Maple Ridge News is reporting that "A Maple Ridge business owner has been identified as the man who was gunned down in front of his home in Abbotsford."
"Dashan Singh Sahsi, president of textile recycling business Canam Group, died of his injuries following the attack at around 9:22 a.m., on Monday, Oct. 27. Shortly after the 68-year-old got into his dark-coloured vehicle parked on the street in the 31300 block of Ridgeview Drive, he was shot."
Global has a video of the shooting on surveillance video.
Both news reports said it was unclear what the motive was. On the radio IHIT said it wasn't extortion related. That is ridiculous.
