Jim Brown's Disciplinary Hearing
Speaking of off duty police officers attending parties at Piggy's Palace, I understand Jim Brown's disciplinary hearing is in the beginning of June. We are told it's supposed to be open to the public but no one is letting us know when or where it is so I doubt that the public will be allowed in. Especially since the RCMP have gone to such bizarre effort to cover up his criminal fantasies. It's hard to maintain public trust when they cover for a guy like that.
No doubt Jim Brown's disciplinary hearing is going to be a complete scam just like the Missing Woman's Inquiry was. The police already investigated him and claimed “[RCMP] Legal Services deemed this to be off duty, non-criminal, adult consensual activity during which the individual was not representing himself as a member of the RCMP and thus did not appear to them to meet the threshold for a Code of Conduct violation."
This new disciplinary hearing is just another kangaroo court to appease the public after his bondage pictures he posted online hit the media. Jim Brown is someone we need to follow up on. Other people know what he's been up to. No matter what bullying and censorship he does, it's something that clearly won't go away. No matter how hard the RCMP brass try.
Speaking of which, if anyone out there has a copy of that picture of Jim Brown and Dave Pickton together that witnesses claim they have seen, I'd sure love to get my hands on it. I'd burr out privates of course. Nobody wants to see that. The question remains, if the police already have the picture, why haven't they done anything about it? Please advise.
Not going to comment on Jim Brown's behaviour while not in uniform....but will comment on the Gang Member Registry. The word orchestrate is highlighted in red, however it's spelled orcastrianing??? Sounds like trying to restrain a whale which of course is the ork James Bacon, lol.
ReplyDeletelol thanks. I guess that was an auto correct. My son could spell better than I can when he was in grade five. We all have our own weaknesses I suppose.
DeleteWTF is he doing there? Is he biting her ear off??
DeleteThis guy obviously enjoys inflicting pain on women. Not the garden variety spanking stuff, but a more serious thing altogether. Those pics with him holding a knife to the woman's throat are particularly disturbing. In real life, some women who are raped at knife point survive the experience, some don't. The idea that he has any association with people who were raping prostitutes and disposing of their bodies is something that makes you go "hmmm".......
He claims the one with him holding the knife to the woman's throat isn't him but he denied it was him in the ones I posted and it obviously is. It's even the same knife. The question is, why is the RCMP helping him harass whistle blowers?
DeleteThat's a great question. The most obvious answer might be that there's more going on here than just one guy acting out on his own. Generally one SMF knows a few others, "birds of a feather" and all that. By protecting him they may be protecting themselves as well.
DeleteDuring discussion mention of a CKNW article dated January 04, 2015 regarding a disciplinary hearing of E-Division Coquitlam RCMP/GRC members and Cpl. James Brown was bought up in conversation. Numerous Members were rather stunned at the "omission" made by the spokesperson.
ReplyDeleteThe initial disciplinary hearing had been laid down with a minimum of two weeks set aside for code of conduct and misconduct manners. This hearing was cancelled by the force. The spokesperson was indeed correct when he stated there were no "extenuating" circumstances, yet for reasons I believe are obvious omitted the primary reason. Only serving Members of the RCMP are subjected to disciplinary hearings.
To the best of all members knowledge Mr. Brown was offered a sizeable "Retirement Package" and left the RCMP/GRC prior to September 2014. Mr. Brown launched another lawsuit against multiple news agencies that requested a publication ban prior to excepting the package offered, this publication ban was not granted to our knowledge, and we simply considered the reasoning for no publication was due to his litigious nature, and the media not being advised. I can confirm that Mr. Brown most certainly does not appear within the ROSS system as of 2014.
Once again, to the best of our knowledge the Force requested he take the rather sizeable retirement package due to the nature of the code of conduct and misconduct charges he faced. It is of everyones opinion that with knowledge his hearing was to be public, and with a great deal of interest from the media that the choice was discreetly provided so not to cause the Force further embarrassment and damage. The choice of the Force regarding the matter, has once again to all members and those aware caused a certain degree of disgust and anger. It has most certainly raised questions over the application of Bill C-41 and how the leadership within E-Division is applying it.
Thanks for the update. I was trying to attend that hearing but it was all hush hush. The fact that he finally took the retirement package and is no longer on the force is a good thing. However, I am keenly interested in this case so keep me posted.
