BC Supreme Court judge approves disposal of Robert Pickton evidence

Global is reporting that "A BC Supreme Court Justice has ruled against an application that would prevent RCMP from disposing of evidence that was seized during the investigation into serial killer Robert Pickton."

"As Rumina Daya reports, advocates for the alleged Pickton victims whose cases remain unsolved say the ruling is a blow to their attempts to get justice."

Robert Pickton wasn't recently murdered in prison by someone who thought he was a serial killer. Robert Pickton was murdered by someone paid to make sure he kept his mouth shut. 

Dianne Rock was gang raped on the Pickton farm before she was found dead after she escaped. That implicates more than one suspect. When the court heard that, the judge changed the instructions to the jury. The judge said the jury could convict Robert Pickton if he wasn't the only suspect.

The judge even went so far as to say the jury could convict Robert Pickton even if he wasn't the main suspect just an active participant. Meaning he helped dispose of the bodies after harvesting their pituitary glands to make HGH. 

Destroying that evidence knowing the judges instructions to the jury is a criminal act. I can tell you right now, the people that gang raped Dianne Rock didn't share her with Robert Pickton. Dianne Rock claimed she had been gang raped by bikers and cops. Jim Brown was a Coquitlam RCMP officer involved in the Pickton investigation. 

When the lawyer for the first Missing Women's Inquiry mentioned a picture floating around of Jim Brown in a threesome with Dave Pickton, the Coquitlam RCMP kicked in the whistle blowers door, seized all his hard drives and deleted that evidence. I haven't seen that picture but I spoke with two credible witnesses who had.

About a year before Robert Pickton was murdered someone contacted me claiming they had power of attorney for Robert while he was in prison and that the lid was going to be blown off the case. I was skeptical and said I doubt it. They were convinced. I said why are you trying to bring that all up now? If you do, they'l just kill him. 

Then I said you can have Dave Pickton, Jim Brown and Anthony Terezakis. That is all. If you stick to those three Robert might live. Dave Pickton knew where the bodies were buried. He told the police where the bodies were buried in exchange for their promise not to dig up the whole farm. 

Dave Pickton could not have known where the bodies were buried without being a part of their disposal. The whistle blower who mentioned the picture of Dave Pickton and Jim Brown in a threesome also leaked pictures that Jim Brown posted on a BDSM website. He was originally hired by CSIS to investigate a Hells Angels meth cook named Kerry Ryan. 

CSIS didn't care about the crystal meth. CSIS hired the whistle blower to investigate possible ties between the Hells Angels supplying white supremacists organizations with weapons. Ryan was a skin head. When the whistle blower didn't find any connections, CSIS let him go and the RCMP hired him to find dirt on Jim Brown. IMO CSIS was trying to create a white supremacists group on the west coast like they did on the east coast namely the Heritage Front. 

When that failed because no one here was interested in that they let the whistle blower go. Interesting to note that after the RCMP hired him to find dirt on Jim Brown, as soon as he did, they let him go too. They didn't want to expose Jim Brown they just wanted to have some leverage over him. 

That whistle blower told me that CSIS were the ones that gave Dave Pickton a free pass on the Pickton murders. They claimed Dave Pickton was an asset in their white supremacist investigation and or creation so the RCMP couldn't charge him. So CSIS was directly involved in the Pickton cover up. 

Back to Robert Pickton and his power of attorney. I told them you can have Dave Pickton, Jim Brown and Anthony Terezakis. In Stevie Cameron's book On the Farm, she said Anthony Terezakis, the Hells Angels drug dealer that filmed himself beating the life out of drug addicts in the DTES who owed him money, worked the door at Piggy's Palace. A sleazy HA after hours across the street from the Pickton farm. 

Before she died I asked Stevie Cameron what her source was. She said it was Dave Pickton himself. Dave Pickton one time bragged to the media that Big Tony worked the door for Piggy's Palace and that he was a HA. Tony wasn't a HA he worked for them so his affiliation was clear. Now he's dead.

After Robert Pickton was murdered, his power of attorney disappeared never to be heard of again and the case was once again buried. The RCMP's application to destroy that evidence just like they deleted the whistle blowers hard drive shows how dirty E Division is and how much they were involved with the Pickton cover up along with CSIS. 

Robert's dead. Tony's dead and the RCMP have destroyed the evidence. Once again, case closed. There will be no justice in this life. All that remains is the empirical knowledge about CSIS and the RCMP's undisputed involvement in that cover up. Adieu.
