What Gag order? OK so lawyers investigating the case aren't supposed to make public declarations about the case. Doesn't apply to us. They can't say the public is not allowed to talk about the case. That's ridiculous. The court has no jurisdiction to make such an outrageous claim and the court isn't saying that. It just applies to lawyers investigating the case.Don’t worry about the gag order in the Charlie Kirk case.

The Times Now News is reporting that "The gag order is meant to ensure a fair trial by limiting public commentary from those directly involved in the legal proceedings. Specifically, it restricts lawyers from releasing extrajudicial comments that could sway public opinion or influence jurors."
