Tribal and Syndicate drug bust in Fort McMurray
My McMurray is reporting that Members of the Tribal and Syndicate outlaw motorcycle groups have been arrested in Fort McMurray following a drug trafficking investigation. Darren Paulson, a 49-year-old Tribal member and Thomas George, a 28-year-old Red Deer Syndicate member are both facing multiple charges related to trafficking. Police seized a trace amount of cocaine, magic mushrooms and a loaded handgun with the serial number filed off.
As we previously reported, Rick Levesque, the not so bright left over from the Ontario Nomads is in charge of the Syndicate in Fort McMurray. The bust is significant because it shows that the Alberta Gang Task force is keeping he pressure on as is the Ontario Biker Enforement Unit unlike Christy Clark's reorganized gang promotion unit in BC.
Pistol looks to be a .45, serial number filed off = possibly stolen in a burglary then sold for drugs. Like that "Support 81 Edmonton" diamond. Not a lot of deniability there.
ReplyDeletePerhaps Alberta knows that it is less expensive in the long run to fund police services and arrest and attempt to do away with these people, than to let them carry on.
ReplyDeleteChristy has always been short term in her thinking. Save a buck here and now. Don't care about tomorrow. Perhaps more of the voters in B.C. ought to read Kerri On books. She was a battered woman and the voters of B.C. are acting like abused people.
Until we change our provincial government do not expect to see any changes in how the judicial, criminal, police system in B.C. operates.
Yes but I think it goes beyond that. It brings us back to the drug trafficking in BC Rail and the disappearance of the police task force after they found money laundering in BC Casinos.
DeleteLack of true accountability is endemic to Canada in general and BC in particular. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there aren't problems with it elsewhere but it's been enshrined in the Canadian psyche by decades of socialism and the corruption that goes with the basic dishonesty of wealth redistribution by government and the scumbags who identify with a well padded career being a "redistributor". Like Christy, they always seem to start young.... perhaps politics could be off limits to anyone under the age of say, 35....no one actually allowed to self select to be a politician (no one truly honorable does that) they're picked by lottery, go do "whatever" position we might be talking about for 5 years, then back to private life. All the biggest scumbags are quoted as saying "I knew when I was young I wanted to be in politics/public life/public service" etc.. Those are the ones we should be sewing into a gunny sack with some concrete and dropping them in the bay. The challenge is to accomplish the effect without the splash and lack of a pulse shortly thereafter. Because you know, we're civilized....
ReplyDeleteThose who were tempted by the lure of easy money and an easy life-style in politics have a very distinct and identifiable correlation with those who get involved in organized crime.
Deleteet voila, present day British Columbia.
