Filipino street festival attack in Vancouver

I've been hearing pieces of information about the horrific murder at a Filipino street festival in Vancouver where a mental ill lunatic drove an SUV through a crown of people killing many and injuring many more.

Today the police held a press conference and it was an update of the status of the victims. That's relevant but I'm more concerned with the offender. The one who viciously murdered all those innocent people. What the hell happened?

This morning's report on the radio was talking about other violent murders involving people with mental health issues who were deemed not criminally responsible - NCR. They mentioned the horrible decision in BC to close Riverview. That was Gordon Campbell.

The Associated Press is reporting that a mother, father and daughter were killed in the senseless tragedy while their 16 year old son stayed home to do homework. Another mother, father and daughter were killed. They were from Colombia.

CTV is reporting that "Kai-ji Adam Lo, the man facing multiple murder charges in the attack at Vancouver’s Lapu Lapu festival, was under the care of a mental health team and on leave from hospital when he allegedly drove an SUV into the crowd."

This is just so wrong. Dimsum Daily is reporting that Lo's mental health began to deteriorate after his brother was murdered last year.

Vancouver is Awesome is reporting that "Dwight William Kematch is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Alexander Lo, brother of Kai-Ji Adam Lo, now facing multiple murder charges following Saturday's deadly Filipino festival attack."

"In 2024, Kai-Ji Adam Lo launched a GoFundMe for his late brother's funeral costs. 'It pains me deeply to put these words down, but my brother has been taken from us in a senseless act of violence, something we never saw coming,' the GoFundMe page reads." That doesn't sound NCR to me.

Election 2025: What went wrong and the road ahead

Update: Perhaps Pierre Poilievre should resign

As CBC pointed out, last December Pierre Poilievre had a 30 point lead. So what happened? Wait 'till I tell ye. The CBC broadcast said sure the Trump effect was part of it, then listed some other lame unrelated reasons. The Trump effect was all of it and before I explain why I'll share a story and use it as an analogy to chart the road ahead.

Once upon a time I had another big court case. It went to mediation and I thought it was going to be easy because I knew the mediator. It was not. It was a down and dirty struggle every step of the way. The other party's lawyer submitted their mediation brief. It was anything but, brief.

That's when I lost my sh*t. Their lawyer had repeated all the ridiculous lies in their initial application which I had already exposed. That means he repeated them knowing they were lies. At that point I completely lost any respect I had for their lawyer.

The mediator at the time was a partner in the biggest law firm on the planet. We were supposed to meet at his fancy office Downtown Vancouver overlooking Stanley park, the Lion's gate bridge and the ocean. When I read that opposition brief I was very angry. I said I'm not sitting down with that lying POS. This isn't going to be settled in one meeting. We're going to have to fight it out clause by clause through email.

In fact before we got to that point, I was so upset I wrote back and said I'm out. Mediation is over. Let's go to trial. Not only did he repeat the same lies he made in the initial insane application, every word of his agreement was a trick and a trap. He was not bargaining in good faith. The mediator sprung into action to keep me at the table.

He said I'll make sure it's OK for you. Yea?! I said. Well that agreement is not OK for me. Every clause is a trick and a trap with insane ramifications. He knew it and so did I. That's why I refused to sign it. So the mediator calls up the other lawyer who he knew and said OK if you guys want to settle, you're going to have to dial it back a bit. Remember that line. That's the allegory for the road ahead.

Then before he goes through the contract with me over the phone he said I know Scott. He's good at what he does. I'm confident he'll be able to convince a judge of this, this and that. I pause as I try to calm down enough to speak. I said you're right. He probably could BUT IT's NOT TRUE.

That's why I was so upset. The other lawyer was willing to use his legal expertise to convince a judge of something that was not true. So we went through the contract clause by clause. I think you should push back here but I think you should give in here. Over and over. Each time I was like grrr, grrr.

I had a demand that was really important to me. I kept hanging onto it and refused to let it go. Then I could see where we were at. We had basically agreed on every single clause except for my special demand. Then I realized if I gave that demand up, we'd have an agreement so I did and the agreement became binding. From this analogy, I have two points. Sometimes we have to dial it back and sometimes we have to make sacrifices. We have to give something up to get something in return.

Now Back to the Election, What went wrong?

Four months ago Pierre Poilievre had a 30 point lead. So what happened? Something did and I can tell you what it was. Donald Trump got carried away. He went too far right.

He wanted to centralize all the parliamentary power into one person. Then he started spewing off crazy ideas without having a vote on them. That legitimately scared a lot of people in Canada. Donald Trump single handedly stopped the blue wave in Canada dead in it's tracks. That's what happened.

Trump Zombies take offense to that fact and rush for other scapegoats. It's the fake news' fault. No it's not. That clown was posing with Christia Freeland bragging about how he and her are BFFs. Everyone who voted for him new he didn't represent change. They were simply afraid of the crazy extremism they saw coming out of Trump 2.0. They weren't afraid of Trump 1.0. Trump 2.0 was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Trade wars, wanting to take over Canada and invade Greenland. Wanting to kick out all the Palestinians out of Gaza and build casinos and a golden stature of himself on the graves of dead Palestinian children. That was insane.

Then the blind denial of the Trump Zombies who refused to see any flaw in some of his completely outrageous quests. That scared people. The ICE prisons, arresting tourists, sending people to a horrific prison for MS 13 in El Salvador without a trial. That scared people.

Hunting down immigrants working to support their families. That was extreme. A lot of Canadians didn't want that. In fact the blind hate for migrants was a game changer.

There are a lot of immigrants in Canada. You can't build a progressive platform based on immigrant hate. Immigrants aren't going to vote for it and we have more immigrants every year so if you defiantly hold on to that platform your party will be damned. It won't grow. It's progression will be stopped and our chance at combating the far left's insanity will be dead in the water. It's like the monkey trap.

Someone puts a glass jar in a tree with a banana in it. The monkey can get his hand in the jar but when he grabs the banana his hand won't fit through the opening. Since the monkey refuses to let go of the banana he becomes trapped. Obviously it's an allegory like the boiling frog syndrome but it has merit.

If the far right can't let go of their migrant hate, the fight against the far left will die and we will all become slaves. That means if we want to stop grooming of children and insane spending leading to uncontrolled deficits we're going too have to let go of the banana. We're going to have to dial it back a bit if we want to settle or in this case form parliament.

Here are the numbers. A $62 billion deficit for a single year is completely unacceptable. Everyone knows that. If we lose the migrant hate we can deal with that and save the country. Here's the solution. If migrants want to work let them.

The problem is paying migrants not to work. That is the problem. If we are willing to make that distinction we can address it. If we can't make that distinction, those clowns will spend the country into bankruptcy so they can justify their New World Order of Universal slavery.

So once again we see the pendulum swing from left to right. The further you go to the left or the right, the more supporters will drop off until the pendulum starts to swing back the other way. That is natural justice. Let's hear more from Leslyn Lewis

Jagmeet Singh and Pierre Poilievre lose seats

The results are in. Jagmeet Singh and Pierre Poilievre have both lost their seats in the 2025 election. Jagmeet's loss isn't surprising. He drove that party into the ground. I saw the protest outside his Riding office when he hopped into bed with Justin Trudeau. The signs said Jack Layton and Tommy Douglas are rolling over in their grave.

Jagmeet lost all the gains Thomas Mulcair made. Thomas Mulcair said it was smart to pull the band-aid off by resigning after the NDP lost official party status. Interesting to note that last month Thomas Mulcair told people not to vote NDP this time as it should be a contest between Conservatives and Liberals to take on Donald Trump's trade war.

In 2015 Thomas Mulcair was the only candidate that supported a balanced budget. That's why I voted for him. The Conservatives didn't. That's because Harper wasn't a Conservative. He was a tax and spend Globalist who spoke at the World Economic Forum.

Thomas Mulcair claimed “Several provinces are now at the 50 per cent rate. Beyond that, you’re not talking taxation; you’re talking confiscation. And that is never going to be part of my policies, going after more individual taxes. Period. Full stop.” He said the NDP would spend money on different things, and the NDP would make cuts, but they would be better cuts.

How's that for shattering stereotypes? Jagmeet destroyed that legacy by promoting his WEF bullsh*t and by jumping into bed with Justin Trudeau to get a pension. So good riddance. Ruby Dhalla would have been a much better choice.

Pierre Poilievre losing his seat is startling but he is a strong leader and deserves to stay on as he did make gains in Quebec and elsewhere. Andrew Sheer stepped down after he lost but he received 34.4% of the overall vote while Justin Trudeau only received 33.1% of the overall vote. I think Andrew Sheer should have stayed on as leader.

I listened to CBC on the way home for about 30 seconds as that was all I could stomach and they pointed out that four months ago in last December Pierre Poilievre had a 30 point lead. So what happened? They said sure the Trump effect was part of it then added a bunch of BS. The Trump effect was all of it and I'll explain why in my next post.

Election 2025: What went wrong and the road ahead

As for why Pierre Poilievre lost his seat, I personally think it was the Trump Effect but also the Dodge effect. Elon Musk is firing all the government workers and replacing them with 20 year olds. That is insane. There are a lot of government workers in Ottawa that didn't want to lose their job.

I'm not saying Pierre Poilievre would have done that. I'm saying when people here saw all the crazy things going on in the US they became afraid. Especially when the WEF trolls kept saying a vote for Pierre Poilievre is a vote for Donald Trump. That is not true. I think he should stay on as leader. The Liberals want him gone. That's why he should stay.

Instead of firing all the government workers and hiring 20 year olds, if you want to reduce wasted tax dollars we need to examine the biggest concern - SNC Lavalin and their new partner company Acciona. These are corrupt construction companies that under bid and over charge government contracts. Then they give the politicians kickbacks in the form of campaign contributions. That is something we do need to address because it is organized crime on a massive scale.

For example, Site C Dam. Great idea. Hydro electric power is green. Nuclear power is not. The problem with Site C Dam is the fact that they gave the contract to SNC Lavalin. That's why they are billions of tax dollars over budget.

SNC Lavalin keep using shell companies and partner companies to reoffend just like a VSE pump and dump. Who's behind it? The Five Eyes. Just ask Arthur Porter. Oh right, he's dead. He died in a Panama prison waiting trial.

Trans mountain pipeline overruns are because of SNC Lavalin. Ottawa light rail overruns are because of SNC Lavalin. We don't need to fire all the government workers. We need to fire all the politicians that keep giving SNC Lavalin new contracts. That will help balance the budget

Canada's 2025 Federal election results

As I said in my cherry blossom post and in my Cherry Blossoms falling in the wind post, spring is here. Summer is on it's way.

Let the hate pass you by. Martin Luther King once said I've seen too much hate to want to hate and every time I see it I say to my self hate is too great a burden to bear. Indeed it is.

I've seen a lot of hate in this election from both sides. I've seen a lot of extremism in this election from both sides and all I can say is let that hate pass you by. I remember driving with my father once when I was young. An angry motorist was tailgating him and he calmly pulled over and let him pass.

He said to me that's the kind of guy you want in front of you not behind you because that guy is going to cause and accident and you don't want to be in it. Very true. And so I use that same analogy with reference to angry voters. Let that hate pass you by. We need to think logically not emotionally.

The BBC is reporting that "Carney's Liberals are leading in 168 seats but are currently short of the 172 needed for a majority. The Conservatives, led by Pierre Poilievre, are set to remain in opposition as the second-largest party and are leading in 144 seats, with 99% of polls having reported results."

First of all, I am not happy about the results but I do believe they are true. So let's talk about it. Let's compare those results with last election's results and see the change in seats.

The information came from Elections Canada. The Conservatives gained 23 seats and the Liberals gained 11 seats. That means the NDP lost 17 seats, the Bloc lost 9 seats and the Green lost 2 seats.

Ontario and Quebec have the most population and the most seats. Both were split between Liberal and Conservative. Both elected more liberal seats than conservative.

The Maritimes were split except for Nova Scotia which elected more Liberal seats. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba all elected a Conservative majority. While BC was split between the Conservatives and Liberals with the Liberals getting more over all seats in BC. So now let's talk about the hate.

I saw a lot of crazy things this election. Videos of hateful Carney supporters fingering independent media, doing a ridiculous bird dance with their elbows up. It looked like a cult. Yet so did the right. A coworkers sent me a video of hecklers on a bullhorn at a Carney rally saying horrible things about his wife and daughter. Crashing a rally is hateful.

I agree Carney sending his child to a drag queen transgender grooming camp is very concerning. Yet mocking his child is pretty offensive. There are a lot of people with mental health issues out there. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Grooming kids in school is a huge concern. I attribute this loss to Donald Trump. Before Donald Trump's second term Conservatives in Canada were on the rise. Donald Trump single handedly stopped that wave. Tariffs, trade war, Gaza. Donald Trump went too far right.

As I said, the pendulum swings left and right. If you swing too far in either direction it loses momentum and starts swinging back the other way to correct itself.

So what are some of the good things that came out of this election? It's over. They can no longer say Carney is an unelected Prime minister. We're not going to start hunting down immigrants. That's important to a lot of voters.

The good thing is that Justin Trudeau is gone. The bad thing is that Mark Carney is no different. That fact was no secret. Carney posed hugging his BFF Chrystia Freeland. That woman is a complete mental case. That extreme agenda creates a push back and a whole lot of animosity.

Preston Manning claimed a Liberal victory would endorse Western separation. I disagree. BC doesn't want to separate. BC believes in Canada. They support the Union.

However, I do think Justin Trudeau's WEF quest to ban all gasoline vehicles will indeed be the tipping point that will cause Alberta to leave the federation and separate from Canada. Alberta should have a veto on that sinister policy. That would save Canada just like getting rid of the carbon tax.

The ban on oil pipelines is a huge concern. Natural gas pipelines are good. Banning natural gas has nothing to do with saving the environment. We still need to face that. In this election I saw two extremes. The Liberals wanted too much immigration while the Conservatives wanted too little.

The Liberals wanted too few pipelines while the Conservatives wanted too many. Pierre wanted to build a pipeline to the east coast and export millions of barrels of oil a day. That would have been excessive. We need to take care of domestic production first. In BC sending unrefined oil to the US and buying back refined oil from them is insane. BC needs another refinery.

How do we heal the hate? We don't do that with Doug Ford and Chrystia Freleand. They both promote hate by pushing offensive things. I don't think we can heal the hate for immigrants. We can just out vote them and let their hate pass us by.

Election Day in Canada

Today is the federal election in Canada. Finally. Call the question, count the votes and everyone can shut up. Our federal elections are not electronic so that is a good thing. Our Provincial and municipal elections are electronic tabulation and that is a bad thing.

I saw several neighbors on the way back from voting today. We all smiled and gave a thumbs up without knowing who each other voted for. Vote for who you want. That is your right.

When we talk about the results I'll talk about the toxic nature of the campaign. Until then silence. Get out there and vote.

Man accused in fatal Edmonton shooting

CBC is reporting that "A man charged in a fatal Edmonton shooting had finished serving time behind bars for accessory to murder just a few weeks before being accused in a murder case. Jerad Wuttunee, 36, was charged earlier this month in the shooting death of 52-year-old Darrell Demchuk. Court records show Wuttunee was among a group of four adults previously charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of two people in January 2021."

"Wuttunee was previously arrested in Vancouver on Jan. 31, 2023 — more than two years after police began investigating a pair of homicides on Edmonton's south side. In that case, 29-year-old Deidre Aldridge and 30-year-old Daniel Grandbois were found dead at a home in the McKernan neighbourhood."

"An agreed statement of facts in the court record says a woman who lived in the home's basement suite reported to police on Jan. 6, 2021, that she'd seen people she didn't know bring a "badly beaten and bloodied" woman downstairs, and on the main floor, she saw a man who was beaten and tied up in a bedroom."

"Police arrived at the house to find the back door open, and the bodies of Aldridge and Grandbois inside. It appeared that they were "being prepared to be removed from the residence," the agreed facts say. Aldridge was hog-tied with an electrical cord and wrapped in a carpet secured with tape, while Grandbois was also wrapped in a carpet with his hands tied behind his back."

"Both victims had numerous injuries, with the cause of death ruled as multiple stab wounds to the head and neck. An autopsy found Aldridge also had blunt force injuries, fractured bones and evidence of neck compression. She'd been stabbed more than 20 times. The case concluded without anyone being found criminally responsible for killing Aldrige or Grandbois."

That is totally f*cked up.

16 year old injured after shooting in St. Catharines nightclub

The Toronto Star is reporting that "A 16-year-old boy is injured after a shooting inside a St. Catharines club past midnight on Sunday, police say. Just before 12:45 a.m., officers patrolling the downtown core responded to the sounds of gunshots coming from St. Paul Street, officials said in a news release."

"At the scene, police found a multitude of people running from Club 88, and the 16-year-old victim from Ajax was found outside the club. He was taken to hospital, and his injuries were deemed non life-threatening, investigators added. Officials believe the shooting took place inside the club near the bathroom, but the circumstances that led up to it 'remain part of the active and ongoing investigation,' police said."

OK is says the shooting took place inside the nightclub and the 16 year old was injured outside the nightclub. Doesn't say he was shot. He could have been trampled. What is a 16 year old kid doing outside a nightclub at 12:45 AM?

The GTA has a lot of juvenile delinquents running around with illegal guns who have no respect for law and order.

CHCH is reporting that the 16 year old was shot. So was he shot inside the nightclub or outside the nightclub. What was a 16 year old doing in a nightclub after midnight and how did they get a gun past security?

Bill Majcher and CSIS' illegal op using MI 6 as a cover

As I mentioned, Global News spoke with Bill Majcher after his appearance in Vancouver court April 15th 2025. They cited some pretty shocking information found in an Information to Obtain the RCMP used to get a search warrant for various email accounts used by Bill Majcher.

Their whole case appears to revolve around false allegations about Bill Majcher's involvement with Chinese real estate magnate Kevin Sun. Kevin was at one time wanted by the Chinese authorities but no longer is. Bill had nothing to do with him. Case closed. Add that to the false allegations about the screen shot from the movie and the case has fallen apart.

It made a great headline though. Global's interview cited some highly sensitive information that was disclosed in the ITO but should not have been. Bill Majcher refused to comment on those allegations. However, there is something else of interest in that ITO. (Information to Obtain) I'm not going to mention parts of it because IMO that should never have been released.

However, since CSIS is on a defamation campaign let's look at what CSIS admitted to in their own evidence. CSIS was created under an act of Parliament. CSIS is only legally permitted to operate within Canada. It is not legally permitted to operate extraterritorially. So let's look at CSIS' own evidence and see how they admit they broke the law.

An excerpt from the ITO the Crown submitted to the court states: "Around 2012-2013, the CSIS member contacted MAJCHER and tried to recruit him to conduct a covert intelligence gathering operation on CSIS's behalf."

"A few months later, MAJCHER had further meetings with CSIS in Canada in that regard; In a subsequent meeting in Hong Kong, MAJCHER met with a British intelligence Ml-6 representative. Ml-6 would be co-running this joint operation with CSIS;"

"During subsequent meetings outside China, MAJCHER was provided by CSIS with material and secure communication devices and informed on protocols;  This whole intelligence gathering operation ran approximately for less than 24 months and ended in 2014 or early 2015."

So CSIS admit Majcher worked for them for two years.

The CSIS member handling MAJCHER indicated to him that Ml-6 involvement was CSIS' way to circumvent Canadian laws which did not allow CSIS to operate extraterritorially at that time. MAJCHER stated to be troubled by this, and to fear having become unwittingly ensnared in an operation not sanctioned by Canadian law;" Did you catch that?

In the Crowns own evidence they admit CSIS intentionally broke the law. They are not legally authorized to operate outside of Canada so the used MI6 as a cover to let them break the law.

Where does the budget for that come from?

Clearly we have the wrong person on trial here. When tax dollars are used illegally, who is responsible? Please advise.

The only other item left in the charges against Bill Majcher is the claim that he was willing to negotiate Meng Wanzhou's realse. How is that a bad thing? She was the Huawei CFO arrested in a trade war. England can sell Iran nukes but China can't sell them cell phones. GMAFB. He was willing to help negotiate the release of the two Michaels. How is that a bad thing?

There is information in that ITO that directly relates to the Cameron Ortis case. What CSIS hired Bill to do in Hong Kong was exactly what Cam claimed a foreign intelligence agency asked him to do. The Five Eyes are just burning another asset.

Bill Majcher's crime? The answer is found in Paul Palango's book Dispersing the Fog pages 253-255. Bill was critical of the RCMP. Just like Allen Dalstrom who was fired for making  a statement critical of the RCMP in Julian Sher's book The Road to Hell.

SUV drives into crowd at Vancouver festival

Update: Driver charged with counts of murder

CBC is reporting that "Vancouver police say several people have been killed and multiple others injured after a vehicle drove into a crowd at a street festival Saturday evening. The incident happened shortly after 8 p.m. near East 41st Avenue and Fraser Street, where the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party was taking place. Police said the driver is in custody."

6AK_TV posted some videos from the scene of the aftermath.

Rand Paul denounces tariffs

The Hill is reporting that "Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said Wednesday that it is a “fallacy” to think tariffs will help the country’s economy as President Trump gears up to impose massive reciprocal tariffs on U.S. trading partners. Paul, who has spoken out against tariffs previously, joined The Hill’s Rising on Wednesday, where he discussed his disagreement with tariffs, calling them a tax.”

“On tariffs, I think it’s just economically — it’s a fallacy to think that it’ll help the country,” the Kentucky senator said. “Tariffs are a tax, and if you tax trade or if you tax anything, you’ll get less of it.” Exactly. Tariffs are the new Carbon tax.

The Independent is reporting that "Republican Senator Rand Paul has warned his party that tariffs have decimated politics after he voted against President Donald Trump’s duties on Canadian imports yesterday. Sen. Paul of Kentucky told Fox News that tariffs have historically brought down his party."

“'When McKinley put tariffs on in 1890, they lost 50 percent of their seats… When Smoot-Hawley put their tariffs In the early 1930s, we lost the House and Senate for 60 years,' Sen. Paul said. 'So not only bad economically, they are bad politically.'”

"After Trump's 'Liberation Day' tariffs slapped 25 percent tariffs on Canadian imports and a minimum 10 percent duty on all countries, the Kentucky senator crafted the opposition resolution with Democrat Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia."

"Four Republicans, including Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, and Susan Collins of Maine, joined every Democratic senator in voting against Canadian duties."

"In a 51-48 vote, they rejected Trump's declaration of a national emergency earlier this year to justify tariffs on Canadian imports. In a rare move, Sen. Paul and Sen. Kaine, who ran as vice presidential candidate against Trump and Mike Pence in 2016, also made a joint appearance on Fox News to explain the impact on Americans and why their resolution is important."

Conservatives and Far right are very different

Since we're here and while we wait for the results of Monday's federal election in Canada lets talk about extremism and the difference between Conservative principles and the far right because they are polar opposites.

Conservatives believe in small government, less taxes and more freedom. The far left believe in the opposite but so do the far right. Usually we say draw a line in the sand and call that democracy. The further you go away from that line to the left or the right, the farther away from democracy you go and the closer you get to Dictatorship.

A right wing dictator is no different from a left wing dictator. Fascism and Communism are pretty much the same. It's all about more government control and less individual freedom.

Yet conservative values are very different from Fascism and the far right. Brian Mulroney was not a Conservative but he was far right. He was a tax and spend pork barrel politician. He was the reason the Reform Party was created. The Reform party wasn't far right. They were left of Brian Mulroney. The reform party was concerned with fiscal responsibility and reducing the debt.

Preston Manning challenged us to see beyond the left and right. He challenged us to look at the issues and unite the bright. Sadly a typo changed unite the bright to unite the right and they ran with it. They ended up merging with the fake conservatives they were created to oppose and Harper hijacked the dream.

The PPC is not the Reform Party. The PPC is right of the federal Conservatives. Maxime Bernier is not more conservative than Pierre Poilievre. Maxime Bernier is further right that Pierre Poilievre. Maxime Bernier is more of a Donald Trump. His position on immigration is more extreme than Pierre Poilievre.

Brian Mulroney was far right just like Stephen Harper. Brian Mulroney was the reason the Reform party was created and Stephen Harper merged back with that far right just to get elected. Brian Mulroney had the GST while Stephen Harper had the HST. Both were enemies of the Charter of Rights.

Candice Malcolm from True North is very sincere and completely genuine. I enjoyed her fake news Friday videos. Yet she met her husband campaigning for Stephen Harper. Stephen Harper was not as sincere and genuine as Candice Malcolm. Stephen Harper was a scoundrel like Lyn Brian Mulroney.

I noticed that Candice Malcolm changed the name of True North to Juno News recently but I just realized in so doing she teamed up with Keean Bexte who used to be with Rebel News but broke off to create the Counter Signal. Keean Bexte is also sincere and genuine. Ezra Levant is not. Ezra Levant is an obvious front for Mossad who created Hamas and assassinated Yitzhak Rabin. Those sinister acts had an agenda and promoting conservative values was not part of it.

I saw a documentary on YouTube about the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin. It erroneously claimed that the Oslo accord was an agreement that would have never worked. That is a lie. They killed the agreement when they assassinated Yitzhak Rabin and created Hamas. The PLO agreed to a ceasefire. The Oslo accord worked. That's why Mossad created Hamas.

The other day someone said to me so and so is voting Liberal. They were disgusted. Personally I don't care. I disagree with that decision but that is their right. People are allowed to vote for whoever they want. When I was growing up my father wouldn't tell my mother who he was voting for until after the election. He wanted her to make up her own mind.

The other day a younger coworker asked me my opinion about the upcoming election. She wanted to know who to vote for. I told her what the different parties believed in as well as pros and cons of each party. I'm not going to tell her who to vote for. That's her decision.

She said she's an immigrant. She has a lot of friends who are immigrants. That is an important issue for her. I get it. It's an important issue for me too. All this immigrant hate has been manufactured. It's a distraction with an agenda. I believe in balancing the extremes. In Israel the far right has produced some brutal extremes that I oppose.

In Canada letting immigrants come to Canada and work is great. Paying immigrants not to work isn't. It's that simple.

Donald Trump and the Road to Fascism

Israel’s far-right security minister to visit Yale Jewish society day after Mar-a-Lago dinner

The Guardian is reporting that "Israel’s far-right national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir was set to address a meeting at a Yale University Jewish society, a day after being honored at a lavish dinner at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort."

"Ben-Gvir, who has past convictions for supporting terrorism and was considered persona non grata under the Biden administration, attended a fundraising event at the Florida resort on Tuesday, where he told attendees about harsh new measures implemented against Palestinian prisoners."

That includes torturing and sexually assaulting prisoners and the murder of that famous surgeon for helping the wounded.

"Ben-Gvir, a hardline Jewish settler from the occupied West Bank who has advocated for the deportation of all Arab citizens, has been an integral part of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition since 2022, and has threatened to leave his side should the war in Gaza end."

"Ben-Gvir was convicted in 2007 of racist incitement and support for groups on terrorism blacklists. For years, he prominently displayed a photo in his living room of Baruch Goldstein, who massacred 29 Muslim worshippers in Hebron in 1994. In 2022, the Biden administration condemned Ben-Gvir’s visit to the memorial of violently racist and anti-Palestinian rabbi Meir Kahane, whom the national security minister was a follower of in his youth."

Wikipedia is reporting that "He has a long history of anti-Arab activism leading to dozens of indictments and at least eight convictions of crimes including incitement to racism and support for, as well as possession of propaganda of, a terrorist organization (the now illegal political party Kach).[7] As a lawyer, he is known for defending Jews accused of Jewish extremist terrorism on trial in Israel."

'Ben-Gvir is known for being a provocateur and has grabbed headlines for a variety of reasons; threatening Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin on live television in 1995 shortly before his assassination, having had a portrait in his living room of Baruch Goldstein, a Jewish extremist terrorist and mass murderer." Murder you get gain. That is Gadianton.

Cody Haevischer not allowed to subpoena crown prosecutor in his appeal. Person Y in the WPP.

There is a new decision posted on the BC Supreme court's website about Cody Haevischer's application for a judicial stay for his murder charge in the Surrey Six.

Cody is the last surviving suspect in the Surrey Six who hasn't rolled. Jamie Bacon, the one who ordered the murder rolled. DK rolled. Mat Johnston mysteriously died of cancer right after Jamie Bacon risked his family's life by making that audio recording trying to convince Mathew Johnston to join Jamie Bacon in the Witness Protection Program.

That whole investigation has been a shameful disgrace. Jamie Bacon won an appeal over trial delays and the Crown won their Appeal of the Appeal. Then IHITit lets Jamie Bacon into the Program. What a complete waste of tax dollars. If that isn't organized crime, I don't know what is.

Anyways, Cody's application for a judicial stay seemingly involved Person Y. We all know who that is. Person X became person Y and you know who became Person X.

[5] "The allegations made by Mr. Haevischer against the Crown, and personally against Mr. Levitz, have been described in previous rulings: see, in particular, R. v. Haevischer, 2024 BCSC 1635 at paras. 28–34, 52–65 [WPP Disclosure Ruling]."

[6] "The allegations all relate to Person Y, a former criminal associate of Mr. Haevischer who cooperated with police, including as an agent, during their investigation into the murders of six people on October 19, 2007, in Surrey, B.C., known publicly as the 'Surrey Six murders'. Person Y subsequently testified for the Crown at Mr. Haevischer’s trial for those murders. By the time of the trial, Person Y was serving sentences of life imprisonment for two murders unrelated to the Surrey Six case: WPP Disclosure Ruling at para. 5."

[7] "As part of his application for a stay of proceedings, Mr. Haevischer alleges that Mr. Levitz and other trial Crown counsel deliberately and wrongfully withheld information about the entry of Person Y into the federal witness protection program (the 'WPP'), in violation of the Crown’s first-party disclosure obligations. Person Y entered the WPP on April 6, 2014, mere days after concluding his testimony: WPP Disclosure Ruling at para. 8."

First of all I'm not sure that's relevant to anything. Person Y is a hero. Cody isn't denying his involvement in the Surrey Six. His lawyer claims because the Crown failed to disclose that Person Y had entered the Witness Protection Program he should be set free. I think not. That would violate the need for natural justice.

Just like letting Jamie Bacon off for trial delays caused by the RCMP trying to cover up police misconduct would also violate natural justice. In this decision Madame Justice Martha M. Devlin quashed Mr. Levitz’s subpoena. [38]

Martha M. Devlin is a familiar name. She is also presiding over Bill Majcher's bogus case. She will see through CSIS' lies. In February 2025 Martha M. Devlin dismissed Cody's lawyer's application to cross examine nine witnesses as it was premature. There is a whole list of decisions on that case

So I get it. Natural justice demands someone take responsibility for the Surrey Six but letting Jamie Bacon off after all the IHIT misconduct was the straw that broke the camel's back. The RCMP completely screwed up that case. The Crown didn't. The RCMP did and I don't think Matt Johnston died of cancer.

So I guess the big breaking news today is a confirmation of our suspicions. April 6, 2014 Person Y entered the Witness Protection Program after he testified in the Surrey Six Trial.

The recent decision confirms that "By the time of the trial, Person Y was serving sentences of life imprisonment for two murders unrelated to the Surrey Six case." [6] So I would assume that when he entered the Witness Protection Program he didn't have to finish his sentence.

That's kind of what we suspected. Several years ago someone said they were giving a guy grief because he thought the guy was a rat and was in the Program. Then he got a call from the guy in prison on a burner phone. The guy put Person Y on the phone to prove he was in jail not in the program. That's when I thought isn't Person Y in the program? Turns out he was. That means the guy he was giving grief to was as well.

As for paragraph [5] Person Y was not motivated by revenge. That was obvious. I can't say any more about that without naming him. We all know who he was and we all know revenge had nothing to do with it. He did something right because the Surrey Six was f*cked up. Jamie Bacon wanted Person Y to do it and he said no. I have no problem with letting Person Y into the program without finishing his sentence.

All the others is a completely different matter. The current state of IHIT and the CFSEU is completely compromised. Person Y did something significant so they let him into the program. Jamie Bacon did SFA and they let him into the program for doing nothing. That was an abomination.

Letting Blaze into the program to lie about a rival instead of serving his sentence was disgusting. Paying Blaze and the rat pack all that money to lie about Cory Vallee was disgusting. Now they are going to pay them another obscene amount of money to lie about Conor D'Monte.

The only witness to Kevin LeClair's murder saw two shooters. One was noticeably larger than the either. That was K9. Both were wearing masks. The smaller shooter's gun jammed. The larger shooter finished the job.

Conor D'Monte and Cory Vallee are the same size. One of them is innocent. You already wrongfully convicted Cory. You can't convict them both because they're both the same size. You are paying Blaze's rent in Abbotsford while he sells crystal meth to a vulnerable person he rents out his front lawn to park a trailer on. Paying him to lie about Conner knowing he is currently selling crystal meth and is lying about Conner simply means I'll see you in hell. What we do in life, echoes in eternity.

Censorship of the 90 kilos of cocaine seized in Calgary

I mentioned that someone wanted me to take down a 2 year old blog post about 90 kilos of cocaine that was seized in Calgary two years ago. Let's do a little detective work and figure out who was behind that censorship attempt and why. It might explain why the BC CFSEU don't make drug busts like they do in Ontario and other provinces.

The attached PDF is a series of emails I recently received from someone making a copyright claim claiming to represent Post Media News. I just included his initial request and each response he made to my responses.

After his first email I asked if he was counsel and who he represented. He said he represented Post Media News and claimed one doesn't have to be counsel to make a copyright claim. Yes, but that's not what I asked. The tone was how a copyright lawyer speaks. Statements like "The infringing url." The whole tone sounded like he was at one time counsel.

My first impression was Post Media News? I have an agreement with them. I won't post any of their pictures even if I provide a link to their article. Post Media News owns the Calgary Herald now? My bad. It's hard to keep up with all their acquisitions. I'll take it down. No problem. Yet that wasn't good enough.

They started making crazy claims that I'm not even allowed to quote the article. In the original blog post I had simply quoted one sentence from the article. I put that sentence in quotations and provided a link to the original source. The following sentence simply summarized the article. Two sentences. That was it. The intent of the blog post was to send people to that news article and read it for themselves.

Notwithstanding that fact, the person who claimed to represent Post Media News pulled a Mat Wilcox and claimed copyright on a quotation. I knew that was ridiculous and would not stand up in court but I thought ya know, I don't even want to waste my time on this. So I found another article about the Calgary cocaine seizure and quoted that instead.

As soon as I did that, I immediately received an email from someone claiming to represent that other news outlet claiming copyright on that same article. At that point I knew this was bullsh*t. While this was going on, I noticed the obvious. I Googled his name and he had zero Internet presence.

Everyone has an Internet presence especially if you represent Post Media News. You either have a law firm behind you or some other public relations agency. This guy had nothing. That was a red flag. I sent an email to my friend the ninja and said have you ever heard of a guy named Robert Grubbs? He claims to represent Post Media News on a copyright claim but he has no Internet presence. Everyone has an Internet presence.

He writes back and says he's never heard of him and can't find him on Google. If he was involved with Corporate copyright, my friend the ninja would have heard of him. That's his thing.

So I forward him some of the correspondence and said this sounds like a scam. The picture he claimed copyright to was a police handout. Post Media News didn't own the copyright to it. He lied. My friend the ninja writes back and says Gmail? This doesn't sound right. You should check with the Calgary Herald which I had already done. No response.

So the guy was using a fake name, a fake email address, lied about representing Post Media News and lied about owning copyright to the picture. Yet it didn't sound like Blaze. I joked with the ninja and said maybe Blaze is using Chat GPT.

In my last response included in the PDF I said I'm going to need to see some ID. I need to know who you are and proof that you do in fact represent Post Media News. Not a word since.

However, as I said, as soon as I quoted and linked to an article about the cocaine seizure from a non Post Media News source, someone claiming to represent that other media source emailed me and made a copyright claim on that same article that no one reads. That was obviously too much of a coincidence to believe. That was definitely Blaze's MO. He always pretends to be someone he's not, making ridiculous claims.

Yet again the wording of the request didn't sound like Blaze. The attached PDF shows the emails I received from them and my responses. Again when I demanded to see ID and proof of who he represented not a word after that. That is also Blaze's MO. He'll disappear after you catch  him in a lie.

Third time's a charm. 9 times out of 10, when someone makes a copyright claim, it's not about copyright. They're trying to censor something. When I had the second set of fake emails about the Calgary cocaine bust I thought to myself what are they trying to censor? April 3rd I received an email from someone claiming to be Jason Jamie Chan about that same blog post.

I simply asked them, let's see some ID. Blaze impersonates people all the time. I need to know who I am speaking with before I have a conversation with them.

I'm all for giving people a second chance. My concern is that there has been so many lies and false claims about that post I want to know why. The BC CFSEU is a shameful disgrace. We need to address that before we censor that.

I also noticed that someone filed a copyright DMCA notice on April 19th 2025 to Goggle to have something removed from their search results. They are claiming copyright to a statement made in the second news article I linked to from Livewire Calgary.

This means Livewire Calgary did not make the complaint. Someone claimed ownership of a quote in the Calgary Live wire article I linked to. They claim the original work was found on Tumbler.com. OK this is getting bizarre.

First we had someone falsely claim they represented Post Media News regarding an article published in the Calgary Herald. Then we had someone falsely claim they represent Livewire Calgary. Now we have someone falsely claiming to represent Tumbler regarding an article published on Calgary livewire. Two interesting things come up.

The text that they erroneously claim ownership of is "Staff Sgt. Mark Rahn with the Calgary Police Service Organized Crime Operations Unit said that this latest cocaine seizure was only nine kilograms less than the CPS had seized in all of 2022."

So they are specifically trying to censor the news article about the 90 kilos of cocaine seized in Calgary two years ago by making false claims. No one owns copyright to that statement. It was quoting a Calgary Police Service press release

So what we see here is a whole lot of fraud trying to censor a news article about a Surrey Jack being involved with a Calgary cocaine bust. Take a look at where the DMCA complaint claims to originate from - Hong Kong. Isn't that ironic?

Here is the Tumbler link the fraudster claims to be the original copyrighted work the Livewire Calgary article copied. It's from the 24scam-news-blog. ROFL.

That fake blog has three posts. The one it stole from Calgary Livewire as well as one before and one after that. The first post claims to have been published January 21st 2014.

The second post copying the Calgary Livewire article claims to have been posted April 4th 2024 and the most recent post claims to have been posted February 24th 2025. They have obviously altered the dates of the blog posts.

That's someone going through a whole lot of trouble and committing a whole lot of fraud, just to censor one news article about 90 kilos of cocaine seized in Calgary en route to Surrey.

Oh wow. Adam Jones has recently made multiple DMCA complaints regarding that same article. They also want Google to remove from their index an article about the Calgary cocaine bust found in the Western standard news.

Oh my. On March 29th 2025 that same Adam Jones filed a DMCA complaint against boyfriendtv.com. He claims "It was nude content that I have taken down from stripchat." Yo man, that's a little TMA. On March 23 2025 he did another. On March 27 2025 he did another. On March 29 2025 he did yet another

So in April (Charles) Adam Jones filed two bogus DMCA complaints about the Calgary cocaine news article. In March he flied 4 DMCA complaints about pictures or videos he posted on stripchat being posted elsewhere. Then he files a whole bunch of DMCA complaints about models in their company

On the two DMCA complains he filed about the Calgary news article he claimed he was from Hong Kong. On all the other DMCA complaints he filed he claimed he was from the US except for the February 14 2024 one where he claims he's from Canada

This article claims that "Levin Law Firm has been known to represent travel and nature photographer Charles Adam Jones and send letters on his behalf." Can I say that? Please advise.
