CBC is reporting that "Police say a man was killed and another left with minor injuries after a shooting in Surrey, B.C., on Tuesday evening. The Surrey Police Service (SPS) said in a statement that just before 7 p.m. PT officers responded to reports of shots fired into a vehicle in the 6800 block of 148 Street south of T.E. Scott Park."
"One man was declared dead at the scene, according to police, and another man was taken to hospital with minor injuries."
Two bodies were also found in Langley.

But rest assured, the transition is moving forward no matter what and sooner or later, the RCMP will find better things to do with their time instead of monitoring this blog. Maybe they’ll go and extort more Punjabi business owners. Wouldn’t be surprised if Lawrence Bishnoi is paying the CSIS & IHIT to keep their mouths shut. DeleteAs for Eleanor Sturko, I didn't realize the was former RCMP and a former Surrey MLA. Looks like she's been crossing the floor whenever it suits her. I don't think her orientation has anything to do with it but her ties to the RCMP clearly do. That was one of my concerns with Rustad's Conservatives. They were hijacked by the Keep Surrey RCMP freaks. That's one thing the BC NDP got right.
I think a lot of people got fed up with the RCMP supporters and their antics. They’re a shitty group of outdated condescending dinosaurs who are likely experiencing Alzheimer’s. Ivan Scott, the lunatic who started this whole ridiculous grassroots campaign to save the RCMP is the father of an RCMP officer. He’s the cause of all the toxic trouble here in Surrey. Did you notice how Ivan has gone incredibly quiet ever since the BC Supreme Court forced the city to proceed with the transition? Looks like he’s slinked back into the shadows where he belongs. ReplyDeleteYes when McCallum was reelected I was neutral on getting rid of the RCMP in Surrey. I just wanted to stop the LRT and support Skytrain. However, after I saw all the bullying, harassment and dirty tricks the Save the Surrey RCMP cult did I was sold. They had to go. They became impossible to work with.
DeleteWe all know how The RCMP behaved so unprofessionally throughout this whole entire thing. If anything, they deserve to be held accountable for creating a toxic workplace environment. Glad the SPS has now taken over South, Newton, Whalley and now Cloverdale. All there‘s left are Guildford and Fleetwood. Four down, two more to go. As for their supporters? Forget about them.
