Durham Region dot com is reporting that "Eight people are facing a combined 84 criminal charges after a drug investigation in Ajax.
On Oct. 11 Durham Police’s Drug Enforcement Unit searched several vehicles and one home in the Delaney Drive and Westney Road North area of Ajax. Seven men and one youth were located in the residence and arrested.
The searches resulted in the seizure of two loaded handguns, an over-capacity magazine, extended magazine and fully automatic selector switch, as well as two kilograms of cocaine, a quantity of fentanyl and hydromorphone." Again no one was named.

CKOM is reporting that "A nine-month investigation into high level drug traffickers by the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit concluded with the arrest of five people.
Police arrested a 27-year-old man on Oct. 6 near a business in the 3000 block of Meadows Parkway.
In a news release police say “The remaining accused were arrested a short time later.”
"A 36-year-old, a 27-year-old and a 57-year-old are facing charges related to kilogram level cocain trafficking.
The 27-year-old is also facing charges in relation to kilogram level methamphetamine trafficking, along with a 34-year-old."
4 kilos of Cocaine and 3 kilos of Crystal meth were seized. 3 arrested but none of them were named. That's odd.
CTV is reporting that the 27-year-old is Abdullah Seif-Aldeen, the 34-year-old is Allen Luong and the 57-year-old is Mario diBattista. CBC refers to them as high level drug dealers

CBC is reporting that "North Korea blew up sections of inter-Korean roads and rail lines on its side of the heavily fortified border between the two Koreas on Tuesday, prompting South Korea's military to fire warning shots.
Pyongyang said last week it would cut off the inter-Korean roads and railways entirely and further fortify the areas on its side of the border as part of its push for a two-state system scrapping its longstanding goal of unification."
OK so that is not a military threat. If North Korea is embracing a two-state system scrapping its longstanding goal of unification then that means they support peace. If they are blowing up roads from South Korea in North Korea, that is not an act of aggression.
