Fatal shooting in Edmonton

The Edmonton Journal is reporting that "City homicide detectives are investigating after a 37-year-old man was killed in north central Edmonton. On Wednesday evening, at approximately 9:40 p.m. northwest patrol officers were dispatched to a trouble-not-known call to a residence in the area of 118 Avenue and 95A Street, police said in a Friday news release. Upon arrival, cops discovered the body of a 37-year-old man. An autopsy scheduled Friday identified the man as William Foulkes, who died as a result of a gunshot wound, police said."

  1. The victim, William Vergil Foulkes, was involved in the murder of 2 indigenous men. The first in December 2022 and the 2nd in May of 2023. While he should have been locked away in a prison cell, he was on the street, succumbing to his meth and fentanyl addiction, robbing other addicts & dealers and it caught up to him. With any luck, his victims were there to welcome him in the afterlife.
