New Podcast: Aging in a new crazy world

This podcasts talks about life after 60. How workouts evolve as we get older to maintain mobility and how we navigate a changing world that is filled with crazy. We always knew the mob was crazy but after Covid and Trump 2.0 we had no idea how crazy the world and the government could become.

So let's talk about it and navigate around it. Steer your own course in life like a boat with a rudder not a leaf in the stream. A leaf in the stream follows the path of least resistance. As we make choice we steer our own course in life.

As for the gun control over reach, Justin Trudeau tried to slip in a last minute all inclusive gun grab amendment before the orchestrated Nova Scotia mass shooting bill was voted on.

When he did that everyone freaked. The Assembly of First Nation Chiefs said hunting is a treaty right. You can't ban hunting. Rural MPs said Justin Trudeau was completely out of touch with their communities. They said they need long guns to protect themselves against predators.

As a result, Justin Trudeau withdrew the last minute all inclusive amendment and the vote passed. If he didn't withdraw it, the bill would not have passed and his frail minority government would have fallen. Then, a year later, Justin Trudeau snuck in the practically same last minute amendment without a vote as an order in counsel. That was devious. It went too far. Parliament didn't vote on it.

Here's the deal. If Mark Carney rolls back that all inclusive order in council that wasn't voted on like he reversed the carbon tax and if he also reverses the EV mandate banning all gas vehicles, I'm good. If Mark Carney does that then I'm happy with the balance of the extremes.

Everyone would like an electric vehicle but they're expensive. They're also conflicted. Getting rid of the batteries creates pollution and the cobalt for the batteries is mined with child slave labour. Electric vehicles should be phased in voluntarily so the electric grid can handle it and the cost of heating homes doesn't skyrocket. Banning all gas vehicles is a violation of our mobility rights. If Mark Carney reverses that and the last firearm order in council that wasn't voted on, then I'm good.

Repealing those two Justin Trudeau dirty deals would be the perfect balance for the future. I agree with Mark Carney on Gaza. Supporting the two state solution is not supporting Hamas because Hamas supports a one state solution. Their state. I don't want Stephen Harper in charge of my pension and I don't want to live in an ICE prison police state.

This is a video about the macebell to rehab your rotator cuff.

As for shoulder rehab, people talk about soup can therapy. Guys will grab a 5 pound plate and rotate the arm locked in 90 degrees as a warm up. Some people swear by it. I don't really feel it. I think the shoulder mace is cool and effective.

  1. We live in worse than an ICE police prison state, we live in Canada.

  2. That's all it would take for your to be good with things as they are? I guess your chains rest lightly on your shoulders.

  3. You don't truly think they are going to reverse anything do you? It's not going to happen, and even if they did they would be back for more. "Two steps forward and one step back, that's the method of our attack". Basic Communist revolutionary doctrine. Globalists the same.

    1. It's doubtful but possible. Carney reversed the carbon tax after spending his life campaigning for it. He also started adapting many of Poilievre's positions during the campaign. If Carney got rid of that insane over reaching amendment that wasn't voted on just slipped in as an order in council, I'd be very happy with that. I don't need full auto. It would be nice but I don't see it happening. In court sometimes you have to compromise to get a settlement.

    1. That's kind of a retro remix. They patched over. I guess they're running out of new names for puppet clubs. You know nothing good is going to come from a group of grown men that call themselves Satan's Choice or the Devi's Army.

  5. That's a true statement right there. Such names are not a joke. "The words we speak become the house we live in."

  6. The natives won fair and square 100 %
Worked as party chef for land survey in 3 province. My work is registered in land titles offices. If man makes it mistakes 💩happen. The frame work is already in place. No one’s gong to lose anything.

That BC government fought so long and hard is truly troubling sinister even.
The government can take your land at any time for Site C dam roads train tracks that kind of thing. Makes sense right. The government will pay you what fair market value.
It truly cut / dry. Don’t blame the natives
They’re only standing up to big Brother.

Should paid them out before land value climbed so high. Instead fought tooth and nail. And because natives won.
Along with paying for the land they also have to pay legal bills. Pretty dumb 💸

professionals who know all the specifics of land acquisition and expropriation

The rail trail in Kelowna is where the natives are fighting. Once the trains quit running BC decided to make it walking path. The natives want it back.

Determining compensation can be complicated in itself, too, since the values offered frequently fail to account for all the impacts felt by individuals and their farm businesses.

NDP provincial are trying to kick this can down the rd.
Like other “leaders” the law is the law
Remember land 140 years ago was cheep. Government took thinking the way governments do. Long term !! lol

The law is cut and dry.
It’s like this you fill up your car with gas.
If there’s a disagreement between this and register. This at the pump is correct
    This ain’t pandora box’s. it’s the law

When our chickens come home to roost, it means our past mistakes or wrongdoings have come back to cause us problems.

Some claimants are now receiving compensation payments through a $23-billion settlement for more than 300,000 First Nations children and their families.

    2. Funny how they get the money and the land?

Not much of a transaction there.

More like lawyers lining up at a trough.

    3. Hydro electric power is clean. Nuclear power is not. Do they want electricity for their community? The debt Eby has incurred is astronomical. If BC prospers we all prosper. If BC goes bankrupt we all go bankrupt.

This poster reminds me of all old school Union Rep from CUPW I knew. Make the corporation pay was his reoccurring mantra. Those days are long gone. If the corporation doesn't make money there's no money for wages. None.

If BC goes bankrupt and the WEF takes over, the First Nations community will have no land and no rights. They will own nothing just like the rest of us. Mark my word.
