Conor D’Monte pleads out to Conspericy

CTV is reporting that "Conor Vincent D’Monte, the alleged gang member who eluded capture for more than a decade after the 2009 killing of Kevin LeClair, has pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit murder."

"D’Monte entered his plea in a Vancouver courtroom Tuesday morning, the B.C. Prosecution Service confirmed in an email to CTV News.

His next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 12, to schedule a date for a sentencing hearing, according to the BCPS." He obviously plead out because he knew he wouldn't get a fair trial. Either that or he couldn't afford a lawyer because he's not longer involved.

This whole prosecution was a shameful disgrace

The Rat Pack were paid a small fortune to lie about Cory Vallee. The only witness saw two shooters wearing balaclavas. One was noticeably larger than the other. That was K-9.

So if Corey was one of the shooters, which he was not, then Conor couldn't have been the other shooter. Corey and Conor are the same size. He didn't plead guilty to being a shooter. He plead guilty to conspiracy to commit murder meaning he was in on it which is pretty vague. They had several other UN members plead out to conspiracy many years ago.

"While living in Puerto Rico, D’Monte, apparently went by Johnny Williams. Authorities said shortly after D’Monte’s arrest they didn’t know when he arrived on the Caribbean island, but said he settled into a rural, eastern mountain community near El Yunque rainforest on a street with no name."

Meaning he was no longer involved in the drug trade. It's pretty pathetic how IHIT and the CFSEU in BC spend so many tax dollars chasing people who have left the life while they have no concerned whatsoever about making new drug busts and even pay drug dealers in the program who still sell drugs. The laws don't need to change, IHIT and the CFSEU do.

Going after someone who has left the life for something they did 10 years ago is not a priority. Spending a small fortune of tax dollars to do that is completely irresponsible. Getting the crystal meth and fentanyl off the streets now is the real priority.

IHIT and the BC CFSEU have their priorities completely backwards. Nobody cares if drug dealers shoot each other. Unless innocent people get hit in the crossfire. In the Surrey Six innocent bystanders were executed simply for being witnesses. That was outrageous. People cared about that.

Yet take a look at how IHIT completely screwed up the most important murder investigation in Canadian history in every way possible. They were having threesomes with witnesses and charging tax payers overtime for getting drunk in clubs.

It wasn't just one cop with one witness. He was having threesomes with witnesses while another cop watched. That one cop was sleeping with Jamie' Bacon's girlfriend as well as DK's girlfriend. He was married. The other cops were getting drunk with witnesses and flirting with them. The whole unit should have been disbanded and replaced.

Jamie Bacon's case was separated from the other accused because of all the misconduct. That cost more tax dollars. Jamie Bacon got off from trial delays because the Crown was trying to hide the police misconduct. Then the Crown rightfully appealed that decision and won. Jamie Bacon's conviction was upheld.

That cost more money. Then after spending all that money appealing the delay and getting a conviction, those dirty POS let him in the Witness Protection Program. That was the final nail in the coffin. IHIT completely screwed up the Surrey Six investigation in every way possible. Letting Jamie Bacon into witness protection after all that was absolute corruption.

  1. How much to obtain the trial transcripts and post them on your blog?

    1. Which trial transcripts? Conor D’Monte? He plead out. That means there was no trial. Jamie Bacon's? That would be huge. I have no idea.
