The first shooter looked pretty determined. I'm surprised the driver survived. The second shooter was a bit erratic. He wasn't really aware of his target and was certainly not aware of what was behind his target. Just kind of pointed the gun in the general area and pulled the trigger. This was on Robson Street around 6 PM. That's very busy. This shooting was totally reckless.
