Kelowna street level drug bust

Castanet is reporting that "Cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine and approximately $3,000 in cash were among the items seized from a suspected drug trafficker during what police have described as a proactive patrol late last month." Hats of to Kelowna RCMP for making street level drug busts. That matters.

  1. This is really positive to hear. It sounds like law-enforcement in the Okanagan is actually doing their job. More than I can say about the Surrey RCMP or more accurately, Sorry RCMP. Eight more months until they’re officially wiped out for good.

    1. Like I keep saying RCMP in other jurisdictions do their job. I don't know what is up with IHIT and the CFSEU. The Manitoba RCMP were the ones that busted Damion Ryan. IHIT and the CFSEU wouldn't.

    2. Probably because IHIT and the CFSEU are being paid to keep their mouths shut.

    4. And your point is? Street level dealers aren't on CNN. I think with IHIT and the CFSEU it's more ideological. It's like Operation Phoenix. Sabotage the op to get the jurisdiction back then do nothing with it. The leadership from the top is giving them directions. With IHIT it was the rat out your rivals program. You pay someone to rat out their rival to get a bust and in exchange you let them do business.

    5. They don't want to permanently stop these guys from making money so the civil forfeiture director can get paid after the front line cops take their share off the top. They can't bust a big time fent dealer but they can take away a family's home because the father had a grow in the shed.
