14 yr old wanted for murder of 16 yr old in Hamilton Mall

CBC is reporting that "Police have identified the 16-year-old boy who died in hospital after a shooting inside a downtown Hamilton shopping mall on Friday evening.

Officers were called to Jackson Square Friday at around 5:10 p.m. Nabil Askafe, of Hamilton, was found in the mall suffering from life-threatening injuries, police say. Paramedics rushed Askafe to hospital, where he died of his injuries."

Insauga is reporting that "Police have released a photo of the suspect and are asking anyone with information to come forward. The name of the accused was not initially released, but investigators have since identified Turnbull under a temporary authorization of the Youth Criminal Justice Act."
