Nova Scotia brings back Draconian

  1. They wrote me a similar ticket for not complying with some of their COVID guidelines, same color of paper, a little smaller, $3500. Never paid it. Still have it around somewhere. They're trying to scare people.

    1. Indeed it sounds like Covid. $3,500 to $25,000. That's quite a jump. Both are ridiculous. Going after hiking, biking and fishing is a violation of the mobility rights in the Charter. One of the problems is people who smoke in the back country. They're using that to once again restrict your mobility

  2. New Brunswick just instituted the same law. Does not make sense

  3. 18 months of probation and 200 hours of community service for 30 counts of Arson is ridiculous. This is a dangerous person who needs to be in custody and have his mind examined by professionals to see if he can be safely released.

    1. Exactly. Giving a hiker a more serious consequence than an arsonist reveals an agenda.
