BC creates new gang homicide unit

The Toronto Star is reporting that "British Columbia is forming a new police unit tasked with investigating gang-related homicides, saying almost 50 per cent of the murders in the province last year were connected to gangland crimes." That's interesting. IHIT does it now.

I guess they're just going to split it in two and have a separate investigation unit for non gang related homicides. Sounds like it's all stil going to be RCMP. Unless they make it from VPD and other areas that have their own force like Port Moody, New Westminster and Abbotsford.

The problem is IHIT's f*cked and they're RCMP. Even with the creation of a municipal force in Surrey they were still going to let the RCMP do IHIT. IHIT were the clowns having threesomes with witnesses in the Surrey Six Investigation but it didn't stop there.

They had a Wolf pack crew ho become a IHIT ho when she was testifying against people the Wolf Pack hired but she was still doing the Wolf Pack so that was one passed around STD.

Right now IHIT and the CFSEU are completely compromised. Them giving Damion Ryan a free pass was a prime example. Them giving Donnie McWhirter and the rat pack all that money was an abomination. The only way to fix it is to bring OCA back, the Regional Organized Crime Unit. The CFSEU stole their logo after they sabotaged Operation Phoenix. Mike Farnworth has a good head on his shoulders like Bruce Ralston. David Eby is an idiot and Adrian Dix is lost in space.

    1. Yes but as we saw with that stolen car ring in the GTA the CN police did nothing to stop stolen cars being shipped on trains and the RCMP didn't have the jurisdiction to investigate. Maybe they just need the jurisdiction.

  2. Claiming lack of jurisdiction is weak, every police officer in Canada has jurisdiction over felony offenses.

    1. One would think. We saw that video of the guy from Toronto with the Apple Air Tags in his stolen SUV. The police officer found the rail car but said he couldn't do anything because he didn't have the jurisdiction and made the guy call the CN police who didn't do anything. I thought that was strange.

    2. That's a couple of lazy cops who don't want to work for their paycheck right there. Pathetic.

    3. Yeah it was pretty weird. I seemed to go beyond lazy because he was right outside the rail car with the Apple Air Tags in it. Maybe as you say it was too much paperwork to get permission to open it up.

  3. Well the conservatives are leading the polls so hopefully a change of leaders this fall will have a positive effect on dealing with the outta control crime in BC. 🙏🙏

    1. One would hope. Changing the way we fight fires is really important.

  4. Oh yes. I was evacuated last year in lake Country after the fire jumped the lake. Was up at 6 to go to work and we saw large chunks fall down on some trees and start a fire. Called fire and went door to door to warn neighbours. Fire department showed up 10 min later and started, fire came to 50 feet from houses but fire department held it and no structures were lost. Was pretty intense and scary., we walked away thinking I was gonna lose my house and personal belongings. 🙏

    1. Yes I remember hearing about that. If it wasn't for you and your proactive neighbors the whole town would have ended up like Maui. The point is, Kelowna is on a lake. There is no way the fire should have got that close to town. Water bombers can load up right there on the lake. The fact that they won't use the water bombers any more means they are either stupid or corrupt.

  5. Agreed. Water bombers drop huge amounts of water or fire retardant ( which has arsenic in it) bs those small ass helicopters. They did have out small planes that were hitting the fire pretty hard 1, 2,3 in a row.

    1. They hit it hard with the small planes after you sounded the alarm and the fire jumped the lake not before right?

    1. The Manitoba RCMP arrested him when the CFSEU wouldn't. We have yet to see how much time he does. The US indictment is a scam so there might be another deal in the works.

  7. Yes. The planes were working the Westside fire the day before but that fire was just unstoppable due to the left over winds from the hurricane in Hawaii. Perfect storm. Look at what they did in the shuswap, that was so intentional.

    1. Left over winds from the hurricane in Hawaii? Rolleyeyes. The point is they let the Kelowna fire breach West Kelowna and they didn't start fighting it with small planes until after it jumped the lake. They should have been using large planes before it got close to Kelowna.

  8. Well, let's see them solve some gang homicides. Lots of cold cases out there. Let them start with Ernie Ozolins and Lisa Chamberlain. The suspect pool is pretty small, "The Haney Chapter".

    1. Yeah I dunno. That one was a long time ago. They spent an obscene amount of tax dollars on the murder of Jamie Bacon's bodyguard. I think people are more concerned when innocent people get shot. For the most part people don't care if drug dealers kill each other. There needs to be some kind of financial accountability on how tax dollars are being spent because right now it's pretty disgusting.
