BC Provincial Election Results

City News is reporting that "The resurrection of the Conservative Party in British Columbia is complete. B.C. Conservative interim Leader Lorne Doerkson led the party to a resounding victory over incumbent David Eby and the BC NDP in Saturday’s provincial election. The Tories are projected to form a majority government, with Doerkson set to become the province’s next premier."

Thank God. Another example of BC's tidal politics. Eby's snap election completely backfired. Now that is karma. The Surrey Now Leader is reporting that "It’s over, and the blue wave has officially engulfed Surrey. All 10 of Surrey’s ridings went Conservative as Lorne Doerkson led the B.C. Conservatives to a majority government on Saturday, Oct. 24." 2026 results by riding.
