ISIS-inspired plot. Bullsh*t. The CIA created ISIS and after they assassinated the Iranian general responsible for defeating ISIS in Syria they created ISIS K in Pakistan. CSIS had an agent who was a member of ISIS in Syria. FBI "sting."
