CBC is reporting that "One man has been charged following a shooting in Inuvik Monday that left one person dead. Inuvik RCMP responded to a report of shots fired inside a residence on Bompas Street on Sept. 14, at around 7 a.m. RCMP said the victim and suspects left the scene prior to police arrival and a male victim was located shortly thereafter. He was later pronounced dead at the Inuvik Regional Hospital."
"In a news release Thursday, RCMP say they have charged Joshua Rath, a 25-year-old from Edmonton, with murder and two counts of discharging a firearm with intent. RCMP said Tuesday officers arrested four suspects. The remaining three have been released without charge." Edmonton is Red and White.
