Peter Leask should be hanged for treason

Well we've certainly gone from one extreme to another. Here in B.C. we've gone from the Hanging Judge to judges who should be hanged. Have you ever been on a tour of the parliament buildings in Victoria? They have actors and actresses that portray characters in history that join the tour.

One of those characters is Chief Justice Mathew Begbie. He was referred to as the Hanging judge because he sentenced so many criminals to be hanged. Back in the day hanging was a form of judicial punishment for serious offences.

Back in the day, hanging was a judicial punishment for treason. Not any more. We can debate capital punishment until the cows come home. The fact is treason is a serious offense. I can find no other adjective to describes Peter Leask's latest decision: http://www.vancouversun.com/news/Judge+stops+Crown+from+proceeding+criminal+organization+charges+against+Hells+Angels/2277047/story.html

It is a serious offence when a government official betrays the trust of the people they were elected to represent. So too when a judge appointed by our elected officials betrays the trust they were given by the people. This is why we need a mechanism in place to replace bad judges. Peter Leask isn't the only bad judge in B.C. but right now he certainly is the worst. http://www.gangstersout.com/peter_leask.htm

  1. Out of curiousity... what can a person do to help change the system and get rid of bad judges? Complain and write to MLA's? Get signatures? What realistically can be done to get rid of these judges?

  2. Good question. I’ve heard Whalley MP Bruce Ralston question whether or not we should consider electing judges like they do in the States. That is one possibility. The other is to lobby the MP’s to make the Judges accountable and put a mechanism in place to remove bad judges. A recall provision like in New York would work. Right now there is no real mechanism in place and judges are not accountable at all. Write or e-mail your MP and your MLA. You can send copies to the Justice critic and the Minister of Justice. That’s a step. Letters to the editor of local papers is another. Cheers.

  3. how come u talk about a bad judge but u wont talk about those bad cops that beat people or the bad cops that drink and drive and KILL people ????????? maybe do a story on that piece of shit cop that killed that motorcycle rider and left the scene and has been on paid leave. some cops are just as bad as these bad gangsters just in a different way. so quit licking the cops asses clean and do a story on some of them

  4. I don’t agree with drinking and driving. That would include Gordon Campbell. But that is very different then selling crack and paying someone to shoot someone over drug turf then lying about it. Right now that’s my main concern.

  5. If you can't see why then you’re the idiot. The Hells Angels bring massive amounts of cocaine into Canada that gets sold as crack. Glen Hehn was caught red handed loading 52 kilograms of cocaine from HIS storage locker onto a truck. This judge let him off. This judge gave CJ 18 months house arrest for trafficking cocaine for the Hells Angels. Now this judge violates case law from the rest of the country and throws hard evidence out of court. This judge shouldn’t be a judge.

  7. Why do you give any credibility whatsoever to Neanderthals who find it impossible to write without violating the basic rules of grammar.
Coherent thought must be a very painful process for these morons who parade their ignorance in full view, then expect others to take their opinions seriously

  8. "Bullshit. Cops don't sell crack in Surrey Hells Angels do. Some cops commit crime. No organization is perfect but cops don't commit more crime than the Hells Angels. That is bullshit."

And Piggy Palace good Times Society re Pickton Pig farm murders now tied to RCMP? VPD 9-1-1 was hacked into and VPD assets were being tracked through Pickton's Pig farm.

Huge story unfolding here and vectors into the VPD very deeply.

  10. If you have Leask as a judge, you definitely need a good and competent lawyer
