Sentencing for drug dealer who shot mother walking past lethal injection site in Toronto
The National Post is reporting that "The B.C. NDP wants to reopen an infamously mismanaged Vancouver-based supervised consumption site despite opposition from the local mayor and city council. Not only is the province acting undemocratically, such sites have been shown to fuel crime and do not actually save lives." Exactly.
They keep opening up new lethal injections sites and the overall overdose deaths keeps rising. So, just like decriminalization, these lethal injections sites are a complete failure.
"This controversy began earlier this month, when Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), a provincial health authority, announced that it had acquired a new permanent downtown location for its Thomas Donaghy Overdose Prevention Site (TDOPS), which is expected to resume operations within the coming weeks."
"The TDOPS was originally located in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood, but local residents sued the site’s operators, alleging that their 'ham-fisted' management had fuelled drug trafficking, public disorder, assaults and vandalism. The lawsuit ultimately ended in an out-of-court settlement wherein the province committed to better respecting its minimum public safety standards."
These political cess pools of exploitation have an agenda and compassion has nothing to do with it. They promote addiction then offer them MAIDS. What if that was your son or daughter? That is straight up evil and empirical evidence their compassion argument is a bold faced lie.
There was a fake anti poverty committee that came to Surrey wanting to keep the tent city on the Surrey strip where Janice Shore was brutally murdered. Their objective was lawlessness which is represented by the violent crime that surges around these lethal injection sites and open drug use.
So now we have to keep suing the Eby government to maintain it's Charter duty to protect the public peace. That is insane but at least there's finally push back to the defiant lies Vancouver Coastal Health is spreading.
The first lie is the claim that VCH is trying to promote health. They are not. They are pushing a very dark political agenda that exploits the most vulnerable in society. Disband VCH.

Apparently, these drug users have a union called VANDU. Come on, it’s about time these junkies quit hiding behind their habits and start taking responsibility. People like that really need to get their heads straight and grow up. Mr. Eby shouldn’t be surprised if people vote him out of office in the next provincial election.
ReplyDeleteVANDU isn't just a union. They are a deranged lobbyist group that sells drugs and gets funding from all levels of government. That funding from tax dollars needs to come to an end.
DeleteNo surprise. Let’s flush all our hard earned tax dollars down the crapper just so junkies can shoot up in a private place. Then again, they’re shooting up in public everywhere, and the damage has already been done even though the NDP got rid of the decriminalization policy. Unions keep pushing the NDP on people who don’t even support them.
DeleteThe 2028 provincial election cannot come soon enough. I can’t wait to vote these clowns out of office.
DeleteThey're clowns alright but the BC Conservatives need to get their sh*t together.
DeleteHave the Conservatives officially decided on a leader?
DeleteMay 30th is election night for the new leader of the BC Conservatives.
DeleteIsn’t Trevor Halford running at leadership? He seems like a pretty decent guy that means business. I don’t think John Rustad was a good fit.
DeleteYes he is running but sadly all of the candidates lag behind Rustad did in the polls so it's nothing really to celebrate. Looks like Yuri Fulmer is the only one that can bring the fractured party back together but the Neo Cons won't let him.
DeleteWhat kind of life is it where your existence revolves around taking drugs? Drugs are for idiots and losers, pure and simple. As Eric Cartman from South Park once said “drugs are bad because if you do drugs, you’re a hippie and hippies suck”
ReplyDeleteYes but anyone can fall into that trap. No on in that trap wants to be in that trap.
DeleteIt takes a lot of inner strength and resolve to conquer addiction. I know this from experience, having fought my own battles with addiction. But the reward is well worth it. Being clean and sober has brought a sense of renewal and purpose to my life.
DeleteExactly. Once you're in, it's really hard to get out. That's why an once of prevention is worth a lot more than a pound of cure. It's so hard because the drug dealers sell drugs at the treatment centers. That's predatory. If you're in the DTES you have to leave to get clean. It's incredibly difficult to get clean when the drugs are in your face all around you.
