Former Surrey police chief Norm Lipinski files wrongful dismissal lawsuit in BC Supreme Court

Red FM is reporting that "Former Surrey Police Chief Constable Norm Lipinski has filed a petition in the Supreme Court of British Columbia challenging his June 1 dismissal, alleging that his firing was influenced by “extraneous political considerations” and followed a police board meeting that was “convened through misrepresentations to the chair of the Board.”

This is an awesome article that quotes scathing court documents exposing Brenda Locke and Surrey Connects' disturbed agenda. Norm has a very strong case for wrongful dismissal. CBC is covering the story. So is the Breaker News.

    1. It's possible but they're both working with the Edmonton Hells Angels not against them.

  2. You reap what you sow, which is exactly what’s going to become of our current Mayor and City Council. It’s time for a change and this court petition speaks volumes. They made their bed, they’ll sleep in it.

    1. As long as the Surrey RCMP don't hack another election with Dominion vote counting machines. Those court documents totally expose Brenda Locke's lies about not being involved in the police chief's firing.

    2. The RCMP are no longer the police of jurisdiction in Surrey.

    3. Yes but those scoundrels still exist in Guildford and are lurking in the shadows. Just like Operation Phoenix. After the RCMP lost the provincial jurisdiction for organized crime in BC, they sabotaged the new unit until they got that jurisdiction back.

    4. The SPS will begin moving into the District 2 detachment this November. Once the SPS moves in, the RCMP will begin transitioning out of the detachment. The exact timeline has not yet been set, but the transition will be officially completed in 2027.

  3. This whole saga would make a pretty good Netflix mini series.

  4. Somehow, I had a feeling that Norm would take the City to court over this, and rightfully so. He deserves to have his job back. The current administration will wear this. They’re definitely going to get decimated in the upcoming election.

  5. The grumpy old battleaxe can pull the wool over our eyes all she likes, but eventually someone will notice the emperor has no clothes. All the smoke and mirrors in the world won’t change that, since reality always has the last word.
