club is reopening, even as another has been shuttered by health authorities after a repeat customer tested positive for COVID-19. Brandi’s Show Lounge said it plans to open its doors again at 10 p.m. Wednesday with a 'safety first' plan. The reopening comes as another strip club, No. 5 Orange on Main Street, is temporarily shut down." Both strip bars are run by the Hells Angels.



No. 5 Orange is a sh*t hole in the DTES. Stephanie Lange was a stripper from Number 5 Orange whose remains were found on the Pickton Farm. It's somewhat bizarre the BC Government is bending over backwards for the Hells Angels once again. Kinda like how the City of Vancouver bought the Drake from the Hells Angels to turn it into social housing. The city gave the Hells Angels $2 million more than it was worth. Things that make ya go hmmm...

I have no problem with the Hells Angels being involved with legal activities. I have a problem with their use of violence to maintain a monopoly on those legal activities and I have a problem with them murdering women. They killed Brandy Sarionder and Stephanie Lange. Since they made Brandy's murder look like a suicide, the police never investigated it.

After Robert Pickton took the fall for the Hells Angels, the police refused to investigate Stephanie Lange's murder along with 33 other missing women found on the farm. Dianne Rock was gang raped on that farm. Gang raped would implicate more than one suspect. Robert Pickton was convicted based on the fact that he was not the only suspect or the main suspect, just an active participant. He disposed of the bodies. Wally Oppal shut down the Missing women inquiry as soon as the Hells Angels were mentioned.

Stephanie Lange had a drug debt. That's why the Hells Angels killed her. Brandy committed the mortal sin of opening up a new strip bar after they kicked her out of the one named after her.

After Brandy died, a troll lied to the newspaper and said she was depressed after leaving her club because she was unable to find an investor to open a new one, That was a bold faced lie and the newspaper printed it. Brandy did find an investor and had opened a new club. Business was booming. So much so another troll wrote a review online complaining about the long lines at her new club, the Granville Strip, saying that the strippers were much better at the Number 5 Orange which was the dive run by the Hells Angels. The Granville strip is still closed over COVID.

Brandi's is a strip bar while the Swedish touch is a brothel. The recent closure was more likely for a BC Gang Task Force staff party now that the Garden of Eden has closed down.

I will admit that the Swedish Touch is a lot nicer than the Number 5 Orange but how long will it stay that way? Remember King Midas? Everything he touched turned to gold. In contrast, everything the HAs touch turns to sh*t. Brandy cared about the girls and had them take fitness classes. She cared about their health and well being. The HAs do not. They feed them drugs and cast them aside like an old shoe once the drugs have eaten them alive.

If you spend your entire life swimming around in a toilet, the only thing you're ever going to find is e coli. You need to climb out of the toilet, get some fresh air and see what life in the real world is like. You need to discover the beauty beyond proper sanitation because outside of that sh*t hole, it really is a wonderful world. Don't let life pass you by. Climb out of the toilet and discover it.

Surrey allowed to proceed with its own police force

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Surrey’s controversial plan to replace the RCMP with a municipal police force has received approval from B.C.’s solicitor-general, setting in motion a transition process that will see hundreds of RCMP officers forced to make a career choice in the coming months." It's not controversial. Stop saying that. Surrey is the largest city in Canada without it's own police force. It's a natural consequence of growth.

"Setting up a Surrey police force was one of the key pillars of McCallum’s municipal campaign platform, and council voted at its first meeting in November 2018 to proceed with the transition." Yes, that is true. It was the campaign promise of Doug McCallum and the Safe Surrey Coalition. Jack Hundial and Brenda Locke broke their election promise. Doug McCallum did not. He kept his word. Since Jack Hundial and Brenda Locke broke their promise no one can trust anything they say or any new promises they make in the next election.

“My job as solicitor-general is to ensure that a transition plan is in place and that transition plan ensures safe, adequate policing for the City of Surrey,” Farnworth said. “The decision is Surrey’s, and those costs are borne by Surrey. The Police Act and the police contract allow for them to make that decision.” Exactly but Wally Oppal is useless and should be in prison.

I Heart Radio is reporting that "The Police Complaints Commissioner has ordered a public hearing into allegations of sexual misconduct by an off duty member of the Victoria Police Department. After an independent investigation was carried out by the Vancouver Police Department -- and the Commissioner then referred the matter to a retired judge for review."

"However the Complainant requested a public hearing as material witnesses weren't given the chance to testify at the proceeding. The Commissioner has now decided it's in the public interest to hold a Public Hearing. Retired Supreme Court Justice Wally Oppal has been appointed to preside over the hearing. No date has been set."

Saanich Mayor Richard Atwell's spyware allegations vindicated by privacy commissioner

In 2015 CBC reported that "Saanich Mayor Richard Atwell’s concerns about spyware on his office computer at city hall were legitimate, says a report from B.C.'s information and privacy commissioner. Atwell claimed earlier this year that the software was being used to spy on him by recording his keystrokes and taking screen shots."

"While Privacy Commissioner Elizabeth Denham's report doesn't deal directly with Atwell's allegations, she found that the security software installed by city staff collected far more information than allowed under the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act."

The question is, who installed the spyware on his computer. The CBC article implied that it was spyware the employer installed to monitor it's employees but went further than allowed by law. However, the former mayor implied something much sinister was involved.

Later that year the Vancouver Sun reported that "The Police Complaint Commissioner will not investigate claims made by Saanich Mayor Richard Atwell about the conduct of his own police department, finding the complaints inadmissible since they don't constitute misconduct under the Police Act." Mayor Atwell who was a computer techie acused the Saanich PD of being the ones that installed the spyware on his computer.

The privacy commissioner ruled his complaint inadmissible because spying on computers without a warrant didn't constitute misconduct under the police act. AYFKM? Warrantless surveillance is illegal. "After requesting further information from Atwell and examining material from other sources, Lowe quashed any investigation." Lowe was appointed police complaint commissioner one week after exonerating the RCMP involved in the Airport taser fiasco.

"Retired B.C. justice Wally Oppal was called in to broker dispute resolution between Atwell and Saanich police, but on May 15, after four months of back-and-forth meetings, his efforts failed, according to a statement released by police complaint commissioner Stan Lowe this afternoon."

AYFKM? Wally Oppal should be in prison for shutting down the Missing Woman's inquiry as soon as the Hells Angels were mentioned. "Atwell said the police department was in conflict since Saanich Police Chief Bob Downie's wife, Jennifer, is an executive assistant in the mayor's office and the spyware was also installed on her computer."

Post Media Trash is reporting that Wally Oppal, the criminal "in charge of a joint provincial-city committee tasked with overseeing Surrey’s transition from the RCMP to its own police force says Mayor Doug McCallum is incorrect in his claim that the work will be finished by Dec. 11 and ready for Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth’s perusal."

We knew placing him as the chair of that committee was a fraud. Wally Oppal should be in jail. Post Media Trash supported him to chair the Pickton Inquiry. Missing Women's Inquiry Report is another Farce

CBC is reporting on a leaked copy of the new report from the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls inquiry and as expected it is another complete farce. From one extreme to the other without dealing with the real issue. It was not only Indigenous Women murdered on the Pickton farm. The whole spin is in itself divisive.

The wording of the report reavals the real political agenda of the inquiry. Rambling on about a Canadian genocide spurred by state actions and inactions rooted in colonialism and colonial ideologies. OMFG. These nutbars have a preconceived agenda and protecting women has nothing to do with it. It's like the anti Poverty committee who pretend to advocate for the poor when they are really advocating for Communism and Anarchism.

In Wally Oppal's Red Herring Inquiry as soon as the Hells Angels were mentioned, he shut down the inquiry and turned it into a less *adversarial* panel discussion where he could more easily censor key evidence. This inquiry never let the Hells Angels be mentioned because they had their own political agenda.

What about Wendy Margaret Carlic? She was murdered right before she was to testify at the new inquiry and her murder has been a complete cover up. Violence against indigenous women is real and needs to be addressed. Some of the violence against indigenous women happens on reservations. Much of it happens off the reservation. It does need to be addressed.

The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Mistrials resulting from deadlocked juries are extremely rare and are a sign that the judicial system is working, former B.C. attorney general Wally Oppal said Sunday. Oppal said the public should not be concerned that jurors could not reach a verdict in the case of Jamie Bacon, who is charged with one count of counselling someone to commit murder in late 2008." AYFKM? WTF is wrong with the Vancouver Sun?! No really.

The fact that Wally Oppal isn't in jail for collusion after sabotaging the missing woman's inquiry is proof the system is broken. Jamie Bacon got off scot free for ordering the worst gangland slaying in BC's history because of trial delays resulting from police misconduct. The fact that someone on the jury wouldn't convict him in DK's murder makes it look like someone on the jury was paid off. That's what it looks like. For that piece of garbage to say the public should not be concerned and the system is working just fine for him is absolutely outrageous. The fact that the Vancouver Sun would even quote that raging lunatic is very offensive.

Wally Oppal was a horrible attorney general. With gang violence escalating the public were protesting bad judges. Wally Oppal said everything is fine. That's when Vern started putting huge signs on flatdeck trucks that said Recall Wally Oppal. The group Vern was with in Aldergove weren't talking about gang violence, they were talking about property theft. They had drug addicts stealing from all their neighbors and every time the police arrested them the courts let them free. It was a revolving door judicial system that served no one. That was when the VPD came up with a proposal asking for 30 strikes and your out. Showing that the more crimes these chronic offenders committed, the less jail time they were sentenced with. Wally said it was just fine.



After Wally Oppal lost the election, the Vancouver Sun pushed to have him on the Missing woman's inquiry. I was like WTF are they doing? Women from the DTES spoke up at a public meeting saying Wally Oppal was the wrong choice to head that inquiry. They were right.

Durring the missing Woman's Inquiry Wally Oppal took a second job acting in a slasher movie. That National Post said it was bad judgement. Indeed it was.

In 1992, when he was a B.C. Supreme Court justice, Wally Oppal appeared at a boozy, men-only dinner hosted by members of the Vancouver Police Department and told jokes about what a rape victim had said in court. There is no way the Vancouver Sun should have endorsed him for the Missing Woman Inquiry. He didn't even do his job on the Inquiry.

As soon as the inquiry heard evidence that implicated the Hells Angels, Wally Oppal shut the inquiry down and turned it into a *less adversarial* panel discussion where he could more easily censor evidence. That was collusion.

Rich Coleman has allowed gangs to flourish in BC

Rich Coleman's head is on he chopping block. His past misconduct is finally catching up with him. Laila Yuile has cited Sandy Garossino as well as the Peter German report linking Rich Colman to disbanding the Police Task force that investigated organized crime in Casinos after it came out with a damning report about the Hells Angels laundering money in BC Casinos. However, this is nothing new. We told you so. Now other media outlets are picking up on the story.

That's not all Rich Coleman did to help gangs flourish. Rich Coleman disbanded OCABC in 2004. OCABC was the regional organized crime task force that targeted the Hells Angels criminal activity in Operation Phoenix. Prior to Operation Phoenix, which the RCMP deliberately sabotaged, Allen Dalstrom said "when it came to organized-crime investigations, the RCMP had done “f--- all here for 25 years”. So the province set up a task force to finally investigate organized crime in BC and Rich Coleman promptly shut it down. Again.

That's still not all. Prior to the Kelowna Summer Jam, Pat Fogarty said the Hells Angels aren't the problem in Kelowna, it's the other guys we have to worry about. When the OMGU proved him wrong, Rich Coleman and the Christy Clark government disbanded the OMGU. Ever since then gang enforcement in BC has been compromised and the gang task force stopped targeting the Hells Angels criminal activity. They just focused on seizing the proceeds of crime without lifting a finger to disrupt street level drug trafficking. They just wanted to collect a fee for letting it prosper.

Then the compromised BC Gang task force's spin doctor claimed "Lack of criminal designation for Hells Angels in B.C. allows biker gang to flourish." That was simply untrue. The lack of criminal organization status didn't prevent the OMGU from successfully convicting David Giles and Johnny Newcome in Kelowna. Seizing the proceeds of crime is a smoke and mirrors distraction. Gangs in BC are flourishing because the OMGU was disbanded and the compromised gang task force stopped targeting the Hells Angels drug traficking.

To fix the problem we need to bring organized crime back into provincial jurisdiction because the federal RCMP don't want to touch it. We can keep the Surrey RCMP as long as they are willing to enforce the law and stop street level drug trafficking. That is the New York model. I was there.

The Mind of a Serial Killer

There has been a lot of talk in the media about this farm outside Salmon Arm where human remains have been found. Police are continuing to search for more bodies given the fact that five women have gone missing in that area recently.

Curtis Wayne Sagmoen, who lives on the farm owned by his parents was arrested last week after an escort was allegedly threatened Aug. 28 with a shotgun near the Sagmoen farm at 2290 Salmon River Rd. The Vancouver Sun is reporting that he is originally from Maple ridge. Big surprise. The land of Piggy's Palace and the Pickton farm. In 2013, there were two assaults against women on a trail near this townhouse.

The bottom line is that Robert Pickton did not act alone. Dianne Rock claimed she was gang raped on the Pickton farm. That would implicate more than one suspect. When that evidence was submitted in court, the judge gave instructions to the jury stating that they could convict Robert Pickton of the murders even if he didn't act alone. The judge even went so far as to instruct the jury that they could convict Willie even if he wasn't the prime suspect just an active participant. That was astounding.

What's even more astounding is how Wally Oppal shut down the Missing Women's Inquiry after the Hells Angels were mentioned and turned it into a Panel Discussion where he could more easily censor key evidence.

Willie's brother Dave Pickton knew where bodies were buried. He agreed to tell the police where some of the bodies were buried so the police wouldn't dig up the whole farm. There is no way Dave Pickton could have known where bodies were buried without being criminally culpable in those murders. We can thank CSIS for giving Dave Pickton immunity.

In 1999, a woman claimed she was violently assaulted by Dave Pickton in his home. The woman claimed he bound her limbs to the bed using bungee cords and tried to shove pills in her mouth. Sgt. Dan Almas said he was aware of that allegation, and agreed that pills and bungee cords were found in a search of Dave Pickton's bedroom but stated "Someone who is alleged to have committed a serious sexual assault does not a murderer make."

Personal Privilege: A Timetable of Events

Since the subject of serial killers has come up again and since the Pickton Farm was the scene of the most prolific serial killers in Canadian history, I will present a timeline of events so we can all see exactly what I am saying and what I am not saying.

There was absolutely no evidence produced in court during the Pickton trial implicating the Hells Angels. That's because everyone was too scared to testify. There was a great deal of evidence implicating the Hells Angels presented at the Missing Women's Inquiry but Wally Oppal threw it all out and would not let it be admitted.

During Robert Pickton's trial the Vancouver Province ran an article about a woman who was going to testify that she had frequently seen members of the Hells Angels wearing colours at Piggy's Palace. The woman told the Vancouver Province that right before she was suposed to testify in court, "Bikers" showed up at her home so she left town and did not testify.

The Vancouver Province then ran an article quoting someone that played in a band at Piggy's Palace and said members of the Hells Angels were there wearing colours all the time.

Stevie Cameron's book On the Farm states: "But the truth is that almost all the people in the community knew the Palace as a wild party place with drugs and prostitutes. And everyone knew that the bikers who attended usually finished the parties at their own place across from the Pickton farm, a clubhouse that had become infamous as a booze can serving alcohol and drugs to members and friends. By the end of 1996 the neighbourhood became known in criminal circles as a biker area, one controlled by the Hells Angels." (page 137)

The book also states that "Off duty police officers attended the parties and so did city officials." (p 136) "He was worried they were going to get busted at the Palace... But the place was full of cops too, lots of them, all in plainclothes." (p 138) The Missing Women's Inquiry was supposed to hear evidence that off duty police officers attended parties at Piggy's Palace but Wally Opal did not let that evidence ever be admitted.

So let's review the scene. A coworker of mine lived in the area at the time and said they used to have parties on the Pickton Farm all the time. They used to call it the Dominion because that is the name of the street it was on. Everyone who was anyone was there. He also said it was the place to be if you were under age and wanted to drink.

Later two after hours opened up across the street. Dave ran Piggy's Palace. It was dirty. The coworker of mine said the place creeped him out. He said it was full of greasy bikers that would stare at your date if you brought one. A blog reader of mine who used to be loosely affiliated with the club said that Piggy's Palace was dirtier as f*ck. You knew something was going on there that wasn't quite right. He was a big man and still felt uncomfortable there.

Another coworker of mine laughed and said yes he had been to Piggy's Palace. He said it was the cheapest beer in town. It was an after hours bar run by Dave Pickton who was a Hells Angels associate. Another after hours bar just down the street was run by Jessie, Spikes son. It was a lot different than Piggy's Palace. It was a regular after hours. People would go there after Roosters closed down. It was a lot higher end than Piggy's Palace.

Do I think Jessie was gang raping and killing crack hoes on the Pickton Farm? No I do not. His after hours was close by but was totally separate. Do I think patrons at Piggy's Palace were gang raping and killing crack hoes? I most certainly do. Dianne Rock claimed she was gang raped on the Pickton Farm. That would implicate more than one suspect.

It took me a lot of effort to get a copy of Janice Edwards' testimony at the Pickton Trial. Even thought the publication ban had been lifted they still didn't want to give it to me. After legal action was discussed with the Chief Justice the clerk's office allowed me to have a copy which I posted.

The key element of the Dianne Rock story missing from Janice's testimony in court was that Dianne Rock claimed she was gang raped on the Pickton Farm by bikers and by cops. Bob Paulson didn't believe her. He was too busy with "other" things. That is why she left police custody and ended up dead.

I do not believe all Hells Angels were gang raping and murdering crack hoes on the Pickton Farm any more than I believe all police officers were. However, I do believe some Hells Angels and associates were and I do believe some cops were. Not all cops were involved but but some definitely were. It is unfortunate the Missing Women's Inquiry Wally Oppal shut down did not hear which off duty police officers were attending parties at Piggy's Palace. It is even more disappointing that the new Missing Women's Inquiry won't even look at that evidence either.

Cameron Ward is a credible lawyer. He was the champion of Justice during the Missing Woman's Inquiry. He cited witnesses claims that they had seen a picture floating around of retired Coquitlam RCMP officer Jim Brown in a threesome with David Pickton.

Jim Brown filed a court application against Cameron Ward and the whistleblower for defamation. The Coquitlam RCMP then kicked in the whistleblower's door using an illegal search warrant and seized all the whistleblower's hard drives which were conveniently erased before they returned them to him. The Coquitlam RCMP destroyed crucial evidence in a criminal investigation and a civil court case. History has recorded that.

Cameron Ward wouldn't have cited the existence of that picture if he did not think his witnesses were credible. I have never met or spoken with Cameron Ward but I have spoken with two separate credible witnesses who both said they had seen the photo of Jim Brown and Dave Picton in a threeome. That picture did exist before the Coquitlam RCMP deleted it.

The Postmedia Genocide Continues

J-Source is reporting that "The Vancouver Sun and The Province newsroom is much smaller after today. On March 24, a number of staff were handed their layoff notices. Postmedia's intention to layoff 54 staff in Vancouver, where the two newspaper's newsrooms were merged last year, was announced on March 10. On March 23, Harold Munro, the editor-in-chief of the Sun and The Province, sent a note to the newsroom explaining that layoffs would begin the next day."

The article then lists varies twitter posts from numerous reporters who received layoff notices some after working 20 years expressing their concern with the decision.



Even Kim Bolan points out that the layoffs occurred despite profits made from readers and advertisers. That's because when corporate monopolies are concerned profits are never enough. There always needs to be an increase in profits at all costs. Even at the cost of losing any and all unique identity and the risk of turning all the unique news outlets into one homogeneous clone show of each other. Clearly the clone wars have begun.

Mike Hager came up with an interesting observation. He said the massive layoff was a huge opportunity for other news outlets to scoop up great young journalists. Very true, only what other news outlets? With all the Postmedia mergers almost all the news outlets in Western canada are owned by the same entity. Other than myself and the Gangsters out News syndicate the only independent news agencies left here are the Tyhee, the Epoch News and the CBC.



As I said after the Surrey Leader Genocide, all these layoffs create an opportunity for the private market to start a new news agency. Supply and demand. All the qualified journalists could form their own company and create a new online digital newspaper like the White rock Sun and stand independent of the media merger clone show.

This article fro J-Source is two months old. I missed it because it wasn't in the main stream media. I ran across it when researching a recent obscene article the Vancouver Province ran promoting Wally Oppal again. Wally Oppal was a criminal. That's why criminal respected him.

I have nothing against Kevin Griffin. I'm just pointing out that the recent article he wrote promoting such a flaming scoundrel is a sign of the times with regards to all the Postmedia layoffs within the Vancouver Sun and Province. Everyone is afraid of losing their job and will print whatever obscene trash Harold Munro tells them to write.

I was astounded when the Vancouver sun started promoting Wally Oppal to be the head of the Missing Woman inquiry. That was obscene. Wally Oppal was a crappy judge and did an even worse job as Attorney General of BC covering up th flaming flaws in the BC Injustice system. So much so, Vern Penner and the Aldergrove Judicial review board posted a huge sign on a flat deck truck saying recall Wally Oppal.



Wally Oppal's destruction of the missing woman's inquiry was offensive to the victims, the families of the victims and the public who paid his wages expecting justice to be delivered when he did the opposite. As soon as the Hells Angels were mentioned, he shut down the inquiry and turned it into a less adversarial panel discussion where he could more effectively censor what evidence was submitted to the inquiry. After that he was seen giving a member of the Hells Angels a big hug in public.

So now Harold Munro's clone soldiers are once again promoting the same criminal for an new political position. That is obscene. Perhaps Harold Munro should get his pink slip and they should give the job to Wayne Morality who is much more qualified in the eyes of the public. Now that is supply and demand. If the big newspapers fail to deliver objective journalism, it's time for the consumers to g somewhere else. All the money from corporate advertising will not benefit them if none of their readers believe their offensive trash. Harold Munro, take the buy out and disappear.
