VPD make a large drug bust in the DTES

"The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "Three people have been arrested in connection with a significant drug and weapons bust at a Downtown Eastside rooming house, as concerns grow about the presence of organized crime groups in the neighbourhood." Organized crime groups? WTF?

We've gone back to not naming them again? They work for the Wolf Pack. Damion Ryan, the same guy the BC CFSEU was protecting. He was finally busted by the Manitoba RCMP.

"Vancouver police said Wednesday that thousands of dollars in stolen property had been seized from rooms at the West Hotel at 488 Carrall St. during a raid in late September, the result of a six-month investigation."

This is why these drug busts should be a priority. Thousands of dollars of stolen property was recovered. If you reduce the amount of harmful drugs on the street, you reduce the violent crime an property theft as well. Businesses prosper.

When you don't, businesses suffer. This bust was thanks to Ken Sims and the VPD. No thanks to the BC CFSEU. Tony Terezakis was a Hells Angels associate who sold drugs in the DTES and filmed himself beating the life out of addicts who owned him money. That's a predator preying on the most vulnerable.

"Criminal charges haven’t yet been laid but investigators seized $35,000 in cash, and 2 1/2 kilograms of illicit drugs, including fentanyl, cocaine, crystal meth and hydromorphone pills. They also recovered $30,000 in stolen clothing and other retail merchandise; 44 knives, machetes and swords; a Taser; nine guns and ammunition; and four sets of body armour."
