Police arrest entire Bakersfield chapter of the Hells Angels

Boing Boing is reporting that "Kern County law enforcement arrested the entire Bakersfield chapter of the Hells Angels on Tuesday, including its president and vice-president. The early morning raid, involving over 150 personnel from multiple agencies, targeted seven individuals linked to violent crimes and gang activity."

"The operation, spearheaded by the ATF, Kern County Sheriff's Office, and California Highway Patrol, resulted in the seizure of an impressive arsenal: 25 firearms, ammunition, high-capacity magazines, and gang paraphernalia. The arrests included five active Hells Angels members and two from the Sons of Hell. The suspects face a laundry list of charges, including kidnapping, robbery, criminal threats, and elder abuse."

Before I say well done I'm going to say hold the door. If the ATF are involved the whole thing is shady. The ATF currently run a prostitution ring with Michael Kramer. The ATF are trying to destroy the Second amendment. The club's obsession with 666 is a bit juvenile. They seized all those guns but no drugs? Let's hear some more about the robbery and kidnapping charges. When they say the entire chapter they mean five members and two associates.

Fox News is reporting that "Those arrested were identified as Ricardo Alvarez, 42, Armando Villasenor, 55, Joseph Soto Sr., 57, Joseph Soto Jr., 33, Joshua Zavala, 31, and John Seeger, 57, all from Bakersfield. A seventh suspect linked to the investigation, 37-year-old Joshua Vaughn, was already in custody on other charges and eight search warrants were executed at various locations throughout Bakersfield, the Sheriff’s Office also said."

"All seven of the suspects now face charges of kidnapping, first-degree robbery, criminal threats, false imprisonment, assault with a firearm, participation in a criminal street gang, criminal conspiracy, intimidating a witness or victim and elder abuse, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office." Sons of Hell puppet club? These guys are just a bunch of kids listening to heavy metal music. They're not reality based.

16 members of Georgia motorcycle gang indicted for shooting incident in hotel parking lot

Fox News is also reporting that "Sixteen members of a Georgia motorcycle gang have been indicted on charges stemming from a shooting that injured two people last year in a hotel parking lot, authorities said Monday. All of the defendants are members of the southeast Georgia chapter of the Outcast motorcycle gang, Carr's office said in a news release. The indictment, handed down by a grand jury Wednesday, says Outcast members plotted to rob members of a rival gang of their motorcycle vests."

"Outcast members held rival gang members at gunpoint outside a hotel in Richmond Hill on June 17 and ordered the men to hand over their vests, according to the indictment. Shots were fired in the parking lot along a highway dotted with hotels, gas stations and fast food restaurants. No one was killed, but police said two people were injured." I guess their rivals dialed 911. Apparently the Outcasts are a black MC while the Chosen Few are a mixed race MC. They look Christian.

    1. I guess their claim is that if they were in the hands of felons they weren't legal but I'm guessing not all of those guys are convicted felons. It's kind of strange that if you're a convicted felon in the US, you not only don't have the right to bear arms, you don't even have the right to vote. Which leads us to ask what is a convicted felon. After that kangaroo court Donald Trump is a convicted felon now. That's insane.

    1. I think it was five members and two associates. Stating the entire chapter sounds much bigger. The other case in Georgia was because that MC held a rival MC at gunpoint and took their vests. This case might be similar as to the robbery allegation. The red flag in this case is that fact that this is coming from the Los Angeles ATF who are the ones working with Michael Kramer.

As for that other guy's blog, he just really impersonates the name. He hates Trump and has a different style. I wasn't aware of the human anatomy thing but that doesn't surprise me. The reason why I branched off into politics is because it matters. The Hells Angels have never taken my freedom away but that's exactly what the government and the ATF are trying to do. For me, that matters.

  6. Just saying atf flexing but
Y using guns as an excuse to arrest these guys. Pretty sure the convict and no gun has be struck down in a few places in the USA. Because at the end of the day you still have 2nd amendment. Yes Dt and his sham ungraded charges is better dumb, but I did read somewhere that the Supreme count struck down that conviction. I could be wrong on both of those points anyways thanks for keeping it read Dennis. Alot better news here than cbc

    1. Sadly even though the US has the second amendment the AFT are still very anal about felons in the possession of guns. Like I said felons can't even vote which I find strange. I'm trying to get more clarity on the Supreme court decision regarding Trump's kangaroo court. Alex Jones showed a similar case which should apply but I think the Trump immunity decision has been delayed:

  7. ATF just got slapped down by the Supreme Court, bump stocks and "arm brace" pistols are now fully legal. The Court basically ruled that ATF has been making it up on their own, "new regulations" when Congress needs to do that.

    1. Yes that's a good point. Canadians might roll their eyes at the decision but my point is, why is the ATF trying to destroy the second amendment when they swore an oath to protect it.

  8. It comes down to greed. For nothing more than a promotion/pay raise. If Trump gets sworn in, look for ATF to be gutted on the Enforcement side.
It's not like we don't have criminals and guns going together and that doesn't need to be addressed, it does, the cartel actively tries to source guns directly from gun stores in America, and when gun store owners identify a suspicious buyer, guess who they call? BUT, and it's a big but, ATF seems to have a problem identifying real criminals from not real criminals, and they just killed a guy who was the local airport manager recently in front of his wife with a no-knock 6am raid, so they have to go. Doing Fast and Furious while other agents are out there grabbing up cartel reps trying to buy all the guns they can, what a load of shit.

    1. The problem with the ATF and the FBI is the CIA. If we don't cut the head off the snake, the tentacle will just grow back. The ATF ran Fast and Furious for the CIA.

  9. As this point I think everyone agrees all the three letter agencies have been compromised and need to be gutted. Add NSA to the mix, who Snowden worked for.

    1. Yes but, the three letter agencies are corrupt because they have been corrupted by the CIA. We can't logically get rid of all the three letter agencies. That would be anarchy akin to defunding the police. Yet we have to do something so the place to start is with the CIA. The CIA has no jurisdiction on America soil. None.

When Jesse Ventura was elected governor he was summoned to a meeting with the CIA. He asked them, what they were doing since they have no jurisdiction on American soil. The FBI has jurisdiction on American soil. The CIA has been corrupting the FBI because they want that jurisdiction.

      1) The CIA has no jurisdiction on American soil. So stop it.
      2) All CIA black prison sites on and off American spoil need to be shut down.
      3) All CIA involvement with ISIS and ISIS K needs to end.
      4) The ATF needs to stop lobbying the Government to get rid of the 2nd amendment.

We can't do everything but we can do something.

  10. Agreed. These guys have been doing wrong shit for years. Decades.

The NSA, yeah that would be a tough sell. I have a feeling there's some people in management there who need to go as well. The FBI much the same, turf all the political types. Anyone in management. They can be replaced. There are cops in any agency who just want to go arrest actual bad guys for actual crimes, but they aren't the political animals who want to be the Director some day. ATF should be cut significantly, they don't need to be doing undercovers against 1%'ers. they need to be transferred as an agency from the Justice Dept. back to the Treasury Dept. as they are a revenue collection agency not a law Enforcement agency. Their time over the last 40 years pretending to be one has been an unmitigated disaster, getting both ATF agents and citizens killed over a $200 tax. People don't realize the offense of say possessing a machine gun is an offense under the states laws, but under Federal law the offense is not possessing or manufacturing a machine gun or silencer or whatever, the offense is not paying a $200 transfer tax, believe it or not.

    1. I'm not actually sure what the NSA are supposed to do other than spy on civilians. The could go but I think the FBI need to stay. They just need to cut out the CIA from among them. The ATF could go but the CIA should go first. While that happens the ATF has no business trying to destroy the second amendment. The intelligence community is inherently corrupt and has been so since Vietnam thanks to George Bush Sr. It has got to go. They are the source of so much corruption it is astounding.
