Rock Machine trademark contested in court

Update: I will add the only way this could possibly work is if the plaintiffs are the Outlaws. That would change everything and carry weight. I wouldn't support it but that would be significant.

The National Post is reporting that there's a fight for the Rock Machine patch in Canadian trademark court. "Brown, the trademark’s owner, is the mother of Shawn (Bad Dog) Brown, a veteran biker who was once national president of the Rock Machine long after the Quebec war ended."

An American group wants to come to Canada and start using the logo. Shawn Brown and his mother was hoping to prevent an American group taking over the Canadian logo.

Sadly to maintain the trademark you have to prove you're still using it and the court granted the American application. This isn't good for Canada.

If someone wants to start a new MC make your own logo. Don't steal one someone else used in the past. The real Rock Machine was disbanded in 2001 when the leaders patched over to Hells Angels after Mom Boucher went to prison.

The original logo was a a yellow eagle's head which represented gold. Shawn changed the logo to white and registered the trademark in 2010. He restarted the group. Then the group kicked him out because they wanted to be a gang not a motorcycle club. I like the new logo but Sean didn't create the original. That was a lie.

Shawn and his mother were holding on to the trademark so no one else would use it. Which also shows the Five Eyes Lied about the Rock Machine being involved in that cocaine bust in Korea with the UN. They stamped the UN's logo on it with a seized cocaine press. That bust was another great big lie.

  1. This patch was ruined by Australia's use of it and rebirth in Winnipeg was really just an intern fued gone bad and at one point from prison Ron Burling tried to take it over nobody cares about that logo know and your right buddies beliefs he drew it as a kid is laughable

    1. I don't know what happened with Australia RM. I don't think they were the problem I think the American RM were. The ones trying to restart in Canada. RM also started in Norway but fell apart after they were charged with murder. Then Suat Erköse started selling RM patches online kind of like Harley Quinn is with SC patches.

You're right, Winnipeg RM rose after the Ontario HAs killed the leader of LHS, Bekim Zeneli and wouldn't let the Winnipeg HAs have their own drug territory. Yeah the yellow RM patch was way before Shawn's time.

    2. They were all former Bandidos that restarted that in 2008. I don't know who drew it and does it matter. They're trying to stop the Americans from getting their hands on it because it will just be used as a bargaining chip to patch over to one of the other larger clubs, losing it forever. That's there history the guys who didn't get caught up in the Shedden murders.

  2. That's not accurate. The Rock Machine Canada in 2008 was made up of former Bandidos that were left over after the Shedden ,Ontario murders. The Shedden murders were a power struggle between two different factions in the Toronto Bandidos chapter. Some went Loners MC and Brown restarted the Rock Machine. Brown was a former Bandido. The Rock Machine was restarted again on the recommendation of the Bandidos MC national chapter in Texas, after they disbanded the Canadian chapters and left over Canadian members embarrassed over the murders. "Why not go back to the Rock Machine" Brown was told by the Americans. Brown was told all this personally in Corpus Cristi Texas by Bandido Geoff and Pervert the National Prez and VP of the Bandidos MC. And that's exactly what he did. Brown who is half French by the way was connected to the old Rock Machine directly through family in Quebec and a Bandido during this time frame. And that's facts. No one stole or copied anything. I don't know about the logo but I do know that going back or restarting Rock Machine was the logical choice back then for the left over Bandidos. I know all this because I was there and was part of the 2008 Rock Machine revival.

    1. There was a book about the amalgamation between the Bandidos and the Rock Machine at that time but the Bandido massacre ended that amalgamation completely and prevented it from happening. RM were like WTF no thanks.

    2. I was there for all this back in 2008. I know Brown, he's a sentimental f'in arshole who wears his heart on his sleeve lol. But Rock and Bandidos is very much a part of all our history and if anyone's wondering why we weren't just going to start up some new club after the Shedden, Ontario? Well It all had to make sense back then and going back RMMC made sense.

  3. Back in 07 I met someone in Alberta who claimed to have connections to the Bandidos. At that time? he claimed that former bandidos, actually joined angles after that took place. How true that statement was? I’m not entirely sure. Although, he did provide picture proof of some of his “family members” in bandido cuts.

    1. Around that time I did hear a report of Bandidos riding with HAs in BC. I'm not sure what came of it. Patching over a few members would make sense. After the massacre George Wegers moved the headquarters to Blaine Washington. George was a good guy. Some shady stuff went on in Texas.

    1. When George was there it was their National Headquarters. The Oyster run is a huge positive event that was started by them. George Wegers shared a cell with George Christie and they became friends. In the US, MCs don't fight in prison. Christie said if we can be friends in prison why can't we be friends out of prison. Sonny Barger didn't want to have anything to do with that. https://oysterrun.org/
