The Brandon Police have confirmed that a 39 year old inmate in the Brandon Correctional Centre was found dead 10:06 AM yesterday morning. Media reports about the death claim the inmate’s name is Jean Paul Beaumont and was a high ranking member of the Rock Machine.
Media reports claim he was the Sergeant at arms for the Winnipeg Rock Machine and had earlier connections to the Hells Angels through the Zig Zag crew before the Hells Angels kicked off the drug war in Winnipeg by murdering one of their own for the Ontario Hells Angels. That event caused several members to leave the Hells Angels and join the rival Rock Machine. Winnipeg has seen a fair bit of gang related violence as a result.
Although I support stiffer penalties for trafficking crack and crystal meth and realize prisons aren’t supposed to be a trip to Disneyland, inmates should not be subject to gang violence in prison. Any violence for that matter. Raping in the showers is not acceptable. Neither is performing a murder for the Hells Angels in prison. [CTV Report]
If you seriously want to address the issue of gangster justice, then you need to examine the politicians that are appointing the judges, and how those judges disregard the laws in order to do favours for those politicians, like imposing minor sentences for major offences committed by gangsters who are "networked" to those politicians and judges. Anything less than exposing the nefarious leaders that are corrupting the justice process is just burying your head in the sand.

I totally agree that corrupt politicians appoint corrupt judges and that needs to be examined. However, if judges are being murdered that would imply they were the good ones not the corrupt ones. I totally agree Gordon Campbell was and is a complete scoundrel and so is Stephen Harper for appointing him to the British High Commission. Wasn't Lara Dauphinee in the car with Gordo when he got his impaired charge in Hawaii? All I'm saying is I don't understand what kind of environmental damage selling America water will do to Canada. If we're going to have a discussion on the matter, surely we can address that.
ReplyDeleteActually, the 32 judges and political insiders that have died connected to the waterwarcrimes trial, is not an indication that they were the "good ones", it is more of an indication that they "knew too much", based on examinations of their own conduct and involvements. As well, it has been stated that the Gordon Campbell appointment to the High Commission in London was the result of blackmail by Campbell on Harper. It has also been stated that the Queen is an investor in this secret scheme. Gordon Campbell recently billed Canadians for a $65,000.00 liquor bill to entertain Her Majesty and Her Flock. Since when do you give an alcoholic an unlimited bar bill to be paid by Canadian workers?

They have appointed their own judges to the courts, and appointed their own cronies to upper management positions in the RCMP, and those authorities are willing to break laws and commit crimes as political favours. This is not a democracy, it is a dictatorship. Canadian justice has been infiltrated by insider corruption. 32 people have died that were connected to the water war crimes trial, and 12 of those were judges who knew too much. If you are victimized by anyone in this network, you have no recourse, none! If you try to go to court, you will find yourself before a judge of their own corrupt network, and that lets them be fearless in their corruption. This is serious stuff. It is how the gang culture is being protected.
Your constitutional rights have no value if you can't enforce.
