I noticed that Cody Haevischer was in Vancouver Supreme court today. This is for
the police misconduct trial in the Surrey Six case. Matthew Johnston was not present in court. He's dead. So we are lead to believe. He died mysteriously of cancer
shortly after Jamie Bacon made a recording for the police trying to get Matthew Johnston to join him in cooperating with the police.
One has to wonder why Jamie Bacon would risk his life and his family's life to try and convince Matthew Johnston to enter the witness protection program if he knew he was dying of cancer.
And how many years later is this? Unbelievable. Commit a crime in Canada and don't even go to trial, never mind pay the price for a decade. What a joke.
ReplyDeleteHe was convicted and is in jail. This is just another hail Mary appeal like Gumby's abuse of process. It's just shedding more light on IHIT's perpetual misconduct.
DeleteThe biggest outrage is that after Jamie Bacon was let off due to trial delays from the cover up of IHIT's misconduct, the Crown appealed and won. They finally got a conviction. Then some worthless POS let Jamie Bacon into the Witness Protection Program. It doesn't get any more f*cked up than that.

ReplyDeleteActually Jamie didn’t know Matt was dying of cancer at the time of that call almost no one did even his lawyer only knew closer to the end he only trusted maybe 5 if that people with the info. One being myself. Unless guards told Jamie but keep in mind he didn’t know he was dying he was thinking he was beating it but the day or day before he was informed by his specialist he wasn’t able to beat it and had about 6 months to live. He then went back to his cell and died hours later rather than six months so no one knew he was dying for Fucks sakes and actually Matt knew there as nothing in this world he could say or do to get out no info no nothing no good deeds and let me tell you he hated Jamie in the end, little do you all know knew about the long standing price on him from Jamie even as Jaime was calling him bro on the phone. So don’t think for a second Matt was fooled by the Likes of Jamie and would even consider something like what Your saying

If IHIT knew Jamie Bacon knew because Jamie Bacon was working for IHIT. That's who he made the tape for. So the cancer story doesn't make sense. It fails the test of believability.
