RCMP have charged three people and are searching for another after the near century-old All Saints Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Bellis was destroyed by fire Sept. 21.

Global is reporting that "A charred foundation, chipped bricks and a mountain of black ash. That’s all that remains of a historic Ukrainian Orthodox church in a rural Alberta community that was destroyed in a fire RCMP say was part of a crime spree."
That is a hate crime and an attack on the Charter of Rights. As if the Ukrainian people haven't suffered enough. Before Truth and Reconciliation Day was created everyone used to have a huge amount of respect for the First Nations people and culture.
Now that we are faced with so much hate, there is a huge rise in racism as a result. I don't celebrate Truth and Reconciliation Day because their is no truth in it and no desire for reconciliation. Only hateful polarization and alienation.
Mutual respect is a two way street. Treat others the way you want to be treated. As ye sow, so shall ye reap.
I noticed in Whistler the leaves were starting to change color already. The older I get the seasons seem to spin faster and faster yet I seem to get less and less accomplished. Laura Lynn is absolutely toxic. I guess I should have seen it coming.
All that obsession with hate. Telling people their church could be a cult. It reminds me of the Bible Answer Man. He was the most intolerant person I have ever listened to. Everyone who did not believe his narrow minded brand of false doctrine was a cult from the Devil. That's not Christianity.
The US Constitution is an inspired document protecting civil liberty by law. That doesn't mean every US president has been or will be benevolent and flawless. It means the civil liberty in the Constitution was put there to prevent a dictator taking over the United States. Not everyone agreed with every policy of George Bush or Barack Obama.
In a free society people are allowed to disagree with a government policy and speak out against that policy. Presidents are politicians and politicians lust for power.
The purpose of the Constitution is to restrain presidents lust for power and keep them accountable to the people who elect them and pay their wages. The prophecies claim that one day the Constitution would hang by a thread. We see that today. We need to defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. We have seen a secret combination rise striving to take over the US Government.
Trump called that the swamp and promised to drain the swamp. Instead of draining the swamp, Trump 2.0 became the swamp. People have a right to disagree with that and speak out against that. Disagreeing with Trump's extremism doesn't mean you support gender ideology or leftist extremism. We need to rise above blind partisan politics and look at the issues
Israel faces the same secret combinations striving to take over it's government that we do. Objecting to that doesn't mean you no longer support Israel's right to exist. Charlie Kirk said before October 7th Israel was on the brink of civil war. He said that was not an exaggeration. Netanyahu was trying to change the judiciary and become a dictator. Mass protests resulted.
Charlie Kirk also expressed his skepticism about the October 7th attack and asked if there was a stand down order. That is something we have to look at because these kind of orchestrated events are designed to take away our civil liberty.
“I gotta be careful the way I say this” - Charlie Kirk
I was in Whistler this weekend. First time I stayed there over night. Whistler is busy so I normally drive right past but this time we stayed in a Lodge right in the Village.
Whistler Village is cute. Lots of shops and restaurants right at the base of both gondolas. You know in ski season that place is going to be packed. We met a nice young couple from Portland on their honeymoon. They came up to ride the peak to peak gondola but unfortunately it was closed.
They had just shut down the gondolas for the summer season before the winter season starts. Lots of bikes ride the trails in the summer. There's more lodging just down the road at the base of another gondola called Creek Side. Like Silverstar and Big White you can step out of your accommodation and go skiing or snowboarding. Very nice but no doubt very busy.
Parking in the Village sucks. Every where you go it's $2.50 an hour. Everywhere. There are two lots where you can park free overnight but it's still $2.50 an hour during the day or $11/00 all day. It cost $25 a night just to park at the Lodge so we chose the free lot just around the corner. Probably wouldn't want to do that in winter when there's snow.
The lodges in the village are nice because they have kitchens where you can cook your own food. It had snowed at the peak the night before we arrived so someone took a bunch of snow from the peak and put it outside a snowboard shop in town.
I would really like to come there in January one year and do a snowmobile tour on the Pemberton Ice Field. They have snow bike tours there now as well. That's on my bucket list.
Brandy Wine Fall is just before you get to Whistler driving up from Vancouver. It's nice. I like it better than Shannon Falls in Squamish or Bridal Veil Falls in Chilliwack. It's straight down and it's only a 1 KM walk there and back with no elevation.
This year I walked along the railroad track and took a picture above the falls just as the water was about to go over. It's kind of a cool view. I wouldn't want to ride a kayak over that one.
If you do stay at a Lodge in Whistler Village that has a fridge and stove, you're probably going to want to bring your own food in a cooler. Groceries are pretty expensive in the Village.
On the other side of the Village near the Blackcomb gondola there are some high end hotels like the Hilton, Fairmont and the Hilton Properties which is some kind of a country club you have to be a member of to visit. Those are for people with money to burn and I don't know anyone like that.
In related news, NBC is reporting that "A 40-year-old man drove a vehicle through the front doors of a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints building today in Grand Blanc, Michigan, before opening fire."
"At least one person is dead and multiple injured, authorities said. The suspect was also killed in the shooting. The suspect, identified as a Burton man, exited the vehicle and began firing rounds at people who were attending Sunday service, police said. The suspect used an assault rifle."
"Authorities said a fire also broke out at the church and was believed to have been deliberately set by the gunman."
Bizarre. We knew they'd start pulling stunts like this to distract everyone from the fact that the kid they arrested didn't shoot Charlie Kirk with a 30-06. When you look at the assassination of Charlie Kirk it is clear there is nothing they won't do to promote their agenda and narrative. NBC is reporting that the ATF is responding to the LDS Church shooting. God Help us. Are they the ones that run Humanopolis with Michael Kramer? I thought Trump was going to disband the ATF not empower them.
In other related news, BBC is reporting that "A detainee has died and two others are critically injured after a rooftop sniper opened fire at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) centre in Dallas, Texas, officials say."
"The gunman fired indiscriminately at the ICE facility and at a nearby unmarked van, law enforcement officials say, before dying from a self-inflicted gunshot wound."
"No law enforcement were injured. FBI Director Kash Patel posted a photo on X of unused ammunition recovered from the scene. One casing has the phrase 'ANTI-ICE' on it."
Whenever I see crazy writing on bullets I say bullsh*t. Take this example. It says Anti ICE. So the FBI narrative is if you are Anti ICE you are a mass shooter when in reality ICE are straight up Nazi gestapo trampling the US Constitution. They are oath breakers not oath keepers. If this shooter was Anti ICE then why did they kill an ICE prisoner. It doesn't make sense.
That's because it's another orchestrated event trying to distract us from the obvious dilemma. Tyler Robinson did not shoot Charlie Kirk with a 30-06. So how did his rifle get there with all the crazy writing on the bullet casings? The FBI planted it.
The Vancouver Sun is reporting that "One person was injured in a shooting in Chilliwack on Friday evening. RCMP said shots were reported being fired outside of a home on Crimson Ridge at about 9:45 p.m."
"One person suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Several shell casings were found outside the house. According to the RCMP, several neighbouring houses were also struck by bullets. No one in those residences was injured."
"Police believe this was a targeted shooting and related to gang conflict in B.C. A burnt Mazda CX5 was found nearby in the area of Teskey Way and Bailey Road."
CBC is reporting that "A dramatic video filmed by a witness on their phone shows the moments before 44-year-old Karolina Huebner-Makurat, a mother of two, was struck by a stray bullet in Toronto’s east end in 2023. Earlier this week, a drug dealer pleaded guilty to manslaughter in connection with the shooting."
One of the suspects was selling drugs to people at the safe injection site. Those lethal injection sites increase crime and violence. The site didn't save Karolina's life. It killed her.
CP 24 is reporting that "York Regional Police said a call came in around 6:45 p.m. for a shooting in the area of Parker Avenue and Poplar Drive, north of King Road, and when officers arrived, they found 47-year-old Issam Saad lying on the roadway with gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving measures, Saad was pronounced dead at the scene."
"A Honda Pilot that was found abandoned—engulfed in flames—in the area of King Road and Dufferin Street shortly after the shooting is believed to be linked to the incident."
