Former Kelowna RCMP Officer charged with misconduct

Infotel is reporting that "A former Kelowna RCMP officer has been charged with seven counts of breach of trust for allegedly pursuing sexual relationships with women in connection to his duties. The B.C. Prosecution Service released a statement today, Sept. 4, saying that Brian Matthew Burkett was charged July 19 for allegations of misconduct against seven people between October 2015 and August 2016 in Kelowna and area."

"According to information on the charge obtained through the courthouse, the breaches are from pursuing a sexual relationship with people in connection to his duties. A publication ban covers the names of his alleged victims. He was charged on July 19 in Kelowna court with seven counts of breach of trust in connection with the duties of his office, the statement said." RCMP sexual misconduct. What else is new? How about IHITit banging the cub pack's crew hoe?

Police Misconduct Study: "The National Center for Women and Policing cites two studies that found that at least 40% of police officer families experience domestic violence, in contrast to 10% of families in the general population." That's four times the national average.

Michael Kramer: Pimping for the ATF

We all know what Jim Brown was up to. Dianne Rock was gang raped on the Pickton farm by bikers and cops. When the court heard that Dianne Rock was gang raped, the judge told the jury they could convict Robert Pickton even if he wasn't the only suspect. They could even convict him if he wasn't the prime suspect, just a willing participant. God Damn Wally Oppal.

Surrey RCMP puts public safety at Risk

Global is reporting that "Target of latest Surrey shooting poses risk to public safety, RCMP warn." AYFKM? The Hells Angels shoot a couple of guys in Fraser Heights again and because the targets survived the shooting the COMPROMISED Surrey RCMP have posted the TARGETS names and pictures so someone else will finish the job for them. You are on the Wrong side!

The Surrey RCMP are putting the public safety at risk because they are letting the Hells Angels sell drugs out of Shakerz. The Surrey RCMP are putting the public safety at risk because they have members of the cub pack in the Witness Protection program and other Hells Angels associates in the Rat out your Rivals program. The Surrey RCMP are the ones putting the public's safety at risk because they refuse to do their job. That's why we are getting rid of them.

2 injured in Fraser Heights shooting

CTV is reporting that "Two men were rushed to hospital with serious injuries after being shot in the Fraser Heights neighbourhood, according to Surrey RCMP. The shooting took place near a school and two daycares in the area of 160 Street and 111 Avenue at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday." Lately the Hells Angels have been shooting rival drug dealers in Fraser Heights.

It would be interesting to see if the Brother's Keepers are still taking contracts for the Hells Angels after the Hells Angels killed Suminder Grewal. He was their contact in the Softside chapter. There is no L&R in the club. Only Greed and Betrayal. Suminder's debts were manifactured. They made it clear that they kicked out the brown member in Nanaimo. The Hells Angels are predominately racist. They will pay a brown guy to shoot a brown guy but they will never respect him for it.

Vernon seniors fed up with vagrancy and drug use

Global is reporting that "More than 100 people from the McCulloch Court seniors' complex in downtown Vernon are fed up and have signed a petition calling for the city to take urgent action to combat drug use and vagrancy. They are worried for their safety and are calling on the city to do something about it." They have a valid concern. Seniors are being victimized by the public lawlessness. Enforcement is a crucial element of the four Pillars Program.

"We get approached for money all the time, followed, obscenities shouted at us. We can't sit on our patios without seeing people shooting up, having sex, screaming, shouting, fighting," the letter said. "We have them jumping our fence, tampering with our vehicles, stealing license plates, defecting, throwing bikes over the fence, stealing tire...Mr. Mayor and council give us our city back. We want to feel safe" the letter continued.

In June CBC reported that "Vernon residents and business owners yelled, cried and offered solutions as they took to the microphone at a town hall meeting Tuesday evening to address persistent issues plaguing the city's downtown core. More than 40 people spoke at the two-and-a-half hour meeting held by the city to hear concerns relating to a range of issues confronting the downtown core and surrounding neighbourhoods, namely crime, vagrancy, overdose prevention sites and open drug use." Crime skyrockets wherever you allow open drug use.

"I came to work [today]. I had to pick up feces on the ground, I had Wes, a street person, screaming and yelling at my customers all day." yelled Diana Vona, a shop owner, as she took the mic. "This is what we deal with every day. What is it going to take? All of us going out of business before you guys start realizing that this is a mess? Our town has turned into a hellhole."

This problem exists because the Gang task force in BC is COMPROMISED. They busted the Vernon Greeks but after the Kelowna Summer Jam, the Christy Clark disbanded the OMGU and transferred all the leaders to other departments. That's when gang enforcement in BC became compromised. That's when they no longer tried to stop crime and started trying to profit from it.

West Kelowna has the same problem: "The meeting was called after frustrated downtown business owners complained of people afraid to walk downtown as well as having to pick up needles, condoms and human feces from around their businesses."

The politicians are paid to stop crime not profit from it.

Lethal injection sites and lawlessness are NOT the answer. The Portugal model succeeded because of mandatory Treatment. The New York model succeeded because of Enforcement. These are the two fundamental principles that BC has abandoned making it criminally culpable in the opioid epidemic. Instead of suing the pharmaceutical companies we should be suing the government for failing to enforce the law. Anarchy Sucks.

Dan Dicks Press for Truth

Recently someone sent me a link to Dan Dicks website Press for Truth and I am clearly impressed. Dan is providing a sound alternative to the main stream media. He's also a vlogger that making news reports on YouTube.

Recently he made a profound blog post and YouTube video about the Via Rail bombers and how they have been granted a new trial. He points out that FBI agents were involved in that case to help facilitate the crime just like with the Surrey pressure cooker fraud. In the Surrey case, the RCMP who were *tipped* off by CSIS, were found guilty of entrapment because they completely facilitated the crime. Without the RCMP there was no means or motive to commit the terrorist attack. The suspects weren't only bribed with large sums of money, they and their family were threatened with violence if they did not comply.

Dan nails it when he expresses the shared concern that these fake terrorist attacks that are facilitated by police, are used to rationalize the destruction of civil liberty for all citizens.

Recently he also made a profound blog post and YouTube video about the Totalitarian Interference in children's Gender. He points out that "In British Columbia you must be 18 years old to vote, 16 years old to drive and provincial recommendations on ear and body piercing call for parental consent for minors, under the age of 19…But taking hormones to suppress your biological gender is entirely up to the child according to the Canadian government and BC courts." He has a valid point. Parents have rights and responsibilities as parents.

Dan also made a profound blog post and Youtube video about the Communist government of China using live ammunition on the protesters in Hong Kong. Dan provides a needed alternative to the Main Stream Media. He has also experienced censorship on Facebook.

Although there are many issues Dan and I are in complete agreement on no two people agree on every issue. Dan leans toward Maxime Bernier which is his right. I do not. I see Maxime as anti immigration which takes us back to the Harper election where the slogan was I don't hate my neighbor, they make me samosas. Or in my case, falafels. Diversity makes us strong.

Although I agree Climate change is being exploited and there is no real climate change emergency, we all know pollution is bad. For a while, aerosol cans were destroying the ozone layer. So we made a course correction and stopped using aerosol cans. Likewise, spilling 40,000 litres of oil into Edmonton's drinking water is a valid concern. As are the billion dollar bills for clean up the oil companies are regularly dumping on tax payers. .

Dan also has a romantic ideal of anarchism which I do not share. When I was in high school I made a t-shirt that said Love Peace and Anarchy. It was a joke. It was mocking John Lennon's song Imagine. Just smoke a joint and be excellent to each other. If only. The problem with that idealism is that not everyone shares the common goal of the betterment of society.

Most people are selfish and only care about me first. That is why exploitation exists. That is why drug dealers, pimps and police all need to be accountable. I do not support the Anarchists and Communists that are teaming up to create violence in protests because I know their end game. Saying those aren't true anarchists is inaccurate because that is what anarchism really is. In contrast I believe in the preamble to the Canadian Charter of Rights. I believe in the supremacy of God and the rule of law. That is the opposite of anarchism.

Having said that, Dan Dicks is very intelligent and a great news source worth watching. Regardless of who we watch, we all still need to use our brain. Think. It's your unalienable right.

Two more shootings in Toronto

Global is reporting that "Peel Regional Police say a man is in life-threatening condition after a shooting inside a Mississauga hotel early Saturday. The shooting came just a few hours before another shooting in Peel Region early Saturday. Just before 5 a.m., a man was shot dead in an industrial area in Brampton." Earlier this month Global reported that another fatal shooting in Toronto was gang related. There were 11 shootings in Toronto over that long weekend, one of which sparked chaos as gunshots rang out in a packed nightclub.

Justin Trudeau in Vancouver doing the Grouse Grind

Justin Trudeau was in Vancouver yesterday and did the Grouse Grind so many unsuspecting hikers started posting selfies with the Prime minister. Probably more effective than door knocking.

I have to admit, I didn't vote for Justin last time round. Although I saw him as a step forward from Harper, I preferred the decriminalization of pot not legalization and I prefer a balanced budget. That's why I voted for Thomas Mulcair. However, this time around I am somewhat concerned with Jagmeet Singh's desire to legalize all drugs. That is completely irresponsible and for that reason I cannot vote for him. It's too bad because I think he' a really nice guy. I just wish he'd change his position on that policy. As always I try to balance the extremes.

Draw a line in the sand and call it democracy. The further you get away from that line to the left or the right the further you get away from democracy and the closer you get to dictatorship. The Communists and Fascists hate each other but they are the same. The real name for the Nazi party was the National Socialist German Workers' Party.

I shun and despise Communism and Fascism both because they represent the complete destruction of civil liberty which is what I support within a free republic. I liked Pierre Elliot Trudeau. He was a statesman that represented us well in the world. He had class. He also gave us the Charter of Rights. Harper hated the Charter of Rights because he was not a Conservative, he was a Neo Conservative which means he was a Corporate Communist.

That's why he hated civil liberty. Harper did not believe in fiscal responsibility like he claimed. He believed in Brian Mulroney's tax and spend pork Barrel politics where campaign contributors got rich from tax dollars. Similar to Jason Kenny who wants tax dollars to build pipelines so the Corporate Communists can take the money and run while the taxpayer is left paying billions of dollars for the clean up. That is not fiscally responsible.

I don't have a problem with Andrew Weaver. I have Conservative values. I totally supported the Reform Party. My concern rises when the Reform Party merged with Mulroneyism to get elected which was the very entity they were created to oppose and rectify. David Kilgour was a member of parliament for 27 years out of Edmonton. He was a good man. He's one of the few MPs that had the balls to speak out about Organ Harvesting of political prisoners in Communist China.

In October 1990, he, along with Pat Nowlan of Nova Scotia and Alex Kindy of Calgary, were expelled from the Tory national caucus in protest over their vote against the Goods and Services Tax. He sat as an independent for several months before joining the Liberals. On April 12, 2005, he announced that he would sit as an independent MP. He was concerned about how the sponsorship scandal made us look like a Banana Republic and about Canada's lack of action on the crisis in Darfur, Sudan, as reasons for quitting the Liberals.

David Kilgour is a good man like unto Chuck Cadman. We need to balance the extremes. Pipelines are fine but the oil companies need to clean up after themselves. Now that the taxpayers own the pipeline, we need to stop gouging Vancouver at the pumps. Plans need to be in place where BC has a say about the volume of tanker traffic that passes though it's ports.

Banning all tanker traffic is extremism in the opposite direction. The LGN pipeline to Kitimat is a good thing. Natural gas is a lot cleaner than coal. We can't ban natural gas tankers but allow coal. That is ridiculous. Yet these Canadian mining companies wreaking havoc on the planet need to be held accountable. We all do. You can't please everyone but you have to do what's right.

New Brunswick Drug Bust

Global is reporting that "New Brunswick RCMP says five search warrants were executed at residences on Dominion Street, Donovan Terrace and Lester Avenue in Moncton, as well on Homestead Road in Steeves Mountain and Cedar Circle in Douglas. “During the searches, police seized quantities of drugs believed to be methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as several firearms and cash. Five men and three woman, all ranging in age from 17 to 49, were arrested during the searches, according to police. Four were released, but a 26-year-old man was held in custody. Jesse Todd Logue appeared in Moncton provincial court, where he was charged with two counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Later that same day, local witnesses spotted 12 Hells Angels riding in formation driving near the Moncton area on the Trans Canada Hwy.

"Police say investigation began in early 2019 and has involved members of the Codiac Regional RCMP, the New Brunswick RCMP’s West District, Southeast District, and specialized units, as well as the Fredericton Police Force, and the Woodstock Police Force." Even Woodstock and Fredericton have their ow police force. Why is it that the RCMP in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia make drug arrests but not BC?
