Canadian busted in Australia with 15 kilos of Crystal meth

The National Post is reporting that "Another Canadian has been busted at the border in Australia, caught at an airport allegedly trying to smuggle high-value meth into the drug-hungry country. A 38-year-old Canadian man arriving at Sydney international airport on a flight from Vancouver had his luggage searched by Australian Border Force officers, police said. He had a black, hard-shell suitcase, an Under Armour duffle and a plush wrap-around neck rest."

"When officers opened the black suitcase, the content was covered by a grey towel. Underneath the towel, were rows of plastic Ziploc bags filled with an off-white substance. There appeared to be laundry dryer sheets intermingled with the bags, likely to try to mask the odour. Testing confirmed it to be methamphetamine weighing 15 kilograms, Australian Federal Police said."

"The man was arrested in Sydney on July 31 — three days after that Canadian woman was busted in Brisbane — but the seizure was not announced until Wednesday, corresponding with a scheduled appearance in court. It is not known if the arrests are related."

Corrupt judge won't close Hardside clubhouse over zoning

Vancouver is Awesome is reporting that "A B.C. Supreme Court judge has rejected a City of Surrey attempt to have a Hells Angels chapter clubhouse closed down. The city had sought a declaration from Justice Ardith Walkem that the defendants, landlords Gurbinder Singh Johal, Kulwant Kaur Johal and Hells Angel member Shannon Rennie, have contravened a zoning bylaw by operating a clubhouse or assembly hall for the Hardside Chapter of the Hells Angels on a 18068-96 Ave. property zoned for single family residential use."

This is yet another flaming example of corruption in the BC Judicial system. This decision should be appealed. They didn't try to seize the clubhouse. They simply denied their zoning application which is well within their right. Seizing it would have been an overstep because those clowns in a rental don't have the same number of criminal convictions, Kelowna, East Van and Naniamo had. Those clubhouses were successfully seized under proceeds of crime after an appeal.

They should seize the Edmonton Hells Angels clubhouses because they run the Brother's Keepers drug trafficking organization in Surrey are where the ones that killed Ali and tried to kill Shrek. With friends like those, who needs enemies?

30 tons of meth chemicals tied to Don Lyons' murderer

The Coast Reporter is reporting that " Mounties in British Columbia say they've seized more than 30 tonnes of chemicals that investigators believe were to be used in the production of methamphetamine. A statement says the Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement and Response Team executed a search warrant on a rural property in Enderby, B.C., in the North Okanagan region, on Sept. 11, and found a Bobcat loader that was reported stolen in Kelowna in 2021, as well as the chemicals. The statement says that the amount of chemicals suggests they were destined for one or more super labs for the production of hundreds of kilograms of methamphetamine. No charges have been laid, but police say the investigation is ongoing."

CBC is reporting that "A vehicle registered to Donald Lyons was also located on the property, RCMP said in a statement. CBC reported in June that Lyons died in Princeton, B.C., in a targeted shooting. Court documents show Lyons was known to police for his association with the criminal organization the Independent Soldiers." That is true. Don Lyons was shot dead in Princeton last June. He was a member of the Independent Soldiers who sold drugs for the Hells Angels and were replaced by the Wolf Pack who also sell drugs for the Hells Angels.

Toronto man charged after shooting cop

The St Albert Gazette is reporting that "A man accused of shooting a Toronto police officer in the city's busy midtown neighbourhood was charged with attempted murder Thursday, as the force and the province's police watchdog conducted parallel investigations. Court documents indicate a man with the same name as the suspect was out on bail at the time of Wednesday's shooting after being charged with multiple counts of theft in a different municipality."

"The incident that left a 29-year-old officer with serious but non-life-threatening injuries was part of a recent spate of gun violence in Canada's largest city. The first nine months of 2024 have already seen more shootings, and more deaths due to firearm violence, than in each of the past three years."
