Does it look like him? Well its not. I've talked about how fake ads on X do this all the time. They steal a news agency logo, make a fake headline about their product and make it look like the CBC or some other news agency is writing about their product when it's not. It's fraud.
The way you can tell is if you look at the url. If it's not CBC dot ca it's not them even if you see their logos and pictures all over the site. It's really easy to steal a logo or picture. That fake profile the Agent of India created impersonating the Dirty News blogger stole his logo and used a similar name but it wasn't him just like those fake CBC ads aren't the CBC. Free 6ademiks.
