Ex-politician convicted in murder of Las Vegas reporter
Clark County District Attorney Steve "Wolfson, an elected Democrat, dismissed as ludicrous Telles' claims that a broad conspiracy of people -- including Wolfson -- framed him for blame for German's killing in retaliation for his effort to root out corruption he saw in his office." WTF?
Did Las Vegas D.A. Steve Wolfson and Sheriff Joe Lombardo cover up corruption?
In 2019 the Baltimore Post-examiner reported that "Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson and Sheriff Joe Lombardo stopped a further inquiry into allegations of police and prosecutorial corruption that could have been exposed through court testimony in 2018, according to records reviewed by the Baltimore Post-Examiner and interviews with confidential sources."
"The last major FBI investigation into political corruption in Las Vegas was the Bureau’s 2004 “Operation G-String.” Michael Galardi, a former owner of Las Vegas topless clubs pleaded guilty to federal corruption charges involving fraud and racketeering. He told the FBI that dozens of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers and prosecutors from the Clark County District Attorney’s Office had frequented his establishments and received free drinks, lap dances and sexual favors from strippers over the years. Eleven police officers and 20 prosecutors were named by Galardi. The FBI said at the time that none of the activities rose to the level of a crime. However, the investigation resulted in more than a dozen political corruption convictions."
Lombardo, Wolfson ignored law in attempt to disqualify judge
In 2021 Nevada Current reported that "Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo enlisted District Attorney Steve Wolfson in an April 2018 effort to remove then-Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melanie Tobiasson from cases involving Metro’s vice detail after she publicly criticized Metro and the District Attorney, according to audio recordings obtained by the Current of Judicial Discipline Commission interviews with Lombardo and Wolfson."
This is his full testimony which includes his whistleblowing. His wife and his ex testified to his character. So did his siblings. Tellus clearly claims he is innocent and was framed.
Update: I'm going to look into this a bit more but I'm going to start off by saying I don't think he did it. I'm not going to proclaim his innocence like I did for Cameron Ortis and William Majcher but I will say I don't think the case against Robert Telles is plausible.
He claimed he didn't do it and was framed. That means we have no confession. Just because he claimed he didn't do it doesn't mean he is innocent. Before we investigate the claim we need to check the credibility of the witness. First of all the suspect is a lawyer. He stopped being a lawyer when he ran for office. When he was arrested he was disbarred but before his arrest he was a member in good standing of the bar. At first he wanted to represent himself.
Why is that? He's good and he's free. Lawyers for a trial like this would be very expensive and he has three kids to support. He also believes his innocence. That's kind of important. There's no sense paying another lawyer to represent your when they don't believe you're innocent.
So to start off, the fact that he is a lawyer gives himself a certain amount of credibility. We all know some lawyers are shady and launder drug money. It doesn't sound like he was that kind of a lawyer. He was a devote father who was very active in his kids lives. That also gives him more credibility. His wife and his ex wife both took to the stand and both testified of his devotion to his kids saying he was a very good provider and was very involved with their lives.
Not only did he attend all his kids functions, both his wife and his ex wife said he would help his children with their homework since he was educated and had the patients for it. Again this speaks to his character but it also speaks to something else. A guy like that is less likely to do something rash that would affect his relationship with his kids. Killing someone would be a crime of passion and it just doesn't seem to me he was the type.
We know a lot of guys out there do some pretty bizarre things when they are having an affair or when they catch their spouse having an affair. This doesn't appear to be a crime of passion. If he is accused of killing the journalist because of what he wrote, I'm going to have to find out what the journalist wrote about him, the DA and about the probate fraud he was blowing the whistle on. Who was benefiting from that? The DA does have a shady history.
CNN fake news quoted the prosecution who mocked the conspiracy theory claiming it didn't make sense because everyone would of had to have been in on it. That is not true. If the DA hired someone to kill the journalist, the Police for his coworkers didn't have to be involved. If the DA did it, the police wouldn't even investigate that possibility. Doing so would be a career killer.
If the DA did it it would be highly unlikely he would let anyone of Jeff's coworkers know. Why would he do that? Three can keep a secret if two of them are dead. If the DA hired someone to do it, letting anyone else in on that conspiracy would be unwise and unlikely.
CNN fake news claimed Robert killed the journalist because of what the journalist was writing about him. CNN claimed that Robert lost the Democrat primary in his reelection bid because of what the journalist wrote. I have two problems with that theory.
First of all, if Robert lost the primary it was more likely because of lobbying from the DA and his party behind his back. Newspaper articles would have little impact over that. Behind the scenes party politics would play the primary role. Robert was investigating things they didn't want him to investigate so they withdrew their support in the primary caucus.
The other problem I have with that theory is the fact that he was a member in good standing of the bar. If he lost his job in public office, he had a great paying job waiting for him. When someone does something desperate it's because they lose hope. The fact that he had another high paying job waiting for him meant that he had plenty of hope.
The reason why that matters is because he was a devote father who cared about his kids and cared about their welfare. Being a good provider was important to him. If he lost his job in public office, his devotion to his kids would prevent him from doing anything rash. Throwing his high paying job as a lawyer away and making his kids suffer financially over a crime of passion doesn't make sense. It's not believable.
Robert testified that he was shown pictures of the murder victim. He was surprised to see the journalist had his throat slit and was stabbed in the heart. Robert said, in his opinion, that was a professional hit. It was someone who knew what they were doing. Robert said he didn't have combat training. What Robert said makes sense.
The reason why that matters is because he was a devote father who cared about his kids and cared about their welfare. Being a good provider was important to him. If he lost his job in public office, his devotion to his kids would prevent him from doing anything rash. Throwing his high paying job as a lawyer away and making this kids suffer financially over a crime of passion doesn't make sense. It's not believable.
Slitting someone's throat is nasty. I have martial arts training and that is not something I would choose to do. I don't like knives because of the damage they can do. I've been trained to disarm knives not commit murder with knives. The whole idea of slitting someone's throat give me the heepie jeebies. In the movie Braveheart the villain slit his wife's throat. That was nasty.
In battle warriors sometimes slit their enemy's throat. Yet real life is rarely like the movies. I'd be too afraid of having to watch the person bleed out or choke on their own blood. In wartime I'd want an ethical kill not a slow and painful one. I don't think Robert had that in him. I know I don't.
As for being framed, one of the pieces of evidence the police found in Robert's home was the victims hat cut into peices. Why one earth would he take the victim's hat home with him and keep it? Locally when gang members do a hit, they burn everything. They burn the car, they burn their clothes they destroy all the evidence. Keeping the hat as a souvenir makes no sense.
The only piece of evidence that is significant is the DNA under the journalists finger nails but even that is highly peculiar. This wasn't a woman being raped. This was a man being stabbed. When men fight they punch each other. They struggle for the knife. They don't scratch each other. That is highly unusually. Yet in my opinion the presence of that evidence is highly suspicious because it's all too convenient. Under normal circumstances that would be a slam dunk.
Yet as I've outlined, these aren't normal circumstances, there is enough credibility and inconsistencies to warrant a proper investigation. If he was set up, the only one that could have planted that kind of evidence would be the CIA. They are the ones meddling in US elections and using fraud to raise money for the New Democrat Agenda. The CIA is the Octopus.
Here's my beef. The Five Eyes won't hesitate to completely destroy a good man's life like Cameron Ortis or William Majcher, but in this case not only did they completely destroy a good man's life, they also destroyed three good kid's lives. All of a sudden those kids have no child support or income. That is shameful.
The Moon Is Right Next to Mars and Jupiter
So yesterday morning that star beside the moon was Jupiter. This morning you could see a star beside the moon and that was Jupiter again but between Jupiter and the moon was a fainter star and that was Mars. Yesterday I couldn't find Venus which is usually the easiest planet to find right above the horizon but the website confirmed that Venus isn't visible this time of year. Mercury is but that's always harder to see because it's fainter and closer to the horizon.
A coworker has a really cool AP on his phone called Planets. You hold your phone up and fan the sky and the ap tells you where the planets are in the sky.
Update: For the past 3 days each morning you could see Jupiter beside the moon with Mars in between. Each morning it gets a bit further away from the moon.

Justin Trudeau and Bonnie Henry's conflicted reality
Why is drug related violence against health care workers skyrocketing? Children are not allowed to buy cigarettes but they can have free needles and meth pipes. That is criminally insane. Then there is digital slavery. Why is the guy with the worst approval rating in history forcing this on us?Thanks to my hard work, you can now get crack pipes - and the corresponding drugs - from vending machines.

Justin Trudeau continues to sink in the polls
“You say you plan to stay on, despite persistently bad polling, despite the byelection loss in Toronto that your party lost for the first time in three decades because you want to ‘continue to deliver,'” asked Globe and Mail reporter Marieke Walsh. “Isn’t that what Joe Biden insisted on?”
“But you just made the Joe Biden argument, that his record justifies him staying,” Walsh said in her follow-up question to Trudeau, who appeared visibly annoyed by the comparison. “The electorate is saying they don’t want you, they want change. Your polling is worse than your party’s.” Cabinet shuffles, announcements and a summer of surprise and unscheduled photo-ops have done little to resurrect Trudeau’s image in the eyes of Canadians."
"An Abacus Data poll released last week show the Conservatives continue their domineering lead over the Liberals, with respondents saying their dislike of Trudeau far outweighed their opinions of Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre. Angus Reid’s Trudeau Tracker suggests voters’ appeal for the PM are at record low levels, while his disapproval ratings steadily increased after the 2021 federal election to levels rarely seen in Canada." Meanwhile, Kamala Harris is having a hard time facing her denial. She can't blame the disastrous state of the nation on the current administration because she is the current administration.
Pavel Durov, Telegram founder, arrested in Paris
Every day we see these bullsh*t headlines that we think can't be true but they are. We are living in the Twilight Zone. Free speech is under attack and the intelligence agencies are on the wrong side. Remember how the Globalist's in the US wanted to ban Tik Tok? That's because they want to censor it. Or when the Huawei CEO was arrested in Vancouver? That was simply a trade war. Great Game India claims that Pavel's arrest is just the beginning.
Turkiye Today is reporting that "Chris Pavlovski, CEO of Rumble—a platform known for its advocacy of free speech—has also come under European scrutiny. Pavlovski has announced his exit from Europe, citing threats to freedom of expression."
I’m a little late to this, but for good reason — I’ve just safely departed from Europe.

France has threatened Rumble, and now they have crossed a red line by arresting Telegram’s CEO, Pavel Durov, reportedly for not censoring speech.
Rumble will not stand for this behavior and…

William Majcher's fake trial to proceed in Vancouver
"However, the case has been moved to Vancouver with the charges having been sworn here in a new court information. The former Richmond school trustee was arrested in Vancouver in July 2023. RCMP in Quebec issued a statement at the time. 'The Integrated National Security Enforcement Team (INSET) launched an investigation in fall 2021 regarding William Majcher's suspicious activities,' the statement said. 'It is alleged that he contributed to the Chinese government's efforts to identify and intimidate an individual outside the scope of Canadian law.'”
That is a lie. This is a patriot being set up by the Five Eyes just like Cameron Ortis. Bill Majcher was hired by the government of China to find out who was stealing from them. That is not unlawful. The trial is to hide the fact that it was the Five Eyes who were stealing from China.
Part 2: Korea, the UN and the Rock Machine
I'm not accusing Post Media News of defamation. I'm accusing the police of defamation. Post Media News is just repeating what the police tell them. Just like when you're in court and the media quotes an argument presented by the crown or the defense. You're allowed to quote their argument but their argument might not be true. It could well be a bold faced lie. That is what the court is trying to determine when it examines the evidence.
It's like that recent lie claiming James Riach had switched sides. The fake news said he no longer works for the Hells Angels, he now works for the UN. That was a bold faced lie. I know it but I can't tell you how I know it but I can subpoena witnesses if they want to bring the matter to court again. This time I will subpoena the witness because it won't put their life at risk.
Or the recent claim that Damion Ryan was hired by the government of Iran to kill Iranian dissidents. That was a lie. The Iranian drug dealer he was working with was a Kurd. He wasn't working for the government of Iran he was working for the CIA. The one common denominator that we can always count on is the fact that the CIA lie all the time about everything they do and don't do. So now let's address the recent bullsh*t about the Rock Machine in Korea.
The Post Media exclusive claims a BC man connected to the UN and the Rock Machine was recently arrested in South Korea with several kilos of cocaine. On that claim, I'm going to have to call bullsh*t. No doubt several kilos of cocaine were seized and a BC man was arrested but he was not tied to the UN or the Rock Machine. I say that claim is a lie.
In the last post we talked about FBI stings and entrapment. We've also heard about the Mr Big sting which local courts have rejected. This is where an under cover cop pretends to be a drug lord or a big organized crime figure. Posing as a member of the UN or the Rock Machine for example. Which is easy to do since Suat Erköse is selling RM patches online.
So in a Mr Big sting the police pretend to be a big organized crime figure. They then ask the mark to confess to a serious crime they have committed in the past to impress Mr Big. The local courts have rejected this type of sting because it's quite possible the mark will lie about something they did in the past just to impress Mr Big. What we can take away from this is that undercover police often pretend to represent organized crime groups when they don't.
I think it's well within the realm of believability that the FBI set up this sting operation posing as a member of the Rock Machine with a fake patch they bought online claiming they were affiliated with the UN when they were not. That's what I think.
For the most part, the Rock Machine no longer exists. There are a few low level fake copycats out there but the real organization is gone. Same with the UN. The UN was big when Clay was here but that was a long time ago. Clay's been in jail a long time in the US. He's out of the loop. All the other local leaders left the country. As soon as that happened the Hells Angels snapped up the majority of their drug lines. All the violence we see now is internal and the BC CFSEU is completely compromised with this Rat out your Rivals program.
Many years ago when the UN was loud and proud they once stamped their logo on a brick of cocaine in defiance of the Hells Angels. Things have changed. Clay is keeping a low profile and being a model inmate. He knows Post Media News regularly defames him so he's extra careful to stay under the radar. There is no way Clay or the UN would stamp their logo on a shipment of cocaine when Clay is trying to get a prison transfer back to Canada. No way.
It's pretty easy for the FBI to mark a shipment with the initials UN. It was liquid cocaine. They just wrote the letters UN on the shipment. Anyone could have done that. We know that the CFSEU and Post Media News have been falsely accusing the UN of a lot of things lately. They claimed the UN was supplying the Redd Alert Killas in the DTES. That was a lie. The RK were being supplied by the Wolf Pack who were on the BC CFSEU's payroll.
The BC CFSEU tried to blame Anees Mohammed's murder on the UN. They tried to make it look like Anees was killed in retaliation for Gary Kang's murder. That was a lie. Damion Ryan ordered the murder of Anees Mohammed not the UN. Blaze claimed the UN killed Suminder Grewal aka Ali. That was a lie. The Edmonton Hells Angels did. I don't support drug trafficking but I don't support lying either and lying is all the Five Eyes ever do.
I'll tell you why this matters. Up until now South Korea has not had a drug problem. There was a little bit of pot in the part of Seoul where the US military is based but that's it. However, this recent article claims that Korea has been testing sewage water for traces of drugs and has found traces of meth which is declining and a new presence of cocaine. Who do you think is bringing it there?
I can tell you right now it's not Kim Jong Un. It's the CIA and their alphabet puppet agencies. This recent sting operation was busted because they wanted a bust. They let the other sting operations go through because they wanted the money. Mark my word.
Part 1: Sting operations and entrapment
Today I want to talk about sting operations because it ties in with the intelligence community's agenda and their control over the mainstream media. Google states that "A Sting Operation is an operation designed to catch a person committing a crime by means of deception. The word sting derives its origin from American usage to mean a police undercover operation designed to ensnare criminals." I also want to talk about how sting operations are similar to entrapment.
An example of a sting operation is the bait Car program but that's not what I would call a sting. Wikipedia states that sting operations are illegal in some countries like the Philippines, where it is illegal for law enforcers to pose as drug dealers to apprehend buyers of illegal drugs. That's kind of backwards. Normally an under cover cop would pose as a buyer to catch a drug dealer. Posing as a drug dealer to catch a buyer is pretty close to entrapment.
A good example of entrapment is the Surrey pressure cooker fraud. The police set up two addicts. Without the police's involvement there was no means or motive to commit the crime. That's entrapment. If a suspect had no motive to commit a crime and didn't have the ability to do it and the police come along and help them commit a crime they would not have been able to do or had a desire to do, that's entrapment.
In Jon and Anna's case they said if you don't do this we'll kill you and your family. It's like the FBI stings we saw where the FBI would foil a FBI terrorist plot they created. They'd basically walk up to a drug addict, put an rpg in his hand and say we'll give you a brand new Mercedes if you fire this rpg at that airplane. That's entrapment. The drug addict had no access to a rpg if the FBI hadn't given them one. The drug addict had no desire to target a plane without the FBI. The FBI bribed him to do it. If they hadn't bribed him they would't have done it.
Now let's dial it back and look at the David Giles bust in Kelowna. Undercover police pretended to be drug dealers from Panama. They went up to Skelator and said we can get you several kilos of cocaine each month. Are you interested. He said yeah. He was a known drug dealer importing cocaine into Canada but what if he wasn't? We've seen the intelligence community do a lot of shady things. A lot of illegal things. They would rationalize their illegal conduct with the end justifies the means argument. Only they lied about their objective.
Two examples. Judge Bonner caught the CIA bringing a ton of cocaine into Florida on a plane when he was head of the DEA. When he confronted them the CIA did what they always do, they lied. They said no we didn't. Then when Judge Bonner went on 60 minutes and documented everything they were force to admit it, then they lied again. They said OK we did it but it was an accident. It was a sting operation. We were trying to bust drug dealers who would distribute it.
But that was a lie because they made no attempt to track the cocaine after it came into the US. Just like Operation Fast and Furious. The CIA convinced the ATF to sell the Mexican cartel guns and bring back tons of cocaine into the US as payment. When a US border agent was killed with one of those guns, the CIA and the ATF lied. They said it was a sting operation but it wasn't. They made no attempt to track the guns after they entered Mexico and they didn't track where the cocaine went after it entered the US. As Gary Webb pointed out, the CIA has a long history of drug trafficking. Iran contra never stopped.
