CBC is reporting that the mayor of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality wrote a letter of endorsement so the Celtic Crew motorcycle club could rent a clubhouse. The picture is "A Celtic Crew Motorcycle Club member with a red diamond-shaped '81' patch is shown at a grading day event for schoolchildren in the Centre 200 parking lot in Sydney, N.S., last month." That's a bit extreme.
