CTV is reporting that "Red Deer RCMP began an investigation earlier this month into a drug trafficker believed to be active in central Alberta, resulting in the arrest of a 41-year-old man."
"Mounties executed a search warrant on Oct. 10 which led to the seizure of large quantities of drugs including:
1 kg of cocaine; 1.5 kg of methamphetamine; and 3 kg of fentanyl."Every province except BC make these drug busts. Ask yourself why. City News is reporting that Jesse Bergstrom is the 41 year old suspect. Jesse was arrested April 2025 in Sylvan Lake with numerous firearms and over 1 kg of Ketamine.
Dennis cud u please tell us how many ppl 3 Ks of fent cud do to say a public water system??? That shud scare the fuk out of everyone.
ReplyDeleteDeath penalty or create a Canadian Super max like Colorado.
We cud give ppl the beautiful opportunity to experience Canada's Siberia.
3 kilos of fentanyl could kill a lot of people. I can't imagine what would happen if it was put in the water supply. My daughter used to say she had a conspiracy theory that they are going to put the drug bath salts in the water supply to trigger the zombie apocalypse. I'm like where does this zombie apocalypse idea come from? It's not in the Bible.
DeleteI do not believe the death penalty for drug trafficking or super max prisoners like El Salvador is the answer. I think that's a preplanned solution to a manufactured problem. All we need to do is enforce the law like every other province except BC is doing.
Even a 30 year sentence like the US has will solve nothing. The gangs will just get another mule and nothing will change. Noreaga got a 40 year sentence and that didn't change a thing. He was working for the CIA. The CIA burned their asset and kept on drug trafficking.
3 month mandatory minimum for repeated offenders with no access to drugs is not excessive and would benefit them as well as everyone else. We do have to be mindful of extreme responses to manufactured problems.
