OK so I found
this awesome site called Viking Bags. They make luggage racks for any cruiser. Aside from saddlebags they also have
backpacks that attach to your sissy bar or back rest. I think
this is an awesome alternative to the Goldwing look. Most of us have back rests and luggage racks.
They also make a sissy bar with a folding luggage rack. Bringing back the sissy bar look is classic.
This video shows how it works. If you don't have a luggage rack
you can reverse it so it rests on your passenger seat.
They also have tool bags for the front forks. Now that is retro.
These are American made.
The whole idea of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance
is to go on road trips and live the dream instead of
sitting in your SUV while you pimp the dream selling drugs. Road trips camping with your motorcycle.
Now that's what I'm talking about.
