Brockton Point and Mystery Peak

I went hiking up Brockton point and Mystery Peak on Seymour today. I forgot how irritating the trail up is in the off season. In the summer it's very rocky and uneven. In the winter that all fills up with snow and you snowshoe right over it. It's a nicer trail in the winter. It's easier hiking up and down the ski run.

Brockton point is on the way to first, second and third peak or pump. Today I stopped at Brockton then went up Mystery peak. You get s better view from Brockton point in the winter than the summer. In the summer you're below the trees but in the winter with the snow pack you're above the trees.

In the picture above that's Baker in the distance. In the picture below, that's a side view of the Lions. Today was a beautiful day. I heard it snowed in Calgary but it doesn't show up on the webcams. Calgary does look very nice at night.
