CTV is reporting that "A massive amount of methamphetamine destined for New Zealand was seized in B.C. earlier this year, according to the Canada Border Services Agency.
In a news release Thursday, the CBSA said it stopped a shipment containing 140 kilograms of meth at the Tsawwassen Container Examination Facility on March 30."

ReplyDeleteIt would be nice if they would say who it was manufactured and shipped by, and who it was going to. "The Public's Right to Know" is as good a reason as any. Why do they always claim a need to hold this information back? Down south they seem to be able to do busts and release this kind of information either right away or within days. It doesn't seem to hamper their prosecutions, they hand out a lot more time than we do for serious weight drug offenders. Maybe that will change too. One can hope.
