CTV is reporitng that "Ottawa this week published details of an agreement recognizing the Musqueam First Nation’s Aboriginal title within much of Vancouver. The news prompted claims on social media that Canada had ceded Vancouver properties to the Musqueam, but experts in Indigenous rights law, as well as the federal minister responsible and the First Nation, say the agreement does not transfer private property." 

However, I thnk CTV is misrepresenting the Truth. Mark Carney is just as much a raging lunatic as Donald Trump is.
