Judge OKs change in clubhouses suit

The Vancouver Province is reporting that "A judge has agreed to an application by the provincial director of civil forfeiture to amend the government’s lawsuit, a move that is expected to significantly streamline a legal battle that began eight years ago." Instead of trying to prove the entire club is a criminal organization, they are simply trying to prove the Kelowna, East Vancouver and Naniamo clubhouses were used for criminal activity. I think that's the best approach. As Kerri Krysko pointed out, there are many members who are criminals but there are even more who aren't. Yet the Kelwona chapter was involved in so much criminal activity, any judge that doesn't grant the seizure of that clubhouse needs to be hanged right beside Peter Leask.

What an embarresment to the biker world! Doesen't surprise me that J.H.got taken out,he broke all the rules of the church!

  3. Sorry. Perhaps if you reword it. I have agreed not to talk about anyone involved in my court case. Other websites have not made that same agreement. I have no control over them.

  4. I also have a hard time believing that all members have not been involved in some sort of illegal activity at one time or another! This is how you become a member. Most are reaping benefits of owning buisnesses purchased by organized crime.

    1. That is a legitimate argument but I do think it's better they go on a chapter by chapter basis. In Quebec the court was told the Hells Angels contributed a portion of their drug profits into a fund to murder drug rivals. As a result, virtually every member of that chapter was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder. I'm sure other chapters are similar but I'm not sure we could in all fairness say every chapter is.

  5. Sorry to contradict you, but Kerri has no real clue as to what goes on in the club.

Try going through the "program" and become a member and you will find every member (of all levels) IS involved in criminal activity.

    1. I can neither confirm or refute that since none of us have actually been on the program. Kerri said she was married to a member and that she never did cocaine at the clubhouse or was involved in criminal activity. I believe that to be true. Did she benefit from the proceeds of crime while being married to a member? In her case, quite likely. Yet I don't think that means all members are involved in criminal activity.

One misconception states you have to have committed murder to get your patch. That appears to be the requirement of a filthy few patch not membership. I am told some have basically purchased their membership with money.

In Winnipeg the Hells Angels were protecting a group of crack dealers from rival dealers. I don't think every member sold crack or directly threatened rival drug dealers. I think many simply went on rides with the club. Yet the fact that it was known some members were using the name and reputation of the club in drug trafficking, that would indeed make the other members culpable.

    2. I am sure more than a couple posters on this blog have ("been on the program").

As an "old lady" she was never present at "church" (note lower-case "t" usage), never privy to the dealings, never more than a "trinket" to be paraded.

Michael Plante tells it like it is and his story relates much more in the daily dealings than hers ever could.

    3. Kerri is no old lady. I think your missing the whole point of the Kerri Krysko story. Michael Plante was a paid informant. Neil Hall referred to him as the million dollar rat. Kerri Krysko encourages people to leave the life without becoming an informant. Two different worlds. Hers is a real inspiration. Having said that, I was almost swayed to listening to Kerri's position on criminal org status until all this court drama. Now I'm like F*ck them all.

  6. my question is are they going to seize the casinos in B.C.?

Norm Farrell's blog, In sight, is covering a subject you covered some time go; the money laundering which goes on in b.c. casinos. His article does not pull punches.

So if they want to seize Hells Angel's assets because there are criminal activities going on why aren't the casinos being seized? Just asking. It could be the b.c. lieberals just need the drug money so badly they are ignorning the issues. It is an interesting topic.
