After seeing that one house in Surrey all done up for Halloween I mentioned that normally when one house starts putting decorations up, other houses start. Then I said I'm not seeing that this year. Well I stand corrected.
Today, one of my neighbors put up a bunch of Halloween decorations with a Surrey twist. Garbage bags wrapped up like dead bodies behind caution tape. I love it. I've never seen that before and it's a great idea.
