Quebec Judge accused of being heavy cocaine user
The Calgary Herald is reporting that "at a hearing to determine whether Superior Court Justice Michel Girouard should be removed from the bench, a woman with whom he used to socialize has described his as a heavy cociane user." Girouard is facing a Canadian Judicial Council committee which began in January.
Evidently in Quebec, Ontario and Alberta you are allowed to object to a judge's misconduct but in BC you are not. Their judges face disciplinary committees for their misconduct but in BC they do not. I will say this, upon examining the evidence, Michel Girouard's personality is identical to that of Peter Leask. Now I am not saying that Peter Leask is a heavy cocaine user. I am simply saying their personalities are identical.
There is an article in the Vancouver Sun on this case, in to day's paper. B.C. still is the wild west and the fewer rules the wilder it stays. it must be working for some because there are no changes. perhaps if we have a new government they will make some changes on this issue.
ReplyDeleteYes I find it very ironic the Vancouver Sun and Province will reprint articles about bad judges in Ontario and Quebec but will delete articles about bad judges in BC.
DeleteThat's easy to validate - a simple blood test.
ReplyDeleteIf many blue collar workers have to do get tested and if the law requires blood tests for various driving allegations, there is no reason why random tests of politicians and the judiciary should not be introduced.
True enough.
DeleteThis mandatory random testing should also include all law enforcement (police, security (i.e. airport, customs), prison staff).
DeleteHow about 51 year old stock boys making minimum wage?
ReplyDeleteHow about Blaze the woman beater lying in court? He was never a member of the UN. He wasn't even a UN associate. He met some people in the UN. That is all. He was always a 81 ass kisser and member of the IS not the UN. How does it feel to cooperate with the police fly sh*t?
DeleteI don't stock shelves or make minimum wage but you're certainly rolling in the doe now that you're cooperating with the PoPo. $300,000 to lie about Cory Vallee. I guess you won't have to bum cigarettes off the school kids at Rutherford on your BMX any more. To each their own. A poor man is better than a liar. Word.
By the way not everybody who sees you for what you are is some bad guy you think is trolling you.We are students who would love to interview you and look deeper into some of your claims over the years. Seeking truth from bloggers in public spheres
ReplyDeleteYou are so full of sh*t. There is not a snowball's chance in hell you are a criminology student. Like I said, you have the mentality of a child - you're easy to read. It doesn't matter what fake name you use it takes me 10 seconds to see though you.
DeleteJust like you said in court, you keep making fake profiles on Kim Bolan's blog to post false information to throw people off. You do the same thing here. Only you're such an idiot you can't even see that your lies don't even make sense.
You are a complete idiot. I don't edit comments at all. I am not able to do so. I either approve a comment or when people like you spam the blog with trailer trash nonsense I simply dont approve the comment. That way I don't have to waste my time going back and deleting all the trash.
DeleteYou are the one that blew your cover. The thing with liars is that they have to have a good memory so they dont contradict themselves. You obviously dont remember what else you posted under that username.
You should have listened to the police when they told you to stop posting on my blog. Since you broke that term maybe the police can get back some of those tax dollars they wasted on you.
I think there's a "good" (read: sad, pathetic, shameful, embarrassing) story here.
DeleteSo that Blaze character is now a police informant?
I wonder how much his life is worth on the street...
Not much. About the same as it was before he cooperated with the police. Nothing has changed really. As soon as the Kelowna Warriors showed up he ran to the cops faster than you can say loser.
Deletesurely you jest, really what did you have for breakfast with that orange juice, blood tests for judges. omg, that is so funny. Yes I understand you're serious and there may well be merit in your suggestion, however, that won't be happening in our life times.
ReplyDeleteAs to the Vancouver Sun and Province reporting on situations regarding judges outside of the province but not on those inside of the province; that is real easy. those inside the province were appointed by the B.C. Lieberals and as such are perfect, just ask them. Little attention is paid to the justice system in this province by the B.C. lieberals just as little attention is paid to children, education and health care.
