While Linda Hepner was out to lunch the Surrey Now is reporting that yet another shooting occurred this morning in the 11700-block of 96th Avenue. Linda Hepner said not to worry it's just low level crime. She's a low level criminal for not arresting the drug dealers that are shooting each other over the profits to be made from unfettered public drug dealing.
In my opinion Linda Hepner is an "enabler" and not a very smart one at that. She doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut.

Indeed. It is better the remain silent and thought a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Linda Hepner has certainly removed all doubt.
