City News is reporting that "Vancouver city councillors approved a plan on Wednesday that will change the way drivers navigate the city. Councillors approved the measures from a staff report that suggested lowering the speed limit on minor streets down to 30 kilometres per hour."
You people have completely lost your mind. How is that going to encourage business in the city. It's not. It's going to discourage business like all these other fruit cake measures. Never mind the drug violence in the DTES. We need more police to enforce a 30 KM speed limit. Drug violence doesn't matter. Idiots.
first it was 30 everywhere in toronto. that was not enough for city hall. Now its speed cameras everywhere and speed bumps and stop signs at every intersection on side streets. short drives that took 10 minutes are sometimes taking a hour round trip

I was thinking about how BC has become just like California. we have a left wing Governor (Eby), both are Democrats, both spend billions tax payer dollars on DEI intiatives. Do you remember Gwen Mahoney exposing the vending machines that give away free crack pipes? That was Vancouver Island Health! BC is going bankrupt quciky.

The fcat that their stuff doesn't work after they accomplish that is irrelevant as long as they get into power, and stay there. That's really all this is about. Growth, stability, a healthy balanced society, none of those things are part of the plan, they are not stable, healthy, or balanced themselves. They are the ones who don't fit in to what they try to destroy, that's why they have to destroy it. This gives them purpose. It's sick, just like they are. Selfish, jealous, greedy, all clothed within the skin of a liar. Nothing they say is true.
